After a 4 hour wait, they x-rayed the wrong part of my body because they couldn't bother to actually listen to their patients. Go somewhere else. This place is a scam.

Dr didn't even examine me or gave me a chance to explain my symptoms. Ordered blood test, 2 MRIs on 2 different days, 4 follow up exams. Called in a prescription he didn't even tell me about. This all happened in maybe 3 minutes. I will never go there again!

First of all i attended the appointment early. I filled out all the forms and the check in lady said she would check us in. I come to find out she did not check us in and due to that we were sitting and waiting for nothing for 50 mins after the given appointment time. This place is so unprofessional and the workers need better time management.

I went to get my knee checked out (MRI said meniscus tear) and was told I needed surgery right off the bat. I'm convinced the doctor didn't look at the CD. He also didn't test out my knee, ask me any questions about the injury or explain the pros and cons of surgery of a meniscus tear. He talked to me for about 2 minutes then left the office. And that was after I waited from 8:00am to 10:30 for an appointment only for them to send me back later in the day for another appointment at 2:00.

I got there at 1:15 because I didn't want to wait. Well, I ended up waiting until 4:30. And after all that, they made me get another x-ray even though I had my MRI with me and my x-ray came back fine a week or so prior. These people just want your money. They'll do surgery on anyone and conduct pointless testing to scrape the barrel. I went to Dr. Sherman today for my knee and he said he wouldn't touch my knee in a million years.

He was thorough with his explanation and said what I have is mainly a bruised patella. My meniscus is fine. What a joke this place is. Avoid it at all costs. Edit: Changed to 2 stars because I had to go back for my hand. I saw Dr. Grossman and she was great. Took the time to explain my injury, what I can and can't do and I waited no more than 5 minutes to see her. I would definitely recommend Dr. Grossman and her staff.

Went to see the Doctor about my back and pain in my leg. I was examined and the they took x-ray, (why didn't they take an x-ray before examining me) given pain medication and sent on my way. I called them several days later (no one called me with results of the x-ray) to say the pain killers aren't working and inquire about x-ray. Was then informed that they would seek approval for MRI, it has now been 10 days since that conversation and no one has called me.

If you want to seek care at a place that doesn't care about your treatment, they are perfect. Poor communication with patients, no follow through regarding treatment and lack of desire to do anything more than push medication. I would never recommend this place to any I know.

Do not use these snakes. Not only did they pressure me into getting a back surgery when I didn't want to they figured they would lie about my supposed "recovery" and RUINED my workers comp case! Now they're pursuing me for some bill for treatment they didn't even give me. Do not use these people they're AWFUL! 0 stars

Tried reaching out for results of MRI/ Brain scan done at Regional, So far have left 3 messages and yet No One has called me back with results. There is a saying that "No news is good news", that only applies to a news paper, NOT one's health, your system is broke, your follow up procedure needs revamping, I had the same experience with an XRay done, and no one ever called me. So things haven't changed one bit. Not a way to treat your patients.

After speaking with a Patient Advocate I was able to get my appointments and procedure complete. I am so happy with the results. However, one of the nurses who runs the IV line for sedation was nervous because she couldn't find a vain and kept offering Valium. Why is she the only person who can run the Line took almost 25 mins. I don't want her for the next procedure.

First off I hope everyone stays safe out there. I had an appointment yesterday at 2 PM. I was not aware that NC. Was put on watch precaution list as of 10-6-20. So I couldn't see my dr. I understood an had no problem with that. I had a problem with women at the front desk telling others that I came there an it was not 14 days, that was unprofessional an she should be shame of herself.

I have a seeing problem not a hearing problem. But I did not say a word to her she will do it again. The other person will not be as composed as I am. I love my dr. I hope when i go there again she is off.
