Dr. Erin Civetti earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from the prestigious New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts graduating with clinical honors in 2020. The EasyScan is capable of capturing high resolution images of your eyes. Your eye doctor will use these retinal images to help assess the health of your eyes and overall body health.Easy Scan uses technology that can detect the presence of inflammatory plaques in the eye that may signal the presence of brain disease or if one is at risk for degeneration.

Dr. Brown is a recognized leader in the field of eye care. He has an enthusiastic, warm and friendly manner with people of all ages. In addition to complicated contact lens care, he has an extensive background in pediatrics and vision therapy. Dr. Brown has been a clinical investigator for treatments of dry eye, and computer vision syndrome.
Aimee is an alumni of Seekonk High School and enjoys teaching Zumba and writing music in her spare time. Debbie is a certified paraoptometric and has been head of the technician department for over a decade. Debbie is kind and patient, and an outstanding coordinator for our clinic. She is a native of East Providence and fluent in Portuguese.

Bad communication Long waiting period. Nice people, but they did not tell my husband what to expect and when he to his appointment, he ended having to take the day off because he couldn't see for 4hrs. He also had to wait for 1hr after his doctor's appointment. His appointment was at 10:30, and he waited for 1hr in the lobby for the doctor.

Liars. The vision appointment & Dr. was fine. But they told me I was in network and then tried to chare me $900 for my glasses! They lied they were not in- network. After an hour on the phone with my insurance company I figured out that their doctor was in network but the "hardware" wasn't. When I called they did easily cancel my order for eyeglasses and said they would refund my money - although they said they have to send a check instead of refunding my credit card. But they also blamed me for not giving them the insurance card in advance even though they never asked for it. Find a place that understands insurance they clearly don't.

I tried the Brown center for the first time when my regular optic shop was closed. The goal was to get a light weight pair of glasses. The glasses took over 4 weeks to come in and when I got them they were so heavy I had to return them. They allowed me to apply the 30 day return policy. I selected a different pair which took another 4 weeks. They don't place the orders right away and when the glasses came in they were gray instead of the blue I was shown. The office is too busy and don't think I will return to this office. My local optics shop is now open and glasses arrive within 7 days.

Vision Care at the Brown Center has a large and very clean space, especially during this time. When I arrived for my appointment last month, I was prompted to wash my hands immediately. I did sit down in the waiting room for about 5 minutes until I was called. Everything was sanitized before and after my use of particular machines. The staff are very polite and Dr. Santos is ownderful. Very easy to talk to and understanding. Vision Care is a great eye doctor!

I've seen three doctors here and they have all been great. Not 5 stars because reception here is always rude and condescending. I could do without them. When I ask basic questions like how long I can expect to be there for non yearly appointments, if I can get my prescription (safety glasses for work), if I can be billed as they can't get my insurance info up, they always respond snooty.

I have been attending this office for many years and have had nothing but the best care ever. I have worked in the medical field and this not all ways the case. Extraordinary customer service and highly knowledgeable doctor. My exam for new eyeglasses and fitting for new contacts left me seeing the best I've seen in years and felt like the best prescription I ever received. I was having trouble seeing during night driving. Turns out it was just not the best prescription from my previous eye doctor. Dr. Brown solved the problem and I can now see the best I've seen in years. I can't recommend Dr. Brown and his kind staff highly enough.

All Doctors are great! Very helpful and professional. Front desk can use some training in customer service and approach, especially over the phone conversation. Girls have major attitude and are not equipped when it comes to handling patients and questions. They get very annoyed and openly displays it.
