If you experience fecal incontinence more than twice a week for over 6 months, you are a possible candidate for a permanent solution.
Our staff will call you back, get your personal information, including your email address, and invite you to a patient portal. You will be given an appointment for "Nurse visit". If Dr. Toker has done a prior colonoscopy for you, your visit will be via the phone with our triage nurse. If you are new to the practice, you will be scheduled a telemedicine visit with a practitioner and this is a formal visit to collect all important medical and surgical history, allergies, and medications.

Dr. Toker is pretty awesome! I had surgery by her over ten years ago and coming back for a new issue that's how much I trust her. She makes you feel really comfortable for what can be a scary and intimate reason for visiting a doctor. I'm coming from across town an hour drive solely because of how much I value her care.

I highly recommend Dr Toker and her staff! Very caring, highly knowledgeable Doctor. Her compassion is overwhelming. I have had great success with always being seen when necessary and being given a high priority even though she is the most busy of all colorectal doctors. Thank you! If I could give a 10 stars I would.

Dr. Toker is an amazing doctor with the personality to match. However, her staff is a joke. The front desk girls have attitudes and don't even pretend like they're job. Dr. Toker's MA, Beth disappointed me the most when it came to my short term disability paperwork. After I paid my $25 fee She claimed to have faxed to me several times but it never went through after 2 weeks.
She acted like she didn't care at all. She should have called to let me know and now my insurance will probably deny the claim because they drug their feet like it wasn't important. Then to top that off they sent me a bill for the papers and I already paid for them. If my surgery wasn't in 5 days I'd switch just because of the shady staff.

Dr Toker is a wonderful surgeon. Nobody wants to have to see a doctor regarding colorectal issues but Dr Toker made me feel totally at ease during the whole process. I saw her for a consult on a Wednesday and she had me in for surgery two days later. She explained the process well, was compassionate, friendly, and hilarious too. Had no issues with her office staff either.

Dr. Toker and her staff are amazing! She performed robotic surgery on my 91 yr old grandmother (a surgery she had refused for 10yrs fearing she would have a colostomy bag). Dr Toker was confident she would not need a bag and she was RIGHT! The surgery came with some complications which is when Dr Toker truly exceeded our expectations. She went above and beyond to put our family at ease, she responded to every call and concern we had over a holiday! We are so grateful for Dr. Toker, she gave my grandmother back her life!

Office was not helpful. After waiting for months for an appointment, I was told the day of my appointment in the office that they did not have a referral on file. This was not true, since my PCP verified they sent it as did US MD main offices. US MD said they could not understand why Dr. Toker's office would make this mistake. So now the appointment I had for September is delayed until January. This is all before even meeting the Dr.

Dr. Toker and her staff treated me extremely well. Dr. Toker made me feel as though I was the only patient she would see that entire day. Dr. Toker was very professional, kept me informed and even followed up with me after the procedure to make sure I was doing well.
