Fantastic first visit to South Denver ENT & Allergy! Everyone was very welcoming and helpful, I was provided with clear and concise answers to any questions that I had, and scheduling was easily handled on both ends. I am super excited to have found this practice and feel confident that my ENT issues will finally be addressed properly with South Denver ENT & Allergy!

Dr Rao is great! He takes time to explain in lay man's terms. His staff has always been very helpful also.

DR. Rao is the best ENT I have ever been treated by. He is up to date, thorough, comprehensive and effective. I am unclear as to why he received poor reviews. I have had two sinus surgeries and have gone to at least 10 ENTs before I was referred to Dr. Rao. As such, I have an extensive knowledge as to what is excellence in medical practice as well as this particular specialty.

If you are confused by reading Yelp due to contrary reviews, there are multiple doctor evaluation websites you can go to to view other reviews on Dr. Rao or any other physician. He is a remarkable doctor and the other review sites reflect that.

He takes the time to listen. Seems up to date on the latest technology.

He maybe marked as a leader in his field but his staff sure is not. They are all to happy to take your money but as soon as you have any problems come along you are treated like a criminal. In my case I was told I needed testing and told it would be free, By free they meant they would charge me later! I asked them to take it off because I was told it was free but the lady who handles bills said"Thats nice, your doctor does not know the bills or cost, you should have asked me" After posting this I was sent another bill for a test a year ago.something they "forgot" to send me.

The doctor is great, his billing is awful. BEWARE! You are given a form about the amount you will be required to pay, don't believe it! I had to pay over $1,000.00 dollars on a bill I was told (and signed) to say $600.00. "You get billed separately for the facility, anesthesia, and the surgeon, maa'm, you just don't understand." Office manager was condsecending and rude. " I guess nothing I say will make you understand what I'm telling you." I understood I was told to pay $600, and now I have another bill for over $400!
