10/10 I thought my experience with Annette was lovely. She was kind, informative, energetic, and put my anxieties at ease. I got stuck in traffic and let her know I'd be late, still got my full service, and redeemed my Groupon without any problems. She has plenty of products for you if you are concerned about your microbiome, and knows what she's doing! I would go back, and I would recommend her to others.

Poor service when handling payments. I felt extremely uncomfortable with the way Annette handled payment at the end. I bought a 2nd Groupon which I wasn't suppose to but didn't realize that. She wouldn't let me do the $75 dollar special she was running either. She took my $108 Groupon and charged me an extra $20 just because. She wouldn't acknowledge the $75 special she was running. Gaslit me until I paid her.
Grand total $128. Other than that I loved the treatment. Don't buy a 2nd Groupon people! A great alternative would have been for me to call Groupon and get a refund. Then charge me the $75 special. I have clients and would have totally suggested this approach. This is alternative medicine not covered by health insurance and could have used this greatly. I can't afford the extra fees though. If she was nice about it she wouldn't get bad reviews.

DONT CALL HER IF YOU FOUND HER ON GROUPON. SHE DOES NOT HONOR THEM, YOU WILL STILL HAVE TO PAY OUT OF POCKET. I UNDERSTAND TIME IS MONEY AND SHE MUST HAVE CANCELLATIONS (AS ANY OTHER BUSINESS DOES) BUT THERE IS NO NEED FOR HER TO BELITTLE OR TALK DOWN TO HER CUSTOMERS JUST BECAUSE SHE ASSUMES THAT WE ARE ALL THE SAME. I WAS VERY EXCITED TO TRY OUT THIS SERVICE. BUT AFTER THE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE ATTITUDE SHE GAVE ME I WILL PASS. I SHOULD OF READ ALL THE REVIEWS. THEY ARE ALL PRETTY MUCH THE SAME. Super nutty lady! I loved the cleanse but the check out process was confusing. When I got to the desk she said my service was $75. a monthly special she was running. I told her I had a Groupon I purchased for another 3 at $108. I had previously used a Groupon so she said she only allows one a year. Totally fine! She took the money for the Groupon and tacked on an extra $20. Saying this is how much they cost sorry! "What about the $75 special"?
She gaslit me and never acknowledged there was a special. I kept bringing it back up but she wouldn't even listen to me. I finally paid it so I could just get away from her. Bringing my total to $128. for the visit.

This was my first experience with a colonic. Annette was very friendly and helpful, she answered all my questions when I arrived and helped feel at ease. She was available for me via text the evening before as well as the afternoon following for any questions or concerns I had, I really could not ask for better customer service! She is amazing and I already purchased more.

I purchased a probiotic supplement subscription during my visit. I was given the first the box in store and told the rest would be delivered to my house for $153 a month. I started receiving calls and texts from the owner saying that I received a package that should have come to her and I needed to bring it in. I never received this package and when I didn't get back to her THAT DAY due to being sick at home with COVID, she started blowing up my phone at 5:30 am.
She then decided to charge my card on file $388.40 WITHOUT MY PERMISSION for her "missing package" that I never received. I've now had to dispute the charge with my bank and cancel my debit card. I'll also be reporting her to the BBB. I'm shocked by the inappropriate behavior as well as lack of professionalism, completely unacceptable.

