I was sent away with no instructions to get an xray at another facility. They didn't inform that facility and they were locked down due to safety reasons. So I drove across town twice for this. Then since I didn't get any support that night and no information as needed about what to do (the provider completely shut down and didn't talk when I started to cry in pain), I had to pay to see a different doctor threw next day just to get the boot I needed to walk.

Absolutely worst experience i have ever had! I am sick and just wanted to know if I had Covid so I could protect my family and friends and ThEY FLAT Denied me treatment. B.S. political excuse that legally they could not. Only the very few who fit in their nice neat business model get treatment. DOnT WASTE YOUR TIME!

This place is an absolute s***show. Do not go here unless you need an extremely basic test like STI done, because they do not have the facility or knowledge to help you. They will not give you pricing before or after your visit other than it should be under $599, hopefully. The "doctor" reads from a flow chart / script, did not seem to have any level of knowledge above undergrad and refused to perform an extremely basic yearly physical exam.
Every other response was trying to get me to schedule another visit at a bigger facility. Again, do not go here unless you absolutely need something very quick and basic and have no other choice. Do not provide these people your insurance information.

I scheduled an appointment online and put in all of my insurance information. I obviously am in a lot of pain hence the reason for my requested appointment. We drove all the way over there and they tell me that they can't see me because I have Medicare. Even though they accept my United healthcare. Then to top it off, they wouldn't allow me to even pay for the appointment. They refused to even see me. Terrible way to treat someone in pain!

Made an video appt after being on hold for almost 15 min. The lady was nice scheduled my apt said I would get a text 5 min prior to appt. I received the text 2 min after appt was to start was put into a virtual waiting room then I get a pop up stating they have moved onto another appt. WTH so I tried the help button just to be told it was cancelled but did not know why and I would have to call back, so I call back to be put on hold again for another 15 min before I hung up. I will go to Legacy urgent care.

This is just so impersonal. It seems very robotic. I have basic health insurance, but not mental health and I have depression & ADD. My ADD meds are a controlled substance, so you can't get refills. I was just informed that I have to have an appointment every single month to get a refill. The standard is every 3 months an appointment is needed. This is what was discussed with the last doctor I spoke with as well.
The fact I can't call for the 2 months in between appointments for a simple refill is rather devastating for me. I need my meds, I already have to pay for those and now I have to pay for an uninsured video chat appointment as well? Seems so thoughtless. I will be looking elsewhere for a doctor. So far, Oregon isn't working out so well for me.

I went into Zoom+Care for urgent care. I was greeted right away. Since I made an appointment I didn't have to wait long. The PA greeted me in the front and took me back. Was friendly and asked questions as needed. The visit was fast but thorough for my needs. It was awesome having my prescription waiting for me at checkout. What I paid was well below a normal urgent care visit cost. I definitely recommend giving them a try

Zoom+care comes through again! As always, I was able to get an appointment within the hour. I needed to see a doc to get a quick Rx. Was able to do so lickety split! But best of all, the medical provider was excellent! Everyone at Zoom+care is so kind and caring! I mean above and beyond, it's unbelievable! And bonus, I really love the water and tea in the reception area.

Great experience! Saw me on time, Amanda (GP) was friendly and very efficient. I knew I had a sinus infection and they were able to confirm that and write me a prescription for antibiotics. They can provide them on site for a small fee but I chose to take the script to CVS so I could use insurance. The best part was since it was a GP visit I didn't have to pay my usual exorbitant Urgent Care copay that my insurance company has. I would definitely come back for similar issues, much better than waiting ages around deathly ill disease vectors at other places.

I recently got health insurance through a new job after many months of not having insurance. I have multiple autoimmune disorders that are varying degrees of under control but have been flaring up a lot lately due to stress. So I went in to zoomcare for an annual wellness visit and to get a referral to see a rheumatologist on a Monday afternoon during my lunch break.
I made the appointment online the day before and loved that it was so quick and easy and hassle free to do that. The PA that I saw was very competent and is the reason why I'm giving as many stars as I am. The reason why I'm not giving more stars is because of the lack of competence from other zoomcare employees. During my wellness visit I was referred to the rheumatology and cardiology departments at other local medical facilities.
They gave me a list of options and before I left I checked online to see which ones took my insurance. I told told the receptionist that I was going to go with the polyclinic option. I assumed that they would send the referral to the polyclinic and that the polyclinic would call me to schedule my appointments. The polyclinic didn't call for the rest of the week so the next Monday (a week from my original appointment) I called the polyclinic and they had not received the fax from zoomcare with the referral and it will take 24hrs to process it when they get it. That's not ideal but not that big of a deal, so I write down the fax number for rheumatology and talk to someone on zoomcare's customer service chat.
She tells me that she's faxing the referral right then, I thank her. The next day I call rheumatology again and they have not received a fax from zoomcare. I get an alternate fax number for them just in case and I call and email zoomcare to have them actually fax. They tell me again that they have sent it. I continue to check with rheumatology and continue to be disappointed because they haven't actually sent it.
During this week of stressful lunch break phone calls that don't go anywhere, a new symptom appears and clumps of my eyebrows start falling out - which just adds to the stress of this simple task of one doctors office faxing my referral to the doctors office where I need to go not being done. After 4 days of calling back and forth, I had to use my day off to physically take my referral to the polyclinic. I'm sure zoomcare is decent for people who only deal with having acute illnesses and an annual wellness check, but i would not recommend it for anyone with any level of complex medical needs who would need zoomcare to be able to communicate their primary care information with specialists at other medical facilities. It's frustrating how incompetent the administrative staff is after the good experience I had with the PA that I saw - I would love to keep her as my primary care provider but I need my pcp to be part of medical facility that is competent enough to fax my referrals to the people they're referring me to.
In summary: I had a decent time with the physician but the administration staff isn't competent enough to fax medical records to another facility and that was extremely frustrating and soured the entire experience.

