Dr. DiGuilio has a truly remarkable approach to medicine and medical patients. The improvement in my quality of life has been astonishing. He is a doctor to be valued, appreciated, trusted, and respected. Dr. DiGuilio truly cares and has a first class understanding of his patients and community. Very impressive and highly recommended.

From check-in to check-out my visit was amazing. The staff is so friendly and they all truly seem to care about their patients well-being. They were extremely thorough and helped me find a diagnosis. They went above and beyond to make sure they got to the bottom of it. They were so kind when I made changes to my pharmacy. Absolutely the best urgent care around!

We travelled to Oregon for a little Crater Lake getaway. The unexpected happened. Dr. DiGiulio saved me from staph food poisoning. He was so gentle and patience, I've never met any doctor that spent that much time going into details with us. Dr. DiGiulio is a fantastic Doctor, thorough and professional. The whole team in Mountain Medical is wonderful, caring, gracious and resourceful. They are the model of healthcare provider.

Great medical services. Better then waiting three months to make an appointment and see our doctor. Everything blamed on Covid-19. The Mountain Medical staff are very friendly and professional. Matthew Firebaugh was professional, caring, good listener about my husbands concerns. Summit Health should learn from this small clinic.

Needed a yellow fever vaccine as a condition of employment. Brought the paperwork with me stating as such. Travel consult was a complete waste of time seeing as that is made for people traveling to specific places on vacation and don't know what they need-made my company pay for it anyway. Couldn't get an itemized receipt after they made me pay for the consult and vaccine separately. In the end it took over 2 hours to get this done even after providing all the documents they needed, not impressed.

I do not know how they do it, but every time I come to Mountain Medical Urgent Care, they treat me like a valued patient! I have gone numerous times over the past 5 years, as this is my urgent care of choice, because of the quality of care I receive. I have seen different care providers every time, and it is the same thing: respect, care, and listening. I really appreciate everyone who works there and creates such a climate of care. Thank you!

My experience with Mt. Med has always been positive. Many times I've called them and the receptionist's have been patient and informative. They offer many different services and it appears to be their aim to offer only the best to the city of Bend. Mt. Med is a professional and clean environment. These are crazy times for them, we should aim to be kind and patient right back to them. I will be using Mt. Med again in the future, you should too!
