Dr. Bratton was amazing! She completed the consult and procedure quickly but her bedsite manor is second to none! I was very nervous and started feeling it about halfway through my procedure but she took the time to have the assistant get a cool towel to calm me down. If I ever need anything of this nature again, I know where to go!

I now live in another state but returned to Austin TOC specifically for Dr. Bratton's blepharoplasty work. I think she is a congenial, highly skilled, respected professional in this business. She cares. The TOC staff are respectful and efficient in a comforting environment. I am very pleased with the experience and amazing outcome after 2 weeks. At least go talk to her.and then get it done.

It's always a shame when the billing office and front desk office make so many mistakes that you don't want to use this practice. Be very careful after you sign your contract for any type of surgery or treatments. They did not submit the proper paperwork to the insurance company which delayed the procedure for six weeks. After umeeting with the doctor and agreeing to the procedure, they called three additional times telling us we owed more money because they had just run it by the insurance.

Less than 30 hours before surgery we got a call that we needed to pay an additional $900. This is after having really great insurance! It created a very very stressful situation. They were not nice at all and did not try to help us understand the situation just said we had to pay more. Just be careful here!

Dr. Nakra has given me hope after many years without it. The intake staff, especially Victor are always polite. Julie in billing delivers some of the best customer service I have ever experienced.

I would like to thank Dr D and his staff. I was anxious to have the procedure. And it went so well, one of the easiest process I have ever experienced. The information given prior to the procedure and after was amazing. On the morning of procedure each and every staff member I came in contact was very professional, caring and took time to explain everything that was happening which was a great relief. Would I recommend Dr. D and staff, ABSOLUTELY 100%! Thank you all.

Dr. Nakra and his staff are the easiest to work with. They do everything to make you as comfortable as possible and always take the time to answer questions. I had confidence that he would do a great job after our first consultation. I have 3 other friends that have used his services within the last 12 months.

My eye surgery was a great success! Dr. Durairaj did an awesome job. I am very pleased with the outcome and the care I received. The staff at the surgery center was very caring and efficient. I will recommend Dr. Durairaj and TOC.

Dr. Nakra is one of the best surgeons in the state of Texas! He performed an eyelid surgery after I had a orbital blowout fracture and the results are unprecedented! Highly recommend him!

Everything about the clinic was fantastic. Check in was easy and the staff were exceptionally pleasant and polite. My time in the room with the ophthalmology tech was also great. She listened, took a detailed history, and was really courteous. Dr. Durairaj, his Fellow-in-training Dr. Reed, and his peer, Dr. Epstein all came in at some point to discuss my case, show me my imaging, performed an exam, explained my upcoming surgical procedure, and explained the recovery process.

All with such detail that I had no questions at the end. It's very rare that you attend a surgical subspecialty visit and have this sort of experience. On the day of surgery, Dr. Epstein visited prior to surgery to check in, make sure I understood what was going on, reassured me, and verified and marked the appropriate surgical site. Immediately after surgery and while I was in the post anesthesia care unit, she came in to ask how I was doing and asked if she could call my wife (which she did immediately). This was a great experience, driven by great leaders, at a great clinic.

I had a frustrating experience getting through to a doctor to help me with a suture fail on my upper eyelid. Due to staffing problems they had a glitch in office communications. The problem was resolved and suture fixed right away the next morning. Dr. Reed and Dr. Durairaj are fantastic. I have had an orbital decompression and eyelid repair done with only an office communication glitch and I think that's wonderful.

Trying to actually reach someone here is impossible. I'm supposed to be having bilateral eyelid surgery, but at this point, I may find a different provider and never look back. Communication between a provider and patient should not be this difficult.

Dr Somogyi has been exceptional in caring for my daughter and the removal of her eye tumor. She personally called to check on my daughter three times after her surgery. She has been so kind and respectful. I can't say enough good things about her. I appreciate all of her care and consideration she has shown us.

Dr Nakra is absolutely an amazing doctor. I went to him for a surgical opinion. I received fantastic care and treatment. Dr Nakra was available to me both day or night to answer any questions or if I had a problem after surgery. He did my upper and lower eyelids and the results was awesome. I highly recommended him. If you want a fabulous doctor that is wonderful and very caring, Dr Nakra is the one to see. His staff is also top notch.

Dr. Vickram and his staff are amazing. Very sincere and caring, plus a great sense of humor. I will definitely call him again when the time is needed. I had upper and lower eye.

With a minor eye injury, requiring surgery, and a major case of "lab coat phobia " a referral to TOC was painless (nearly) and "just what the (eye ) doctor ordered". Located in downtown Austin, utilizing Mopac Expressway, along with available street and garage parking, makes for a low stress commute. Staff and Doctors are friendly, professional, thorough and somehow comforting, with explanation and exam prior to procedures.
