I've gotta say that this place and staff far surpasses Northwest Ortho who I had to fire for terrible/non existent aftercare. Here, they accommodate you and really take the time to show compassion for your needs after surgery. I cannot say enough about the great level of cooperation I've gotten here. Fantastic people. I highly recommend them for outstanding aftercare and PT support. Rock on.

I have suffered for many years with disabling knee pain. Diagnosed as bone on bone in both knees from a long career of outdoor work and play. After being seen by a competing office and getting poor service, difficulty getting scheduling, difficulty contacting scheduling, and the surgeon being rude. What an amazing experience I have had at Orthopedic Specialty Clinic. Dr David Scott has assembled a team of professionals to achieve a surgical success for me.

From the friendly staff at reception to the hard working nursing, administration, and PT staff. This facility is the premier surgical joint repair office in Spokane. I followed the protocol for the surgery and achieved a truly fantastic result after just 6 weeks with the help of this special group of medical professionals. I wouldn't go anywhere else for this surgery.

I'm not posting on my experience at this place. I saw the commercial and nowhere where did I see anything on Stem Cell therapy. I would rather stay away from surgery. I was limping an DC went to an orthopedic Dr. Not a real good experience I saw the physician assistant ant and g we said I had allot of life in my ankle Then I took antinflamitories and the pain went away.

Then on a follow up they tried to throw the physicians assistant at me. I requested the Ortho Dr Then he said my ankle is wore out to take antinflamitories until that quits working. Then steroid shots until that quits working. Then ankle repl a cement. I nstantly did stem cell therapy. now I don't have to take Un healthy antinflamitories and steroid shots and be limited with ankle replacement.

On a third visit I told TY he Dr what I did and I don't have to take antinflamitories. He pressed where it was hurting before a ND no pain. He said it looks like it worked to kep doing what you are doing. I can do anything I want. it changed my life but I didn't see anything about stem cell on the commercial.

Wow! 6 weeks out from total hip replacement and I feel like a new man. Dr. Scott and Orthopedic Specialty Clinic have done a fantastic job! It really feels miraculous. If you're in pain, Dr. Scott and OSC are your people.

Both knees working with full operation and range of motion. This was an unbelievable experience, each knee a year apart. I walk for a living, and now without pain. Thank you, Thank you OSC.

Absolutely great experience, start to finish. Far exceeded my expectations. After 3 weeks I was on the treadmill and taking stairs. At 5 weeks, walking with no pain 2 miles a day. Surgery could not have gone better and PT at the Doctors office is a must. The PT team was in daily/weekly consult with the Doctor and pushed me right to my limits every visit and ensured I was on track. The at home "tools" were a key. I would HIGHLY Recommend Dr Scott and his entire team.

After one year I am able to do anything I want and at 77 that's important. Dr Scott went out of his way during COVID to be sure I had my surgery in a timely manner. The staff has been great. Be sure to follow up with PT. In talking with others it has made all the difference. Thank you Orthopedic Specialists for keeping me mobile.

I received the best compassionate professional care possible from my surgeons office. Everyone was warm and welcoming, professional and my results were outstanding after my knee surgery. Dr. David Scott is an amazing surgeon and my recovery was simple. He came with excellent references and I can now add to their excellent reviews. The staff in every aspect has been tremendous. They answered every question with respect and understanding of the impact to my health. I've had to have several surgeries, they were amazing each time. if it has to be done, find someone you fully trust and rely on, for me these were the right people for my long term health. 3 Months ago I had a total knee replacement performed by Dr. Scott and did my Physical Therapy with Carl Rice. One stop shop for a great result. My surgery/recovery/customer service/billing/everything was great. Would highly recommend them.

My experience with Dr. David Scott and his entire staff at Orthopaedic Specialty Clinic in Spokane has been fantastic. Within two months from the day I limped in their door on a bad hip, I could ride my bike 20 miles and walk 4 miles a day with NO pain! It has changed my life. I can't give a higher recommendation than this. They deserve 10 stars!

Dr David Scott did both my knees. My right knee was done by a Dr at Holy Family, he did 3 surgeries, terrible Dr. After this work injury I was able to get a second opinion from David Scott, he fixed what was wrong and made it so much better! Than in March I was in a car wreck I was told I had torn my left knee and needed to go to a knee Dr. I went with Dr Scott!

I am so grateful he accepted me as a patient, he did my surgery on Dec 2nd, after only 8 weeks I am not walking with a limp or any assistance! I am so impressed with the staff, and Dr. I would recommend him as one of the best knee surgeon in all of Spokane. At my release from going through physical Therapy twice a week Dr Scott said it was up to me if I wanted to continue with pt. I am done and walking better than ever!
