Exam prices vary by procedure. We are one of the most cost-effective centers in the region. Our pricing is consistently lower than every major hospital in the region and other outpatient imaging facilities. The Radiology Group (TRG), LLC is the exclusive provider of physician services for the Center for Medical Imaging. TRG is one of the largest subspecialty radiologist physician groups in Oregon. TRG is composed of 28 radiologists, all of whom are fellowship-trained. This means that CMI has fellowship-trained radiologists in each of the subspecialty sections of diagnostic imaging and interventional radiology. Professional services with this level of clinical expertise and imaging technology are rarely seen outside of an academic environment.

It is very difficult to make an appointment. I got a recording that said I should leave a number and expect two to three days for a return call. I never find that acceptable as I usually get those kind of return calls as I am driving down the freeway, in line at the supermarket or in the shower. Sometimes this becomes phone tag for days. This also means dragging my cell phone from room to room as surely as soon as I step in the garage at home for 30 seconds, and my cell phone is in the kitchen, that's when I get a return call.

I decided to just drive down to their offices to make an appointment, only to have them tell me their front desk does not and cannot make appointments. She said with Covid they are very busy. She suggested I should set up a portal to make my own appointment. Do I really want to set up a portal and add yet another password to the fifty I already have, for a medical appointment I only do once a year?

Then I had this thought: If they are this understaffed, how comfortable am I with radiologists there reading my results? I had no problem making an appointment with a primary care doctor, with a dermatologist, for an eye exam, or for my dental appointment, which I all did in the last couple of months. I realize that Providence is a much larger operation, but shouldn't that mean they have proportionately more staff?

I finally called my doctor in hopes that they can recommend an alternate facility that might be more sufficiently staffed. Maybe that doesn't exist and I will be stuck with Providence. But I want Providence to know how this is viewed by people who are looking for their service.

After going back and forth trying to find a time over the past two months between their availability and my crazy schedule we set up an appointment for today at 3pm. (and needing to rearrange my entire day to make it here) i arrived and was told the appointment was not for today the 3rd but for next thursday the 10th at 3pm. Considering that i wrote it down verbatim with the scheduling person, and with several advanced degrees i think i can handle that and get it right.

I will not be coming back. Make sure you get everything confirmed if you plan to come here. and then confirm it again. and worse, it took asking for a supervisor before someone actually apologized to me. (also posted on Yelp)

The lobby is cool and quiet, and it is pretty to look out at the summer greenery if you have to come early to drink barium. If you do all of the online checkin beforehand, you can enjoy how pretty it is a bit more since they don't double up on paperwork at arrival The lady who did my IV had cool fashion sense + a lab coat, I was basically in a Beck song today.

Very disappointing place. We were told that we could arrive as late as 6:45pm without an appointment. Arrived at 6:45pm and they would not see my Mom. It is very difficult for her to get out and she made this trip only to be turned away. No accommodation or anything. Have your doctor send your orders somewhere else as this place is horrible to work with.

Didn't have any scheduling or administrative problems, or trouble getting an appointment. I'm here to do a scan that will check on some troubling symptoms. Tech was able to answer some basic questions that helped put my mind at ease. Overall good.

I have to go in on 12/14/19 to have both a tranvaginal and pelvic ultrasound done. I was very apprehensive because of some childhood trauma. I could not even get papsmears done because it was to painful. However, the ultrasound lady was so kind and amazing. I felt comfortable and was able to do the proceedures. My fiancee was in the room with me and she was also extremely impressed. I wish I could remember her name, but she was so kind and sweet.

If an appointment time is set then the appointment time is the set time. Don't tell me I'm 20 minutes late when I'm 5 minutes late. I understand I was late, I accept that I was late, but please have some understanding for the person who is 5 minutes late(rough traffic). I'm pretty sure I'm not the only one who gets stuck in traffic here in the NorthWest.

Awesome place. I was in and out in about 20 minutes. Nice reception area and changing rooms, and the technician was friendly and kind. Everything was very clean. They sent the results to my doctor immediately and I heard from him within the hour.

Over the past 8 years I have been a repeat patient at both locations of Center for Medical Imaging, undergoing various types of imaging exams. Each time I've noted that the facilities are clean, the staff is competent, expedient, friendly, and respectful of my privacy. Once registered, the Techs have routinely made me feel comfortable during the sometimes arduous procedures.

I have always been properly gowned in dignified fashion such as "scrub gear" similar to what the Techs wear, and never was I provided with a "gown" as described in an earlier review. My total experience with CMI has been professional in every sense of the word.

Everyone from the person who scheduled my appointment over the phone, to the person at the front desk, to the x-ray tech, provided exceptional customer service. They were all incredibly friendly yet efficient. Each of them went above and beyond my expectations. It's refreshing to go someplace and feel compelled to leave positive feedback. So often the only time I feel driven to leave feedback is when I've had a negative experience. Nothing negative to say here. I was thoroughly impressed.
