I really love all of the staff here at Southeast Pediatrics. We have been under Dr Mega's care for close to 15 years and now my grandchildren are second generation patients. I would highly recommend the team for you children's care.

At start of COVID we needed a test for our daughter. Called on call Dr. to recommend test site. He sent us to a site an hour away. When we arrived we found out that they had run out of tests days earlier. Dr. should have known where to send us. Later we found out that the Dr.'s office was charging a televisit fee. We did not have a televisit. We asked where we could find a test.

We aren't paying the bill and they have turned us over to collections in Pakistan. Pretty frustrating to talk to someone in Pakistan over a $25 contested charge in Denver. We tried talking to billing office and practice manager to no avail.

The pediatricians at Southeast Denver Pediatrics are absolutely incredible. They are very attentive with great bedside manner, and I always feel cared for during my appointments. They've also handled COVID very well with clean rooms and great safety protocols. Thank you SEDP!

I have had amazing experiences with multiple providers at this practice, but I have been so very disappointed in their office protocols around covid. They would not see my very sick child who had a very high temperature and blue lips without a telehealth appointment first and a negative covid test, extending her illness and need for care/medication 3 days longer than it should have. Doctors and medical practices should not turn away sick children, EVER. The choice to only treat healthy children or those that have a negative covid test should be against everything you stand for as a practitioner -- even in a pandemic.

If i could give Valerie a 0 rating I would. The MA Valerie was not helpful at all. Very rude and condescending. My daughter was very concerned about her infant son's change in breathing. and at the appointment yesterday the doctor said that If anything changed in his breathing they were to call. They wanted to go into the office today so they could listen to his chest and they only allowed a virtual visit. Totally unprofessional and should be more caring with parents, especially new parents.

The practice manager is one of the most in compassionate person I've ever dealt with and Im in healthcare. They are taking advantage of COVID19 and Telemedicine. If you call after hours for an urgent matter and speak with a provider they will charge you for a televisit and won't tell you. My daughter had a fever in March after hours and we called after hours.

The doc on call gave us no advice and told us a clinic Where she could get a COVID Test. When we got there they didn't even have any tests. No good advice and now practice Is charging us 25.00 for a televisit. Practice manager even admitted they started charging for on call issues when the codes changed so they can bill for after hours phone calls. Very sad. Love our pediatrician but will not go back

I have always had the very best care from Southeast Denver Pediatrics. We have seen three Dr's and all of them were fantastic. Whenever we have had an issue and have called the nurse line they call us back same day. The front desk staff always greets us by name and reminds us to schedule our next visit so we have had nothing but positive experiences here and I highly recommend them if your looking for a great Pediatrician.

I worked for SEDP for 5 years. Not only did I consider this Office my family, I trusted them with the care of my children. When I became pregnant, the office manager decided she didn't agree with my decisions and due to personal issues with herself, decided to make my pregnancy while working for SEDP miserable. Not only did she push me to put in my resignation, a number of amazing long-term employees of SEDP also decided to leave the practice while I was pregnant as well.

While I decided to leave, I still had nothing but respect for the doctors, and for that I decided to have them keep proving care for my children as well as prepare to help me with the new addition. When I went into deliver my baby, I informed the hospital that SEDP would be our primary care provider, after the second day of not being seen I asked the hospital why a doctor had not seen my newborn?

They had no clue that SEDP was not doing rounds on my baby and at that point I was forced to find another pediatrician as not only had one. but two SEDP doctors did rounds and just "skipped over" my newborn while in the hospital. Skip to this last week where I received a letter from the wonderful practice administrator dis-missing me from SEDP and get this! "Due to me seeing another provider".

Not only was I forced to see another pediatrician, but you have the audacity to send me a letter of dismissal because you pushed me to get my childcare elsewhere? I would highly think twice before putting your children in the care of this practice while under the supervision of the current practice administrator.

I can't say enough about Dr Tucker and the entire staff at Southeast Denver Pediatrics! Dr Tucker was my pediatrician as a child and my oldest son (now 19!) was his first 2nd generation child to be treated there and I wouldn't have it any other way for my 2 other children! We have gotten to know the staff quite well over the years and their professionalism and care is second to none!

I can't count how many times they have called to follow up on a sick child or helped in billing or rescheduling matters. They truly care about the well being, safety, and overall happiness of your children! I am constantly referring them to friends, family, and parents in my social media groups because they are the BEST! Dr Tucker is more than a pediatrician, he's a hero to our family! We love Southeast Denver Pediatrics!

My kids have been seeing various doctors at this practice for 6 years. Today I received a certified letter stating they will no longer see my kids, no explanation was given. I have, in all 6 years, ran into several billing issues. My suspicion over the dismissal of my children is a $10. outstanding balance. I planned on paying, after discussing AGAIN why I owe more, on our next visit.

Instead they leave me without a doctor for my kids. I can find another and surly a more qualified practice. They often made me feel judged, but they were all my kiddos knew and my kids trusted them. Frankly I am super disappointed.
