Dr. Sobel was great, but the office itself leaves little to be desired. I'm still waiting for a call back for a medication refill from 3 weeks ago. The front desk doesn't return calls, ever. Also waiting for a call back from Thursday (it is now Wednesday) to be cleared to return to work. I'm not getting a paycheck, but that doesn't matter to them. If not for a good doctor, I'd steer clear of this practice at all costs.

If I could leave zero stars I would, they don't deserve even the 1. The person that answers the phone, WHEN they finally answer the phone, is snotty and rude. They CLAIMED they called me 5 times in 4 days, that's bull. I have caller ID, which I check religiously, and an answering machine. They have both the correct number for my home and cell. They never called. They also haven't properly treated my recurring bladder infections.

DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. Avoid at all cost. One of the worst experience I have ever had. Staffs are rude and irresponsible. After my costly surgery, I asked them for their assistance regarding my insurance claim, they could not care any less. My procedure went very wrong, and doctor who did it refused to take any responsibility as it is due to my fault.
I am still suffering from my surgery both physically and emotionally. DO yourself a favor and find a better facility. Your life is very precious. Don't make the same mistake as mine.

I had a very big kidney stone - by the time I got in to see Dr Pareek I was in so much pain I was doubled over in his office. He was very rude and didn't even look at me when he spoke to me, which wasn't much. He told me to come back next week and he would schedule my surgery. I told him I wasn't going to make it until next week- I was in so much pain.
I left his office in tears with nothing for pain and another appointment. That night I was rushed to the hospital having emergency surgery. Dr Pareeks partner Dr Miller did the surgery - I met him for about two minutes before the surgery - no idea who he was. I asked the nurse after surgery who he was. The stent they put in gave me a bad infection, I was in pain for another month, and after the stent came out another infection - another month in pain.
The girls in the office are horrible - they never call you back and don't seem to know what they are doing. I normally don't write reviews but this office should be closed down. I have had kidney stones before and never had such a horrible experience.

The staff were very rude with the nurse practitioner taking the prize. Jacqueline was condescending, short, and seemed bothered when asked to explain things further, all on top of being an hour late for the appointment. I understand emergencies arise but she was not apologetic at all. Would definitely not recommend this office and will never go back.