I can came here thinking it was a regular Urgent Care clinic that I could pay a couple hundred bucks and be seen by a Dr. When I arrive I am seen by a nurse.no big deal, she seemed knowledgeable. Now the kicker.once I've provided my credit card and we go back to the exam room I'm told that sessions are limited to 15 minutes. So let me get this straight. I'm paying about $700/hour to be seen by a nurse?
I try to ask her a separate health related question that wasn't about the persistent cough I was originally there for. She says that I will have to schedule/pay for a completely separate appointment to ensure that we don't go past 15 minutes. $700/hour to be seen by a nurse.unreal.

My uncle was visiting from overseas and came down with a bug of some sort. Zoom care made sure we could get him checked in with no wait despite him not having any US insurance - the care was professional, he was able to get antibiotics onsite without waiting, the whole visit only cost $180 including the medication, and they printed all the required documents so he could claim travel insurance.
A couple of days later, he's feeling waaaay better and is incredibly thankful that we were able to come here rather than going to an E.R. (which honestly would probably have taken longer).

Here is in honest critical review from a severely sick college student. I woke up one morning feeling more sick than I've ever been in my older teen-adult life. I've had pneumonia and strep throats four times, and chronic tonsillitis. I live in the University District, and the nearest option to be looked at was ZoomCare. I was too groggy to drive, every time I coughed my entire upper body hurt, my tonsils were huge, and my body kept rejecting mucous because there was so much.
Growing up, my dad has been in and out of many different hospitals and healthcare facilities, so I definitely know the difference between quality healthcare, and BS healthcare. When I got to my appointment, they took my pulse oxygen level and my temperature and heart rate. No blood pressure? Also, when I described my symptoms I was only tested for a rapid flu test (a 5 minute nose swab), and then got a chest x ray to rule out pneumonia.
The alarming part was the email I received for my x ray results. They were negative, and all the doctor said was that we had a false negative flu test, and that I didn't need antibiotics and I should just "let it pass" basically. The next day, my cough was exponentially worse. I knew I needed to see a real doctor so I went to the Everett Clinic in Lynnwood, I've always grown up going there because they're very qualified people that I can trust, with diplomas on the wall.
When the doctor saw my tonsils she was very alarmed. She drew blood for a mono test and swabbed for a strep test, which were negative. But she knew I didn't have influenza. She prescribed me liquid promethazine-codeine, and amoxicillin. I'm thankful that I followed my instinct, because had I not known, I could have ended up in the ICU or something.
It completely baffles me that this is advertised so falsely. I no longer have any faith in any urgent care facility. I feel for any college student in my shoes who may not know any better. If you really feel terrible, just go to the ER. They have to know what they're doing (especially at UW Medicine) and they won't try to undermine what you have to get you out of the door quicker.
At the end of the day, why does any "healthcare" professional get out of bed in the morning if their soul purpose and intention is not to genuinely care for the ill community, and for the well being of their patients? Also, took note that after urgent care, I payed $60, my insurance payed $220?!?! At everett clinic, I payed a $20 co pay, and my drugs were $14.
Complete scam. Save yourself the pain and go get real help, even if you don't have insurance or don't exactly think you can afford it, it will be worth it I promise.

I needed to get checked for my immunization and because it was last minute I needed a place quickly! So I needed by HepB titer and TB testing and ZoomCare was able to take care of it quickly! Dr. Zorin and her Med Scribe was fast and friendly--just what I needed! My only complaint is that I wish I got a notice in advance of an additional $92 charge from LabCorp demanding I pay a week later! Zoomcare gave me no head's up whatsoever and it didn't feel welcoming to receive LabCorp's passive-aggressive mail to pay IMMEDIATELY.

