I highly recommend Holistic Health Clinic. I started treatment with Dr. Cruz and Dr. Vance a year ago after a concussion. The reception staff are all very personable, readily available, and very helpful. Dr. Cruz and Dr. Vance did a comprehensive examination and took the time to really listen to me and my needs. Dr. Cruz is very kind and intuitive.

He helped heal my back with adjustments and my head with lots of cranio sacral work. Dr. Vance is very knowledgeable and kind. He was able to customize my treatment based on my symptoms and what I was capable of each week. I made significant gains using the Right Eye computer program. He tested me at the clinic and it gave me easy exercises to do at home.

I was able to see my progress with a follow up assessment. This was the key to helping me to drive again. I also need to mention Sarah who gives amazing massages and is all around awesome. The clinic is clean, has great artwork and fresh flowers which is also a bonus.

I had a great massage with Orion. He is friendly, professional and experienced in massage. I'd highly recommend. I love that this clinic offers weekend appointments.

Holistic Health Clinic is both a professional and welcoming place to go for treatment. Their whole process to get started was simple, user friendly and quick. The clinic itself is well-decorated, clean, and comfortable. My provider, Dr. Joey Vance, made me feel at ease and cared for. He seemed skilled and genuinely interested in understanding what was going on with me.

He was attentive and asked a lot of thoughtful questions, and I left with a clear treatment plan, more hope, and already feeling physically better after my first appointment! I definitely recommend this clinic and it's providers!

I've been going to HHC on and off since 1993. Always the greatest treatments from Dr. Box, Dr. Cruz, and now Dr. Don Fuegy. The procedures he has used have helped my various problems over the past few years. I highly recommend HHC!

I sent my insurance information to Holistic Health Clinic a month before my appointment and clearly stated to the receptionist that I wanted to use my insurance. A month later I went in for massage, then got a call the next day saying I had to pay full price out of pocket because insurance would not cover. I have Moda insurance and have used it for massage at other chiro offices.

The manager was apologetic and stated multiple fail safes on their end failed and offered me $10 off full price. After speaking with my insurance company regarding billing, turns out the chiro office could charge for manual therapy but not massage therapy, but this isn't their 'policy'. So, $80 for an hour long massage that was average at best when I was expecting to only pay my $35 co-pay plus tip.

Awesome clinic! I saw Dr Vance and Dr Fuegy for an acute mid back injury. It was so painful on day one and I improved so much already even after one visit. Dr Vance was my main doctor. He is knowledgeable he is a great educator and taught me through all the treatment process. Overall a great experience and I works highly recommend this clinic a f Dr Vance :

What a great team of professionals! They really care about getting to the underlying causes that are bothering a person. I have been working with Dr. Vance for several months now, he is wonderful and really pays attention to my concerns and updates and has come up with some treatment options and exercises' that have greatly improved my mobility and pain reduction.

My fiance has also started treatments with Dr. Vance and has had nerve regeneration and sensations (as a result of type 2 diabetes) coming back to his feet and fingertips after 10 years of numbness! He was able to tie his shoes the other day after regaining the sensation in his fingertips once again. We are very excited to see the future of our ongoing health and mobility improvements! Please give this team a try if you want the best!

I've seen Dr. Vance a number of times now. Each time, I mention something else that's bothering me (first my neck, then my knee, my jaw, my thumb.) Every time, I leave feeling great, with increased mobility and no pain. I will definitely continue to see Dr Vance!

I've had 5 massages by Sarah now and she is so amazing! She is thoughtful, makes sure your comfortable, works in the areas you ask. She makes you feel safe and taken care of. You can tell how knowledgeable she is about pressure points, working out knots, and using body movement to get deeper into the tissue. I'll continuously go here! The receptionist are also very nice and helpful with any questions about other services and prices!

Office is well set up for covid precautions. The staff at the front desk are welcoming and knowledgeable. Dr Vance did a thorough evaluation and has a good plan to help heal my injury with reasonable expectations and time frame. I'm optimistic and feel that this is the right path for me.

My first appointment so can't really say much. However Sharon is who I see for acupuncture and she paid attention to detail. Very welcome observant and kind. I feel very relaxed can't wait for my follow up appointments.

Sharon's acupuncture is marvelous and the greeting staff, nice. However the reason this isn't a 5 star is because their billing department is really a mess. One year later I still receive a bill as a Final Notice. The billing dept used wrong codes repeatedly after being told what codes to use. It went back and forth so long that the time for reimbursement expired.

I wanted Sharon to get paid so I kept calling my insurance company to try to make sure. But because the billing dept kept doing things wrong I finally had to just let it play out. I changed medicare insurance and had to find another acupuncturist. I paid my co-pay for all ten visits in one check. And yet - I get a bill for who knows what? It looks like what they're trying to do is make me responsible for portions of the unpaid bill, rather just for my copay. That is against the law. Once they agree to be a provider they are obligated to go by medicare terms, which means I am only responsible for my co-pay.

For several years I have been receiving acupuncture treatments by Dr Sharon McNichol at HHC for my fibromyalgia and other issues. I recommend her to friends and would recommend her to any visiting family who might become ill or injured, without hesitation. She is caring and gentle. No need to fear her needles. Her treatments are very beneficial.

I have been for acupuncture and now for massage. Both were great. Would definitely recommend! Convenient hours- open on the weekend. Easy to park and very close to some yummy downtown businesses!

Finally, I've found the place I've been looking for! Dr. Cruz really cares, my adjustments are thoughtful and he makes you feel heard, and creates an individualized plan for what your body needs. The LMTs are amazing. They really know what they are doing for the goal of healing, not just for relaxing, but fixing the problems. The front staff are friendly, helpful and I feel very welcome at HHC. I'm also seeing the naturopathic physician Dr. Young, and feel very heard by her.

