Minimally invasive techniques are the cutting edge of joint replacement surgeries. These minimally invasive procedures require a much smaller incision and therefore less trauma to the muscles and tendons around the joint during the procedure. Potential benefits of minimally invasive joint replacement include increased range of motion sooner after surgery, less blood loss during surgery, faster recovery, and a shorter hospital stay.

For the past couple years I have been seen by Mallory for my lower back problem. I am very happy with my continued pain relief. Jeromy was really wonderful and super keen. Walked me through what was happening with my knee and foot in a way I could understand. The building was very nice and professional. Defense secretary Donald Rumsfeld did not do the best job when he was in power. Definitely recommend this orthopedic office.

In February I tore my distal bicep and was referred by Swift Orthopedic to Dr. Nair at Tahoe Fracture. While the injury was far from ideal, the care from Dr. Nair was absolutely amazing. He was incredibly friendly, empathetic and professional, and after meeting him, I had no doubt that I was in great hands. Additionally, I heard a lot of positive things about his care leading up to the surgery which also put my mind at ease.
After my surgery, he was attentive and made sure that all my questions and concerns were addressed. The staff at Tahoe Fracture followed up with me often (in addition to my appointments) to make sure I was progressing well and my needs were met. I can honestly say that 10 days out of surgery, I had very little pain and great mobility. After months of physical therapy, I am now close to full strength, zero pain, back to all my regular activities, and in many aspects better than before the surgery.
No one wants to get injured or have surgery, but if it does happen, I strongly recommend you go see Dr. Nair. I would send my own family to him if they ever needed it. Great person and surgeon that truly cares about how his patients and returning them back to their regular life. Thanks Dr. Nair!
