My teeth are perfect. My smile is perfect. These guys know what they're doing, and the entire staff is some of the nicest people. I highly recommend these guys to anyone who's even considering orthodontics.

I've always heard how bad braces could be but with total orthodontist I never had any issues and always had a great experience I would totally recommend them.

Dr. Barefoot and his staff are amazing! They always take such good care of myself and my son at our appointments. From the consultation on, they are always very knowledgeable answering all of our questions. Great attention to detail every time! Will be back for orthodontic care with my youngest son!

I had the best experience with the folks at Total Orthodontics (both the Greenwood Village and Lone Tree offices) that you could ever ask for! They recognized me and called me by name every time and treated me as a friend, not just a patient. Special thanks to everyone for their level of care, commitment, accommodation, and warmth not only to me but to all their patients that was so clear every time I came in for nearly 2 years!

Not to mention both Dr. Theroux and Dr. Barefoot are board certified which is more rare than you would think. I recently "graduated" from regular visits and believe it or not it was bittersweet. Young or Young-at-heart, no matter your age I 5-STAR RECOMMEND Total Orthodontics.

I used to have monster teeth as a kid and it really hurt my confidence to smile. My teeth were so bad, it was even difficult to eat sometimes. TO shaped my teeth into normal human teeth and made the journey enjoyable. Years later, I am so glad that I have smiled as much as I have in life with perfect straight teeth instead of the chaos that used to be in my mouth. As a patient I could not be more happy with the results I received at TO! I chose to return to the office after needing to replace my lower retainer. I was last at the office when I was 17 and here I am at 31 still smiling and happy with the continued results! Best in town tried and true! I have two other siblings that have TO smiles! We love TO! We were very happy with the conservative approach these doctors took with my daughter's treatment. She had a cross-bite and crooked/crowded teeth that required an expander, full braces and rubber bands throughout the course of her treatment. Nothing more was done than was needed and they kept fairly close to the timeline as was expected from our initial consultation.

This office has a wonderful, fun staff and the doctors pay close attention to every detail! Dr Barefoot was who we saw most often and we absolutely loved working with him! Today my daughter has a beautiful, perfect smile and we couldn't be happier with the results!

I have been visiting TO offices for the past 3 years for my son. The services are top notch and never had a bad experience. They are professional and the appointments are easy and the doctors were helpful in explaining any queries. Now my son has moved to temporary retainers and I am glad we visited TO. I got braces my senior year of high school, and Dr. Barefoot was extremely understanding and supportive throughout the whole process. Although my teeth needed a large adjustment, he adjusted a treatment plan to allow me to use Invisalign for my first year of college. My teeth look great now and I am very happy with them.

I loved the fact they were honest by recommending my Wife and I hold off on Braces for my son and daughter. They did this since there adult teeth are not fully in and if we went ahead with braces now like a different place suggested we would just have to repeat in a few years anyways. I came to Total Orthodontics as part of my double jaw surgery. Dr Theroux was fantastic throughout the complex process. He took the time to email with me, speak directly with my surgeon/dentist whenever needed, and his office is efficient and friendly. I would highly recommend Total Orthodontics to anyone looking for an orthodontist. My entire family went to Dr. Theroux and Dr. Barefoot when we were younger and they have transformed all of our smiles. I got my braces off almost 15 years ago and my teeth have not moved. I can't thank this team enough for the amazing work they do and the great office atmosphere they provide. I would highly recommend this entire team!

Hands down I would recommended Total Orthodontics to everyone. The front desk and finance team is super helpful and friendly. The orthodonic technicians make everyone feel so comfortable are gentle, fun and professional. The orthodontics are also great they take the time to explain everything in detail. I had Dr. Barefoot and my daughter had Dr. Theroux both great experiences.

Have two more little ones that need to get braces and they will be coming here. Cant thank them enough or say enough great things about Total Orthodontics. One more thing I need to share. Over a year ago we had a wrestling sibling accidentally at home. Were my oldest with braces got her lip stuck in the braces. We had to take my daughter to the ER where they said stitches would be required.

I had placed an emergency call to the Total Orthodontics where I recieved a call right back as we were waiting in the ER room. Dr. Barefoot meet us within 20 minutes around 10 pm on the weekend in Lone Tree and we were in and out within 5 minutes. No stitches required and never recieved a bill.

Had a consult. I was impressed by Dr Barefoot's exam & observations. We decided that treatment at this practice was not appropriate for me. I suspect that it would have been good quality, but expensive.

We love both orthodontists in this practice. Our experience has been wonderful. Nice, clean, friendly environment. I also really like the fact that they carefully evaluate each patient. They do not rush to put braces on your child. They wait until the right time. Very pleased.

Being new to the area I am very nervous about finding a provider that is not just after my money. I am so glad I found Total Orthodontics. They truly are honest and conservative toward treatment. They take the time to answer and explain any questions I may have and I have many. They know me by name as soon as I walk in and we always have a great time. Talking to other patients and their experience I am truly impressed by not only the Doctors but by the entire staff! Is it sad to say that I feel like family there? Total Orthodontics feels like family to me. You can't find another office that is so caring and kind. Plus consults are FREE and they have yummy cookies.

Both of my kids went from initial consolation to their braces off with this team. Can't recommend them highly enough. Exceptional staff, very accommodating, professional and 100% about the best NOT FASTEST course of treatment! Having 2 offices & 2 orthodontists along with a large support team make everything run more smoothly.

This office is great, even after treatment is completed! Dr. B and Bella are the best, but the whole staff is fantastic. Definitely recommend this office!

I love Theroux Orthodontics. My husband and two of my three kids see Dr Theroux. Its always a great experience. Video games, warm chocolate chip cookies, prizes, contests and most of all a smart conservative approach from a doctor who really cares.
