Very rude office personal, they change your appointment and tell you you missed it and when you say anything about it, you are discharged!

Don't waste your time and money on the BioTe pellet process they offer. They fail to tell you until you're there that there are restrictions if you've had breast cancer and then give you false information in order to get you to pay for the full spectrum of pellets you've been promised. Then when you complain, write letters and make phone calls, no one returns your call. I don't know anything about Dr. Cronin - never met him or talked to him even though his assistant was supposed to talk to him and call me back.

Patient of Dr. K's for 5 years and the NP Shiloh cancelled an appointment and told me to call and verify the other one got me discharged because she is a waste of a visit. Dr. k is great but only sees one side and it's not yours. The front office is a complete waste of space.

I've been there once, was scared to death and Dr Cronen and his staff made my visit so much easier and relaxed me. I need another injection but workman's comp closed my case knowing I needed it. So hioehopefi can get back in. Thank you all very much. This was his new Albany office

Dont bother wasting your time. The docs are nice enough, however their office staff a 2nd a few of the arnps are useless. Your appointments are going to be rearranged constantly, and t9hey will call you at least once a month to cancel an appointment.then you will get a letter discharging you over an appointment THEY called to cancel. They just did the exact same thing to my husband.wouldnt do a procedure because they are billing wrong insurance.as of date. they are STILL Billing wrong insurance.

They cut you off and they give you no option to explain to someone what's going on. So I'd say someone does what they want and everyone gets discharged. The lady on the phone actually told me they dont make mistakes. Useless. My husband had been on pain meds for 5 years with dr k. This morning he was supposed to get his script but instead got discharged with nothing. Its malpractice at best.

I absolutely love this group. I still have pain but, I can tolerate it compared to being bedridden is a major plus. His caring bedside manner is like no other.

I have suffered pain in my neck for years and have received limited relief. After being referred to Dr. Cronen he immediately started treatment and for the most part I'm pain free! If my neck flares up they see me quickly for treatment! The staff always follows up to check on me. If any of my friends have pain issues, I always refer them to Pain Institute.

I would Leave NO stars but it wont let me post if i don't click one. Very Disappointed with our services here. My Boyfriend went for his consult and then one more appointment for an epidural which was the worst experience he's had. Very unorganized, didn't prep him or explain anything. I have called three times without a return call to discuss our appt. and lack of care. We have questions on medications we haven't gotten answered. We will be going to a different Pain Institute for further treatment. Very Unprofessional.

Dr. Cronen is a very caring physician. He listened to what my problem was and had me walking upright in two visits. I'm back to playing golf and enjoying regular things without pain. I cannot thank him enough.