My path towards feeling better is on the fast track thanks to this team. If your looking for overall holistic health care, do yourself a favor and call them. During this pandemic, I feel very safe in the space, they are taking precautions.

I go there to relax, have my aches and pains addressed and that is exact what Jonathan does for me! I relax he comes back in, is very professional and starts in making me feel better in minutes! I love the 90 minutes spent with him and only wish I could have another 90 minutes added on! He has the best hands of anyone I've ever gone to! Big, strong hands are what I love!

Why go if the messier has dish cloth hands and never apples any pressure? I always feel like I get my money's worth, and it's a great massage as I would expect. I came here over 10 years ago for acupuncture and Sharon was fabulous. Recently, my husband needed to see a chiropractor and I called hoping to get him to see Dr Box. Unfortunately she retired and he was referred to another. My husband really likes his provider here. He listens to him and feels very confident in his services. We live about 30 minutes away but its totally worth it. Plus, we love the text reminders of upcoming appts.

I have been seeing Dr Cruz going on 20 years now for chronic back issues and I've been to others because they were closer to me, but I always end up going back to Dr Cruz. He takes the time to listen to me and seems genuinely concerned about my physical and emotional well being. I've also had massage and acupuncture treatments at the clinic and always feel confident that I'm in good hands. (and for the times I've been without insurance, the prices were always more than reasonable)

Great doctors, office and amazing location. Prices te just a bit too high without insurance coverages.

Just got a great massage by Greg! He is extremely knowledgeable about musculoskeletal anatomy and this is reflected in the quality of his massage.

This place was my first experience with acupuncture. Sharon was great and dr Young gave me a more natural view on taking care of myself, my issue is with the front. After having acupuncture done twice and seeing the neuropath dr young, I began to think I found a new place I enjoyed to cure my ailments. Another woman I had never seen checked me in and upon checking out told me they had been "under charging me." I explained I was given a breakdown and my insurance called and worse case is only pay 90.00 for the acupuncture and 70 for every visit after.

This new person said "not sure who told you that" and I mentioned Leah (who has been great from the start) the other person basically threw her under the bus saying "well she was wrong" then told me she would be happy to work out an arrangement. She completely disregarded the fact that it honestly wasn't my fault as a patient that I was quoted wrong.

She handed me some paper and tried explaining that every appointment I have was sent to my deductible which Leah has told me I had no acupuncture coverage anyway so I was being hanged cash rate.when I mentioned that I work insurance billing too she got an attitude like "ok so then as you know you have a deductible" and kept talking. I mentioned again that Leah had called my insurance and given me a breakdown which as pretty detailed.

I then told her I would look up my own EOB and she mentioned having the manager call me. Then she said "I'm not very keen on insurances I just get these papers and read them off to patients. It was a complete joke. No sense of accountability or patient care from her. I'm my opinion the amount should be written off and she should have said "moving forward this is the price" doubt I'll be returning.

Sad because he doctors were great. Just goes to show it matters how the patients are treated by everyone. Don't let me forget to mention while I was sitting in the waiting room for my appointment she did the same thing to the gentleman before me except his new charges left him with a 210.00 balance! I'm sure she offered him an "arrangement" as well. Revision: got a call from the manager Stacy who was understanding and helpful, again proving the whole office is great.

Just hope to not encounter the kind of atmosphere I got yesterday when I left. This place is meant to ease and calm not frustrate. I will be returning after a work trip to keep seeing Sharon.

I see Sharon for acupuncture. She's very knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares for her patients. I've referred her to my friends. She is awesome!

I have been using this clinic for years. Dr. Box and Dr. Cruz are amazing and have always been there when I need them, like today. Back and neck adjustment, some accupuncture and I'll be back next week for more plus some massage therapy. Highly recomended!

My husband and I have been getting regular chiropractic and massage treatments at Holistic and we love it. I've been receiving care during my pregnancy and have noticed a huge improvement in overall back/neck health. The staff are all very friendly and accommodating. Dr. Box is a wonderful chiropractor and Janae is very skilled in massage therapy. Can't rave enough about this place!

I have been a patient here for almost a year and have been nothing but satisfied with the services I receive. I have seen Dr. Cruz for chiropractic care. Dr Cruz is very knowledgeable and really friendly. You can tell he cares about your wellbeing and wants to work with you on seeing real improvement. I also see Greg for massage therapy twice a week and have been feeling much better. My posture has gotten better and the therapy has been improving the amount of pain my back is in. I couldn't recommend Dr Cruz and Greg enough!

I had a fall and was feeling pain in my upper back and shoulder area as a result. I had a series of treatments with Dr. Andy Cruz, and he used various methods of treatments to get me back to a place of wellness. He is kind and patient, and used a combination of treatment methods including spinal adjustment, a TENS unit (I think that's what its called?), heat wraps to alleviate the pain.

His office staff is very accomodating in terms of scheduling, and billing to insurance was flawless. I would recommend Holistic Health Clinic for specific injuries, but also for on-going wellness visits if you've got a particular concern or want to engage with caretakers on a preventative level.

Holistic Health Clinic has been my go to place for chiropractic, acupuncture and massage for the past 10+ years. I can't say enough about their service. It is a friendly, professional, caring and serene environment. I always feel well taken care of!

I have seen Dr. Marcella Box many times. She is the kindest chiropractor and will go out of her way to help you. I have had back issues where I have come into her office barely able to stand up, and she listens carefully to what the problem is and then comes up with treatment plan. She also looks beyond the spine for restoring and preserving health. They now have 5 massage therapists and a physical therapist. FYI-They have moved.
