The ineptitude of this place is mind-boggling. You will likely wait 2 hours for your appointment, followed by them wasting 10 minutes more of your time with their stupid screener questions, and then good luck from there. I've spent the last year getting auto refills on medications I haven't used in over a year, but have to call and fight to get refills of the medications I do need EVERY TIME I need a refill. This place is a clusterfuck of incompetence.

Be prepared to always wait 2 or more hours. Management is making changes and it's not for the better. I wish my doctor would go somewhere else so I could stop coming here. I hate it

The OBGYN is the only branch I can give experience on. I've gone there for a few years. The staff is nice but that doesn't make up for the wait. It'll be 30-45 minutes MINIMUM after your scheduled appointment time just to be seen by the doctor. I've waited an hour and a half in the past. This is a consistent issue and a waste of time. Go someplace else.

Clean and friendly and knowledgeable people, I was a patient there for over 25 years. I have not till this day can say anything bad about the staff or the facilities

I love the adult medicine department on the ground floor. I really enjoy my experience there especially with the help of Deshawn at the reception desk. He is very knowledgeable courteous and extremely professional. What I like the most is that he speaks in a calm voice. He's very respectful even when some people are rude and discourteous to him. He is very positive.

When I go to adult medicine I feel like I matter. I feel like they care about me and my medical needs. I feel like they want the best for me. As a professional, it is always best to be around people that don't know you but show that they care about your needs. Thank you to whomever hired DeShawn. I really appreciate you! He always makes my day especially with his wonderful smile and courteous disposition. We need more people like him in the world to make it a better place.

My review is for the obgyn department. I've gone to other departments and was not pleased but the obgyn department is amazing. It wasn't crowded and the staff and doctor was so helpful and kind and I did not wait long at all. It was a pleasant experience. I won't go back for any other departments but def will go back for the obgyn department

I called more than six times to speak with a nurse and once transfered I get a mailbox that is full. The unprofessional part about it is you can't even leave a message. That tells you they do not check the messages accordingly and no one picks up the phone. Unprofessional!

This place is very unprofessional. This is not my first time having a poor encounter with this facility. They are extremely slow and do not work within a timely manner with a waiting room full of people. You don't get seen until at least an hr after your appointment time. The staff is rude and do not try to accommodate you for the mistakes they have made.

The staff there are very pleasant and polite! The service however is very poor, first off the waiting time is ridiculous there's no reason for any to have to wait hours to see the doctor. There are to many Patients sitting around for so long waiting. I personally go to a private doctor but husband goes there. I would not recommend if you can find another doctor.

Great office to go to they confirm your appointment by email and phone call a week before and a second confirmation. The doctors a very patient friendly and really care.

I will not be going back here at all with my children. I've moved to another state and requested to be emailed my children's physicals and was denied. I was told I have to physically pick it up. Hmmmmm safety first though lol. I would think the safe thing to do is email and not have unnecessary people that doesn't have to be in the office in the office. So I was told THEY WOULD SEND IT TO THE SCHOOL (strangers) NOT THIER PARENT. Make it make sense. I will be driving 13 hrs and WILL PICK IT UP IN PERSON DENY ME THEN!

Had a dental checkup with Dr. Juan and his staff - they're really kind and put a smile on my face somehow. He might be the kindest dentist i've visited! I do recommend arriving early to get through the checkin process;

Bedford Stuyvesant Family Health Center is 1 of the brightest lights guiding the medical field into the 21st century with great doctor's there like Robert L Terrelonge and Nyla Manning. They're credo boldly defines standards for therapy at its best. I very much appreciate everything they have done for me. This facility is super clean the interior is modern and new.

My health has improved since I been visiting. These doctor's and staff list and they speak with such a gentle voice, they act with skill and wisdom. They will put you at ease and we are very blessed to have them. Thank you very much for everything.

The appointment desk is so rude. I was getting new information about my policy that I wasn't aware of and it surprised me. I asked the person to be patient with me because I have anxiety, and I was struggling to get my questions out and brain was processingmy thoughts faster than I could get them out verbally. As the conversation seemed to be ending, without even giving it a chance to let me think if I had any other questions, they gave me a cold fast "bye" and hung up on me. I was already on the verge of having an attack and this almost bought me to tears. I hate calling places to get help, and they treat you like you are inconveniencing them.

The dental office is rude and unorganized! Don't waste your time going to Bedford dental! I arrived at the office at 9am as a walk in for a dental a emergency, I was told to come back at 2pm I showed up at 2pm signed in and waited 2 whole hours. The doctor and nurse (Sean) were rude and dismissed my condition and told me she had other patients. After I had waited a whole 2 hours to see someone. If you have insurance you should probably look for a private office because the dental office is terrible

The most incompetent administrative and medical staff I've encountered. They have a new building facility but its useless especially when the entire staff within operates on an astonishingly elementary level. Don't waste your money or insurance plan here
