A graduate of West Virginia Wesleyan College, Dr. Kenneth Smith came to Louisville in 1993 as a medical student at the University of Louisville. At the University of Louisville, Dr. Smith received many honors and was published frequently for his research. With his deep-seeded interests in surgical procedures and achieving the best possible clinical outcomes for his patients, Dr. Smith initially conducted an internship in general surgery before specializing in an ophthalmology residency at the University of Louisville.
