Girls at the front desk are nice but good luck getting answers to your questions. Made 2 phone calls and wrote 3 messages trying to get answers all just to have to wait till next appointment to have them a answered. Have to love the clinic environment. Will definitely be looking into Browns endocrinologist seeing as the doctor that sees me isn't even one.

I had my first visit to this office and saw Dr Hodakar, and he was phenomenal. He explained my medical diagnosis in easy to understand terms, took the time to draw diagrams to futher explain the diagnosis and did and excellent job both explaining the diagnosis, plan and I left the office feeling far better and less afraid than before the appointment. I have more knowledge and understanding of my condition than before seeing himand think he is a excellent physician.

The support staff is awesome but I have had three endocrinologists in the last three years (there is a large turnover.) Two of them have been fresh out of medschool, no experience, no flexibility, and very little support. The current one saw me for two minutes, glanced at my blood sugars (on an ap in my phone), said I was a, "brittle diabetic, " (a term I have not heard in 20+ years), and told me I should get a pump.
Them I was dismissed because all my questions were answered by her saying the pump would fix it. I have asked for help since and instead of helping me she fights with me, tells me I'm wrong, and does nothing to help my problems. She is only interested in being right. Finally, having enough of this, I asked to switch to a new doctor. The policy in the office is that you have to see the doctor twice before you switch. NO exceptions.
So now I have to waste my time and money to see a doctor I neither like nor get along with (the only endo I have had problems with in 35+ years of being a diabetic.) This office is causing me stress and problems with my blood sugars. If you can, go elsewhere.

Great place. Very attentive to patients needs and concerns. Also very friendly and professional staff and doctors. I've switched doctors there as the one I was seeing left. The new doctor, Dr. Lathief, is awesome. Haven't had an endocrinologist this attentive before. Another plus is that they have a lab in-office which saves you time and money so you don't have to find another location to get your blood work done. Highly recommended from someone who deals with a lot of Endo issues.

One star for the doctor I saw today. Dr lathief awful! She didn't want to listen to me at all didn't care what I had to say and told me I needed to exercise 5 days week when I told her I've gained an excessive amount of weight which is normal for me. The girls out at the desk are the opposite totally helpful and caring! I feel bad that they have to work for that doctor. I switched doctors