Suspected a sinus infection starting and was recommended zoom care by a friend. they were fast and efficient! After booking Ana appointment there was no additional wait and I was done in less than 30 min. I've always disliked having to go seek medical care because of all the waiting and not being able to be seen when you are actually able to go in. They saw me after work one night which meant I didn't miss work the next day. I may never go back to a normal doctor again :

Fast and efficient! Came in here few weeks ago for an ear problem. Swimming left my ear clogged and couldn't hear at all for the first time. I was going to wait it out but after having such a hard time driving without hearing from one ear, I decided to give this place a try. Only because I didn't want to wait forever in the ER! Do: make an appointment!
Even though it's an urgent care, they are by appointment only. And you can get one within fifteen minutes or so. Credit card required for reservation/appointment! If you don't show up, they'll charge you $99! If you have an insurance debit card, use that. I used mine! And I have an insurance. The space was clean, bright and quiet. My appointment took less than ten minutes.
My nurse practitioner was friendly. Being able to hear again after a whole day of not hearing was pretty good! I ended up paying $9 because they cost of getting my ear cleared was $109 and my insurance covered $100 I believe. Is it expensive? Perhaps. But I know it will cost way more in the emergency room had I gone there. They also open late at this location! I don't plan on visiting this place again anytime soon but nice to know that they are here! Fast service is great!

I pretty much never write reviews because they're stupid and always either a 5 star or a 1 star. Queue why are you writing a 5 star (it's subjective). Anyway, I had an issue that I needed to get seen for and my primary care provider at the UW couldn't see me for a month. It was something I needed to be seen immediately for to ameliorate further problems.
Anyway it was 6:45pm and I made an appointment for 7:30. Showed up, waited maybe a max of 3m to which the doctor apologized (I'm used to the standard 15+ at theUW Belltown clinic) and saw me. Super prompt. Got diagnosed and a prescription and was on my way in under 30. This is pretty rad for getting health care on demand quickly. Wished the Belltown clinic was open late but at least the university district place stays open til midnight. I'll be using them to supplement my UW primary care provider when she's not around.

Friendly, clean, tech-savvy, and straightforward. I'm currently between insurance coverage and needed to get prescriptions for some that had run out. They let me know upon my arrival what types they weren't authorized to write, which unfortunately included one of the ones I needed. They were able to confirm that they were authorized to write the other one, so I knew it wasn't a waste of a visit and fee entirely ahead of time. Very welcoming office, the Doctor answered all of my questions, particular to me being new in the area and how Rx protocol compares to the last state I lived in.

My daughter was visiting college friends at Udub and called me in California telling me she felt very sick. I found Zoomcare on Yelp and from the time she made an appt. online to the time she was seen, diagnosed and with meds in hand was just under an hour. She relayed to me she had no wait time and staff was very professional and facility was very clean. All this on a Sunday afternoon. This place gets an A+. Thank you for not just doing what you do, but doing it so well.

Clean. Fast. Proficient. My daughter had itchy eyes last night, this morning they were goopy and gross and obviously pink eye. I went to the zoomcare website and filled out all of our information online and also secured an appointment. It was really easy and when we showed up I didn't have to fill out any forms, we just waited a few minutes for our appointment.
My daughter is 3 and Dr Meador was very good at getting her to open her eyes and do all of the normal check up things. I was really impressed and highly recommend this place. And I learned they are open until midnight on weekdays, so we could have gone last night. They also had the perscription medicine available so we didn't even have to go to the pharmacy.

I had arrived in Seattle from Honolulu and within 24 hours came down with an illness that required immediate attention. It was after 9:00 p.m. and I wanted to avoid the long wait and high expense of an Emergency Room visit. Earlier in the day I had noticed Zoom Care on Capitol Hill so I headed there. The receptionist was helpful, but acknowledged that it would be a long wait and asked if I could make it to the University Zoom Care.
She called ahead and entered me into their system. Once I arrived at the University location, I was warmly greeted by Bri and immediately taken to an exam room where I was examined by Lise Martin, a nurse practioner I believe. Tests were performed, results were quick, a diagnosis was provided, and medication prescribed. Lise was very thorough with her explanations, warnings signs to look for, and explained the followup procedures to follow when I returned home.
By this time it was quite late in the evening and I was feeling pretty poorly. I asked Bri where I could get my prescriptions filled and was thrilled that the clinic could provide the necessary prescription and non-prescription medications. What a huge relief! They even had a thermometer for purchase so that I could monitor my fever throughout the next couple of days.
I highly recommend both the Capitol Hill, and particularly the University locations for your urgent medical needs. If you are fortunate to meet Bri or Lise Martin, they you can be assured you will be well cared for.

Fantastic. I went in today, which is super bowl Sunday, and I was very surprised that they were open. I waited about 20min including check-in. There flat rate is nice and the fact that you leave with most the meds you need is a huge plus! I know this is where I will be headed when I am in need of a doc. Thank you very much! The staff is wonderful as well. Very informative!
