Scheduling an appointment is impossible if your the parent or a active baby. Got canceled on for a dental appointment while ON MY WAY to the appointment. Was driving and they Called on a unknown number so of course I didn't answer. When appointment was scheduled I had to wait over month. Now when I finally got through to hopefully reschedule I'm told they have nothing till the end of March. Ridiculous! I'm so angry.

The doctors at this location are amazing and very knowledgeable. Dr. Henderson is fantastic! If I was rating my experience with our actual pediatrician it would be 5 stars without a doubt. However, trying to get an appointment is a struggle. I understand that this is a business and that it is very busy. But at the end of the day, I know if my sick child (children) need to be seen I'll have to go to urgent care because they don't ever have appointments available.
Very disappointed that I can't ever get my kids in after being patients there for the last 9+ years. Unfortunately, we may be forced to take our children elsewhere due to scheduling complications. There have also been many times where I have called to schedule an appointment but am caller #23 wait on hold for two hours. Someone answers then hangs up.
So then I'm back to square one. Very frustrating. When I finally do have an appointment and get in to see the doctor the wait times are very very long. Like an hour or more long.

I am very disappointed that I was forced to find a new pediatrician office. I have brought my two kids here since they were newborns. I have called nearly everyday for the past few weeks at different times of the day to be told I am 20-30th in line. It says you can request an appointment if going to the portal. I don't see that option anywhere. It is concerning as a mother of two toddlers that if I need guidance, a sick appointment, follow up visit for a chronic condition, or well visit, they are not going to be there for me when I need them.
I had to make an unnecessary visit to urgent care because I couldn't rely on Everychild Pediatrics. I suspect this is happening to a lot of families that go here. I would recommend Dr. Donna and a lot of other providers we have worked with if anyone has luck getting through. For me, I will not be returning. Fortunately I called Broomfield Pediatrics. They answered immediately and I was able to establish care right away for a sick visit and well child visit.

I've been trying to make an appointment for my daughter for 3 weeks. Today I waited on hold for 1 hour and 3 minutes (there were 15 callers ahead of me) and when I got down to 3 callers ahead of me, it suddenly transferred me to emergency services. The man on the other line said I would have to hang up and go to the end of the line. I have had the same problem making appointments every single time I've called.
The last appointment I had, I tried to make my next appointment in the office and they said they couldn't make appointments in the office, I would have to call! These people blame everything on covid as though we all aren't aware that this is the easiest position to fill while working from home. If you refuse to have more than one person working in the office, you can have your secretaries work from home. I am done with this office. These people are literally incompetent.
The last appointment I had, I tried to make my next appointment in the office and they said they couldn't make appointments in the office, I would have to call! Not very pleased lately with this place. GOOD LUCK! waiting times are over an hour if you call! When I first started taking my child here I would call for an appointment wait times were close to 15-20 minutes okay not bad. Now I call I'm close to caller #22. So I hang up wait awhile call back caller #23 waiting forever to speak with someone. I've emailed no answer; email again they don't even call u just give u what ever is available for an appointment usually out a month and a half.
So good luck bringing your child here, wait times long, emails don't get back to you. Take your child else where if you're expecting a place that takes your child as serious as others They're also very busy all the time. They take on way too many patients. My child is special needs. We do not feel they are given the care theyre supposed to here at this clinic.

I have been trying to reschedule my daughter's 3 year appointment. I've been on hold for hours! The people who I spoke to after being on hold for so long are rude! And so unhelpful. My daughter has never missed an appointment neither has my son! We struggled to get to her appointment because our uber drive got losted. And the pediatric center still refused to take her. Even though they weren't busy! This has been so frustrating! I do not want my daughter to get behind on her health.

We recently switched insurance providers and had our first visit here. It went really well. The doctor made my son feel very comfortable. They were able to get us in and out in a reasonable time, which we were a little concerned with. I really like it here. My son also liked how the rooms were each decorated different.
