Now I know I have good insurance as a matter of fact, before I went to this location my procedure was pre-approved. Now I have Arian Collection Agency calling me for $945.00. I have located my EOB, it states paid in full. I know they don't think they will get money out of my pocket if my insurance paid the full amount.

I took my friend to have a colonoscopy. First while we where waiting to be taken back the staff gets into a pretty loud argument with one saying 'well maybe I should just leave'. Her appointment was for 7:15, her procedure was not actually done until 10:15. That's not good for someone who is diabetic and fasting. It appears they book to many at a time and only have 2 holding rooms and 1 procedure room causing extremely long wait.

After the procedure she was to to come back in a year because she had polyps. Everyone I know that has had a colonoscopy and polyps have NEVER had to go back in a year. Then in the follow up visit the told her she needed to have an endoscope, when she asked why the told her there there could be issues that you don't know about. No you know if you can't swallow. This doctor is just wanting money. DO NOT go to this doctor if you can help it, they do UNNECESSARY procedures.

Staff was helpful and professional, not exactly sure why they've gotten so many bad reviews. Was very pleased with the entire experience and would and will recommend them to anyone that feels uneasy about coming here. We return without hesitation. Great service!

Corruption! This office is doing hospital procedures in house. The staff had me verify with my insurance to make sure I was covered. I DID VERIFY WITH THEM, I WAS ALL CLEAR TO GO! DR GUPTA HAS NEVER SPOKE TO ME THE 3 TIMES I HAD VISITED HIS OFFICE. I found that a little odd btw. Months go by and I've paid three different bills that his office had sent me.

Later on, 9 plus months later, I receive a bill for $4000! Turns out his Anesthesiologist isnt in Network. WHAT!? MY POINT IS. HE WILL HAVE YOU COME BACK A FEW MORE TIMES BEFORE HE SENDS OUT THE MAJOR BILL! Do yourself a favor and find a trustworthy doctor! If your doctor is dishonest, is he or she really worried about your health? Or just our money! Terrible person
