Dr. Nelson was fabulous! He repaired a very serious cranial fracture on our son and we were so pleased and amazed by his professionalism, his attention to details, his kindness, and especially his perfect surgical work that we went back to him for our daughter's wisdom teeth. Which she's doing great with and is having a fast recovery. Thank you Whitewater Oral Surgery group!

Got a referral from my orthodontist for a surgery I needed. I called multiple times to set up a consult, finally when I was able to they called me a week before telling me they have to cancel it. Apparently they still needed a surgeon to review my referral. They told me they'd call once he reviewed it. Waited over 2 months for them to call me and I heard nothing from them.

I called again and I couldn't even get an answer to when I would be able to get a call back for a simple consult. They are very unprofessional and will just waste your time. I had to call my ortho so they could refer me somewhere else. Don't waste your time here.

Everyone working at Whitewater was very kind and helpful. Dr. Hastings and all of his dental assistants were great and got me in and out with no problems. I highly recommend Whitewater Oral Surgery Group for any of your oral surgery needs!

Whitewater was great! We took my son in for wisdom teeth removal. They made the process so fast and easy. The procedure was only about 30 minutes and he had a fast recovery. I would recommend them.

This place has been excellent! I am anxious when going to the dentist, but all the staff makes you feel comfortable. They are helpful when you have questions and make you feel important. When I had concerns, they walked me through self care, and when I didn't feel confident that I took care of the problem they got me in quick and put my mind at ease. I highly recommend!

My daughter had her wisdom teeth pulled, Whitewater Oral Surgery Group did a wonderful job, we had no issues. My daughter even wanted to go out to dinner the night of her surgery! I had a great experience here! I recently had to get my wisdom teeth out and was actually shocked at how easy everything was! Don't get me wrong, the first week was hard but I had ample prescriptions and gauze ready! The overall procedure was quick and easy, I was in, and out very quickly and ready to head home. Love the staff, as well! Very friendly and knowledgeable!

I was able to get a cost estimate a day before the procedure as well with my insurance so I knew exactly what it would cost on the day of surgery. Thank you all for making a very scary task, a lot more comfortable for me! I'm thinking I might be back for some invisalign next!

Although these folks are extremely busy do to end of year, emergencies, (which was requested by my dentist.) and all other factors, the staff and Dr. Nelson are the best in the state. They are extremely friendly, make sure they have everything scheduled properly and don't let you sit waiting for your appt. Absolutely incredible since I had a dental emergency and they had to double book me just to get me in!

Wish the rest of the medical community would follow suit. Would not hesitate to recommend this facility in a heartbeat. Dr. Nelson and staff have treated myself and my wife for many years now and we would not go anywhere else. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!

My daughter has been under the care of Dr. Kempers for 16 years. She has a rare syndrome and is a very complicated case. Dr. Kempers and his dedicated staff are the people you want to take care of your child. Its not often you find a group of people that deeply care about their patients. I highly recommend this group and respect them beyond words.

I just came back from having 2 teeth "extracted" (I hate to say pulled!) and Dr. Nelson was as good as it gets. His entire staff walks on water and couldn't have been more pleasant and professional. It was all over before I even knew it and he was superb-aren't enough words to say how great this entire office is. I would give them a 10 if it was an option!

My wonderful dentist, Dr. Evan Smith, recommended Waterwater Oral Surgery to me for a molar extraction and implant. I am very anxious when it comes to mouth work, but I trusted his recommendation. My friend's son, Dr. Justin Hastings, just happened to be the newest partner in the group. I am SO happy I went there and had Justin! He took his time in the consult appointment.

I had the surgery and had the molar removed, bone grafted in, and am now awaiting the rest of the process to finish the implant. I have had no pain, and swelling. Dr. Hastings and his team knew I was anxious, and were very empathetic. The procedure was over before I knew it. I felt cared for and received such great treatment. I have no apprehensions about the rest of it. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Hastings to anyone who needs oral surgery work done!

I have a phobia when it comes to dentists. But, Dr. Nelson and his staff are truly unbelievable! An extraction of a broken tooth and all the necessary work to prepare for an implant. Absolutely no pain. Quick, efficient, and highly professional. I would highly recommend Dr. Nelson without hesitation.

I had to take my 6-year old boy who has supernumerary teeth. Two extra teeth will have to be removed surgically in time. I didn't know what to expect, but I was pleasantly impressed with Dr. Kempers' rather calm yet fun demeanor around my nervous 6-year old. He suggested we wait to see how the permanent teeth's roots form instead of possibly interrupting the development of them. I will update the review possibly after the next visit or the actual surgery. But for now, my experience was a pretty good one. :
