We have been coming here since my daughter was born in 2015. And as well when my son was born in 2017. We absolutely loved it here. We never had to wait long and the nurses and receptionists have always been kind and patient with us. I unfortunately recently learned that Dr Hannah had retired. Happy for him, but super sad to know we will not see him anymore : But we had also been seen by other doctors in Riviera.

All super nice and well informed. BREASTFEEDING FRIENDLY I also will add. Which is a plus for new moms. We had always been able to get in to see a doctor within a day or so with sudden illnesses, or after hours the nurses on call are always really kind and able to answer questions. In conclusion, I truly feel that Riviera Pediatrics is a great choice. It's located inside IU north hospital and IU has a reputation for being one of the best hospitals.

I feel like the doctors genuinely care for each patient and really enjoy their job. They don't treat you like a number. Everyone is very professional and sweet to the children!

Dr Hannah was great, but his office staff are extremely unprofessional! I was told several times that I had no balance or would be billed of insurance didn't cover the bill. When asked at every visit Desiree proceeded to tell me nothing was due. Come to find out I had a $140 bill out of no where with no explanation or apology for staff misinforming me.

When asked what the bill was for I was never given a breakdown or explanation. I called every other day asking for the office manage Sheryl whom never seemed to be in office or away from her desk conveniently every time I called. Once I got ahold over her after a month I was still given the run around and not one apology. Online access and the front office failed to keep me updated.

After I advised I would be seeking a different doctor for both of my kids and I ended service with them a week later they sent me a nasty letter in so many words saying they quit providing my children care because of unprofessionalism. How so, If all I asked for was a breakdown of why I had a bill that wasn't reflected online or by their front office?
