I was able to get in for an appt with Dr. Johans within a few weeks of calling. I was in immense pain, and PT was not helping. I had almost zero quality of life because of the debilitating pain. He scheduled the surgery at Treasure Valley Hospital(which was AMAZING), a week after my initial visit, and I had zero complications. Dr Johans was highly recommended from others who had positive experiences with him.

I was not disappointed. Almost immediately after surgery I felt 100% better. The pre/post op education that NA provides is unlike anything that I have ever experienced with other surgeons or offices. This greatly helps the entire process to go more smoothly. I would absolutely recommend this practice and Dr. Johans.

This place is extremely disrespectful of your time. Every appointment is a minimum of 20 minutes late, making you sit around with zero apologies. They also will find an injury, then ignore it because it doesn't qualify for surgery, then keep "recommending" more appointments and scans ($$$$$$$$$$$$$), each at minimum, 20 minutes after you show up.

When employees are positive for covid they allow them to stay before sending them home. No one wears a mask in the back in direct violation of the new city order

Update: waiting in car for 1 hour. Reception VERY apologetic. PA was nice and explained my MRI to me in detail. Doc was good. I get that you're behind. I get it. What I don't understand and is not ok is to make your patients wait in the summer heat outside/in their cars. What if they don't have AC or their car overheats easily if they have to run their AC for long periods of time.

What about the disabled, or heat sensitive, or elderly? It's not a good decision. Not a good impression when you make your patients wait in the 93° summer heat in their car for over 50 minutes until a flippin room is ready. I'm ready to go off on someone! This is ridiculous! And heat is not compatible with my fibromyalgia! If masks work, then your patients should be able to sit IN THE LOBBY 6' apart!

Dr. Kelly Bridges, I highly recommend Dr Bridges, she performed my Laminectomy, and I knew exactly what to expect going into the procedure. She takes her time with you at the appointment so that you understand what she is seeing on the tests, she will not perform unnecessary procedures. Dr Bridges bed side manner is excellent. Her staff is great as well!

Dr Johans and his staff were absolutely amazing from my first consultation until the last appointment after my surgery. I have recommended them to other people already and will continue to do so. They are the best!
