Services
AOCC offers a full service rheumatology practice for patients 18 years and over who experience the effects of autoimmune disorders. Gout is a painful condition that occurs when the bodily waste product uric acid is deposited as needle-like crystals in the joints and / or soft tissues. Often called wear-and-tear arthritis, osteoarthritis occurs when the protective cartilage on the ends of your bones wears down over time.
Whether a current patient or a new patient, at AOCC everyone will be greeted with a smiling face and a kind word from our front desk staff. New patients will be asked to fill out some paperwork and present a photo ID and insurance card(s) and to our check-in staff; co-pays are also due upon check-in.

Dr. Klionsky is a great doctor! She has the patience and she takes her time with you in answering any questions you may have regarding your care! While Dr. Kashif and any of the PA's I've seen are amazing, the true heroes of this office(much like any other) are the front desk and the nursing staff. Marti and Brenda have been my infusion nurses and confidants for 6+ years, coaching me not only through my auto-immune treatments, but life in general. And I will not fail to mention the front desk staff and other behind the scenes employees (lab technicians, phlebotomists, radiology technicians, etc.) I feel like they all take part in my care and know me as a person, not just a patient. But to feel like this, you, as a patient, have to be consistent in your care as well!

Front desk staff and nurses are very professional and curteous. Dr. Robertson is very professional and takes the time to listen to all issues and I did not feel rushed through the appointment. I had blood work done the first visit and the technician there is the best (this coming from someone who hates needles, gets light headed, and got bruised a few times by other technicians at other places).

I've been a patient of Dr. Gladue's since 2019. She has provided excellent care, professionalism, knowledge/expertise, and compassion. They are also unbelievably helpful when I've needed help with insurance/specialty pharmacies! She and/or Camille are very quick to respond and have seen me whenever I've had concerns about my health/conditions. Your front desk staff are always courteous and expeditious on arrival and check out. Lab techs and x-ray techs are also quick and always put me at ease during procedures.