The owner tried to tack on a $20 fee for me using my $108 expired Groupon. The deal was $108 for the price of 3, but I initially explained to her that I wanted to apply the $108 Groupon credit to service for one colonic. I tried to explain to the owner that a Groupon retains its value for the price paid, but she insisted on tacking on the $20 extended use/ expiration fee.
I had to contact Groupon, explain to them that she insisted on violating their policy &, asked Groupon to refund me my money so I could pay her the regular price for one colonic. (This was after the voucher had been redeemed and services had been rendered.) After receiving my Groupon refund, the owner initially told me the service for one colonic would be $150.
The video you are required to sit through states $90. Her website currently states $40-ish dollars for first time visitors. The $150 price confused me. She told me this is the price she charges insurance companies. After too long of a time of going back and forth, we arrived at an aimicable agreement of $20. I would have gladly paid the $40-ish or even the $90, but I refused to pay the ridiculously high price of $150.
Because the average price of hydrocolon therapy in more up to date facilities runs anywhere from $50-$70. I am writing this review to inform potential customers using Groupons that it goes against Groupon's s policy to charge a fee to use an expired Groupon. The owner can charge the difference in price, if the Groupon's value is less than the price of services rendered BUT NEVER A FEE.
Contact Groupon immediately if this happens to you. Overall, the experience was okay. However, I have no intentions of returning. Something seemed incredibly unethical about the handling of money here. The back and forth with the owner was draining, unnecessarily time consuming, and could have easily been avoided if she would have simply honored Groupon's policy. Plus, I was expecting a higher standard of cleanliness, especially since the owner shared that the establishment provided medical services/ medically billed insurance companies.
I will add that outside of our misunderstanding about billing, the owner was pleasant and helpful when it came to helping have a better understanding about hydrocolon therapy.

I love this place! The coffee shot in the colon cleanse (embarrassing lol) helped me immensely as my medication at the time had caused severe constipation. The Ion Cleanse had such an amazing effect on my knees, the problem being diagnosed and identified as Candida buildup in my joints. I could not bend my knees before the session. I had afterwards improved in my range of motion on my knee that had previously been through arthroscopic surgery.
The water from New Choices is clear tasting and exquisite. The prices, are fairly reasonable for a mother-daughter owned business. They are friendly, as they truly care about their clients. They have been in business for over 25 yrs, and my last visit was in 2010. Having lost weight and through financial difficulties I had to let go of my holistic approach to health, but I will refer anyone to this awesome establishment!

I received a Groupon for New Choice Plus, and I only completed 2 sessions way back in 2017 because I moved further away from their location, and life got too busy (you may be able to relate). Annette reached out to me last week and I will be concluding my third colonic package session this evening-no additional cost. How thoughtful for New Choice to reach out during this time, and I could really use it. They are following strict COVID-19 guidelines and protocols, so I would definitely recommend them for those of you reading this! In good health!

I was in my colonic session and a woman came in and grabbed something out of my cabinet above my head. I was constantly being interupted and no privacy. It was weird. Then I tried to talk to the owner to ask questions and I was literally following her around. She made it clear she was busy and my questions (my first time there) was going to have to be quickly asked. She's nice but it's not a relaxing place. Which it should be.

I called to make an appt. I had a groupon. The owner said that she was out until 12/3. I asked if the groupon could start on 12/3 given that it only lasts for 120 days and the fact that there was no way I could schedule before she got back. She was SO rude! She laughed and said that it "wasn't her problem". Don't have groupons then, B*tch!

There was a teaser trailer screened at Open Screen Night http://openscreennight.com/ called Junk to Hunk where a colonic removed nine pounds from a guy's body. New Choices shows you a video of exactly what to expect when you walk into your private room. The process is pretty mild and you can read or play on your phone for the 45 minutes you are, ahem, cleansing.
I only saw a one pound drop on the scale, which I assume means I've been eating right and didn't need pounds of S#%* removed from my colon. But, super glad I checked!

Annette, apparently one of the owners, was very rude. I only spoke with her twice and both times I was cut short or off and while trying to schedule an appointment, was told it seemed like 'I was too busy. I was specifically interested in this location as it is close to me and has a over 2 decades in colonics. However, with her attitude and tone simply over thr phone- not someone I would want to do a colonic on me or anyone I know. Annettee. sorry, I was driving the 1st time you called and couldn't focus on your call much less schedule an appt and the 2nd time I ran into a herd of Elk while walking to my car to get my appointment book. sorry you couldn't understand that was a bit of a shock to me, hence your comment. 'Just call me back when your not doing something!' Wow!

I was in town with husband for a conference and desperately needed a colonic. Hadn't had one in more than a year but knew I needed it. I searched Groupon and found this company close to my location. After one colonic, I felt 1000% better! Had such a great experience, I went back the next day to completely empty out and husband begged to go, too! Highly recommend!
