Very pleasant service from the doctor and staff. However, they are pushy with sales, and additional services you may or may not need. Again, very good service overall and if you ask about something your question is answered with great detail. Just be ready to be asked to buy a lot of stuff (retail/additional services).

Dr. Jones is the best eye doctor I have ever had, and I've seen many over my lifetime. His exams are always thorough, he has the latest diagnostic equipment, he's passionate about his profession and compassionate with his patients. I feel confident in his diagnoses and appreciate his pragmatic approach to treating all my eye woes. He also does an exceptional job fitting contact lenses. Highly recommend!

The absolute best. I followed Dr. Jones from the downtown location to the Orland Park location. It's an hour away for me and I would be willing to drive further. No other eye doctor has been able to help me see this clearly. His humor is an added bonus and everyone that works there is so nice and helpful. So grateful to have found this doctor!

I love this Dr Jordan and his relatability. Staff is nice and always pleasant. The only "issue" is that their glasses are definitely higher end and costly. They look so nice that you'll have a hard time going to other places and settling for something cheaper. I've decided that to avoid giving in to these expensive brands, I'll just do my exams and walk right out. Getting glasses elsewhere without seeing the ones in WE has helped me stay in budget!

Dr. Jordan is very knowledgeable, entertaining and funny! I only wish I had a reason to come back in and see him and the team more than once a year!

Dr. Jordan Jones is without a doubt the best optometrist I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. In my 39 years, I've seen a lot of em. My 10 year old son had just received an unknown diagnosis from Visionworks which, of course, left me frantic. Would he go blind? Would he need surgery? Would he be able to function with his current eyesight?

The doctor at Visionworks didn't have an answer for any of my questions. That's when I called Wear Eyewear. I explained the situation and they must've heard how scared I was because they fit us into their busy schedule that same day. When we arrived, they couldn't have been nicer. Then we met the doctor and what a breath of fresh air!

He took his time with my son. Made him feel comfortable and at ease.unlike the other doctor who scared the daylights out of my son. He explained EVERYTHING in great detail to us. He is the real deal and if you're looking for a new eye doctor, please don't look any further!

I always feel welcome and comfortable when I get my eyes checked here. Also love the selection of frames! I get a lot of compliments on my frames even when they are a few years old.

Just saw Dr. Jones at his Orland Park location with my daughters (ages 4,6,8) for our annual eye exams. He is the best! On the way to the appointments the girls were laughing about funny things he had said last year! He makes them all so comfortable and is very knowledgeable. I highly recommend him for adults or kids!

Dr. Jones is a consummate professional who is extremely knowledgeable in his field. The quality of service, professionalism and genuine humor brings such happiness to my visit. The best part is that Dr. Jordan is very serious about the health of your eyes and he leaves no stone unturned. Great staff, clean office and the best selection of frames.

My BF (at the time) and I started going to this location because it was within our insurance coverage and close to home. Dr. Jordan is personable and hilarious. He's not stuck up like most Opticians. We love for our annual check ups.

I've been wearing glasses since 1983, and I will say hands down Dr. Jones is the best eye doctor I've ever had. I'll never go anywhere else! I have a very difficult prescription, and he understands my vision perfectly. Also, you can tell he really loves what he does. This office is top-notch with the most modern equipment. That being said it is not cheap. But I wouldn't trust my vision with anyone else.

I have been going to Dr. Jones at Wear Eyewear for several years and I'm so thankful that I found him. He is extremely knowledgeable and does a great job of explaining all the tests he conducts during his eye exams. I have extremely sensitive eyes and my eyesight is so bad that I require medically necessary contact lenses. He recommended a brand of eye drops that drastically improved the overall health of my eyes and he and his team worked with my vision insurance to ensure that I was able to get the coverage that I require. My husband also goes to Wear Eyewear for all of his vision needs.

Dr. Wozney was great! But I paid $325 for Armani glasses that are $178 online. Wow I would never have checked until I just read previous Yelp reviews. No wonder none of the glasses on display had price tags like most Vision retailers.go here for an eye exam but that's it.

I have had such a good experience with Wear Eyewear and Dr. Jordan Jones! Started going at the end of 2015 and since then, they helped me work with their LASIK partners to get the procedure done, which went great! I did all of my follow-up appointments with Dr. Jones and he is great! Very friendly and a thorough doctor. His associates were very helpful with insurance and glasses and helping me understand my benefits. I originally was referred by a friend and have referred others!

Having gone to the eye Dr. and wearing glasses or contacts for the better part of 30 years, I know my optometrists, and Dr. Jones is a great one. Top of the line equipment, thorough exams, and clear explanations.

Upon entering, I was greeted by friendly staff when we're very helpful, I didn't feel rushed, felt welcome, and the impression on sales felt very honest. The selection of frames was better than I expected. I nearly got a different shape of frames than usual. That's big! The optometrist Jordan Jones was hands down the best! Very cool guy! The eye exam by Dr. Jones is first rate. He is considerate, thorough, efficient and has a sense of humor. At no time did I feel rushed, he is patient, listens attentively, a pleasure to be his patient! I have been to others for this exam, Dr. Jordan is in a class by himself. My wife and I are always pleased with this office. The selection of frames and options are many.easily accomodating to everyone's tastes.

This was one of the best experiences I have ever had with a doctor. The scheduling was quick and easy, the doctor saw me half an hour early, and the appointment itself was wonderful. Dr. Jones was so warm and kind; he put me at ease right away and always explained everything that he was doing. He listened closely to some of my concerns (mostly about the cost of contact lenses as a student) and he always personalized his recommendations based on what I had said. He also has a broad knowledge of autoimmune diseases and their impact on eye health, so if that is a complicating factor for you, you'll be in good hands.

Mixed review here: Dr Jordan Jones knows his stuff in and out, understands the delicate balance of sales/customer relations/running his own business/and still acting like a human. Great job Dr Jones - I'll will use your services in the future. 5 stars for Dr Jones. Greg Winjum on the other hand only sees dollar sings as a customer walks through the door. As soon as the transaction is complete, so as his attempts at manors and/or customer service. 1 star for Greg.

I had a wonderful experience here. After my typical eye doctor wasn't available for a checkup my sister advised I give this place a shot. I'm glad I did, they were more than courteous on the initial phone call and advised me to arrive early to do some paperwork. They confirmed my appointment 2x, and even got me in earlier. The doctor did a great job of identifying my stigmatism and which route was going to work best in regards to contacts. In fact I will be going back in a few weeks to purchase new glasses from them. I always have an excellent experience at Wear Eyewear. The staff is pleasant. I love the selection of glasses Wear offers and the eye doctor is great! He always makes me laugh and make the whole appointment fly by smoothly. I am planning to move a couple of hours away and will likely still come back for my annual check up, just because I enjoy my experience.
