The staff is very friendly and Dr Khader is very caring and listen to your concerns. They are very helpful eith whatever yiu need.

This place is a joke. PLEASE I REPEAT please do not use this place or ANY of their offices. THEY ARE MONEY HUNGRY and careless about you as a patient. I received multiple injections to my foot. I ALSO ENDED UP CONTRACTING MRSA from the office! The doctor refused to do surgery and made me wait 2 weeks, at which point I could have lost my foot.

I was referred here by my PCP for chronic toenail fungus over the last 10 years. Dr. Ahmed is very attentive and kind. He's been the first specialist to really try and understand what is going on with my feet by taking a nail culture and not just prescribing anti-fungal medication and sending me on my way. I feel like Dr. Ahmed answered my questions truthfully and completely when discussing the risks versus the benefits of taking various anti fungal medications since they are extremely hard on your kidneys and liver, and potentially damaging.

He was also receptive of my internet research suggestion to perform daily apple cider vinegar foot soaks (2 Cups water to 1 Cup ACV with The Mother) for 10 minutes. (FYI, since this remedy will take a lot of ACV, you can buy Bragg's ACV With "The Mother" in gallon form at Walmart and it's cheaper than Amazon.) I'm looking forward to going back in a couple weeks to get the results of the culture and discuss next steps for my plan of care so I can enjoy wearing flip flops this summer and going swimming without being self-conscious about my feet.

I recommend them highly! I have had 2 surgeries with them and I would go no where else. The staff is fabulous and Dr. Ahmed is the best.

I went in for a Correction of a Bunionoctomy and came out in recovery being told by the doctor that they cut my big toe bone too short, to find out that it left me with an Extroverted Foot (crooked and sitting on my pinky toe) which is a side effect of a Flat Foot Corrective Surgery and 90% nerve damage. The doctor got the head doctor in charge (K.S) he pushes my foot straight to see it go back it's side then proceeds to tell me "we can do another surgery to fix it".

Not to mention the doctor who performed the surgery got me a list of OTHER SURGEONS and told me that one of them should be able to "Fix" my foot. I'm in pain walking, standing, in sandals, house shoes, barefoot, it's constantly cramping up locking up on me, the shower water hurts hitting my foot. My foot is worst than before my very first Bunionoctomy was done.

Then they refused to treat the excruciating pain. They cut me to the white meat taking my cast off to only tell me that it didn't hurt that bad.until the cast was removed and they saw the blood running down my leg.

If you have to see foot doctor, this is the place to go. The entire staff is amazing. Had to have surgery and the care and after care have been top notch. Thank you.

I would highly recommend Kentucky Foot and Ankle Specialists specifically Dr. Angela Didyk. I broke my big toe and potentially needed surgery. Dr. Angela Didyk and her staff were wonderful. They got me in the same day and put me in a boot to heal. She was very thorough and measured in her approach, which I greatly appreciate. Since then, I have referred two of my friends to her for plantar fasciitis and they were very happy with her care. Dr. Angela Didyk is the best!

Dr. Khader and staff at the Outer Loop location are wonderful. Very knowledgeable and compassionate. Highly recommend!

I have been seeing Dr Denzik for 2 years for a few different problems with my foot and she is absolutely amazing I won't go to any other foot doctor than the one on outer loop they are all amazing. All of the staff is friendly and make you feel welcome when you walk in.

Today was my first time there. I was at the Dixie location. Receptionist Denise(filled in from OuterLoop) was welcoming, very friendly, and helpful. Medical Assistant Jessica was super helpful, kind, and very knowledgeable. Dr. Neal was really friendly, very knowledgeable, and she made it comfortable to be there. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND HER!

I agree about them wanting insurance money.the staff does all the he work I've been going to this place for 6 months and still no relief. I see the Dr all of 2 minutes every visit.

Everything about this place was great! I had to take my 2 year old with me to my appointment, but the staff was extremely friendly to the point that she allowed them to hang out with her while they xrayed my foot, and she's pretty shy. Dr. Ferro was professional and kind, everyone wore masks and were quick to check up on me while my results were being reviewed. I don't give reviews often, but I felt this facility was perhaps the best medical experience I've had in a while so they definitely deserve to be acknowledged for it!

I absolutely loved this place! They helped my feet so much. I literally hurt so bad just to get up and walk on my feet. In just about 5 appointments I could really feel a difference in my feet. They are amazing!

Friendly staff, but very unorganized. Dr Khader is ALWAYS late, which says a lot about a doctor. If the patient's time is of no importance to the doctor, then I doubt that anything else is either.

I know I don't have the perfect foot/feet but thanks to Dr. Khader I am able to walk with my left foot. The pictures you see is the surgery he just did. My foot collapsed rolled to the right, I had a crushed ankle bone. He had to fuse my foot lengthen my Achilles. I now have a straight foot and it's a matter of time before I walk. Thank you Dr. Khader.

The receptionist was extremely nice & helpful but the podiatrist gave me little to no information about my situation. It was my very first visit to a podiatrist & I had no clue what questions to ask. Especially since I was told that I could ditch the crutches & walk on the boot I was given at the emergency room. Which added to my situation & made it difficult to get around without pain. I have since went elsewhere & I'm so thankful I did. I feel like I was able to get the information & proper care needed.

All this place cares is to get money from your insurance. I bought orthopedics back in December and didn't like it. They told me no returns. And that they will fix it. Left them at the office back in February and received no call from them since then. First they told me insurance will cover it. Then I received $700 bill and here is May and I am still dealing with this and no orthopedics. They are unorganized and unprofessional!

This place is very unorganized especially the billing department. They never seem to know what is going on. I received several bills for a DME.I paid the bill that was sent and even asked the woman on the phone if that was all I owed. She told me yes. About a month later, I received another bill saying I owed a $30 copay. I called and told them I always pay my copay in the office.

She switched it up and said no, it's really for your brace. You owe more money for the DME. No help from Minnie in the billing department or Kelly G. Also the Dr I saw, Dr. Ray, was just mediocre. The first visit she seemed attentive, but my second visit she was dismissive. Save yourself time and frustration and go somewhere else. However, if you still choose to go to this office and you receive a bill from them, tell them to send a receipt with a manager's signature stating the bill is paid in full after you have paid. Otherwise they may generate a new bill for services.
