Jayme is very professional as well as friendly, making the procedure (injection in knee & hip) very comfortable. I dread and always have any type needle poked in my body, I can honestly say I look forward to appointments with Jayme. If you have a choice, always request Jayme.

Dr. Brian Levings and his team are amazing! They are incredibly helpful, compassionate and all around a great team of medical professionals to work with. I wouldn't go to or take my family to anyone else! 10/10 every time!

I have received treatment from Dr. Langerman at SW Orthopedic several times. He and his staff take great care of you and do their best to ensure your success with the issue at hand.

The doctors and PA-C's are all great! The nurses and front office staff are another story! The majority of them never smile, or say normal pleasantries, or even just acknowledge that you're standing right in front of them for several minutes and can be in a lot of pain standing so long waiting to check in OR out, but they seem like they are miserable working there, so they act as if it's the patients fault!

One of my pet peeves is when you do business, and a medical facility IS A BUSINESS, that you've chosen them, and your tax money (for Medicare), co-pays, and insurance payments PAY them! We could have chosen any number of other doctors, and when they don't smile, or just say "thank you", it really makes your time there miserable and has made me change doctors in the past. I'm just trying to be fair to the doctors and PA's because they are phenomenal!

Scott was very helpful in explaining the MRI diagnoses and laying out the options for me moving forward. He answered all my questions and took the time to do so without making me feel rushed.

Nicole has a great bedside manner which makes you feel right at home. She's very knowledgeable in her field and takes her time with her patients. The only issue I had today (Thursday) is I had to wait 90 min. The longest wait time I've ever had.

The staff were so patient and friendly! Jayce was absolutely wonderful, she knew I was terrified and confused so she took the time out to explain things to me and also make things better. I had to call to schedule surgery and the lady at the NW office answered and she also was so kind and took a lot of her time explaining to me about the procedures and Dr's I have every confidence in these people so far. This will be my first and hopefully only surgery I will have to experience Respectfully Diane Lucas

Nicole has always been very thorough. Explaining what needed to be done to get to the root of the issue with my foot. Nicole makes you very at ease and answers any questions you have.

Keri was wonderful. She is compassionate and knowledgeable. The staff are friendly and helpful. They are efficient with time management. You don't wait all day to see someone but they listen to you when it's your turn. Doctor's are great. Great place to go.

My son is 16 broke his elbow and we were referred to this place. Hands down the best customer service, staff is amazing and so kind. The doctor is Shannon Fitzpatrick she is absolutely fabulous. Took the time to explain everything and spoke to my son and made sure he was able to understand, showed us all the photos and what to expect. Overall just a great place and really happy that the people we met were great.

The orthopedists are fine, but the billing department is a nightmare. I received a bill for a co-pay during the summer, which I arranged to pay at my next appointment. When I tried to pay the previous copay, I was told that the bill was an error and I didn't owe anything. I paid all my co-pays after that, but in February 2018, I received a bill for two co-pays, one of which was the one they told me I didn't owe and the other appears to be one I paid. Not looking forward to dealing with their billing department. Considering paying the co-pays, just to avoid trying to deal with their billing department.

Called to set an appointment and was put on hold for 15 minutes with the only question asked being what insurance I had. Was then told an appointment was at least two weeks out but again was asked what insurance I had. Asked to set the appointment was immediately asked what my insurance info was. Explained my wife had the card at work and was told call back when you have it and then we can set an appointment. Guess they are way more interested in what insurance I have than what my injury was. The girl was pissy and rude from the start too.

I had a much dreaded Tibial osteotomy and lateral relase and repair on my ligaments and they have made this process as painless and easy as possible. Dr Haywood is amazing and i have the scar and fixed leg to prove it. They have been there to answer questions, get me through the pain and get me walking. My heels are calling my name to wear them again and Dr Haywood has made this dream reality in this near future.

I have an amazing scar that has almost fully disappeared with some help from Mederma. But its not some scary hack franstein job. No diss on Mary Shelly. But I was a little scare of the unknown. I have to have my other knee done soon and i feel mighty confident in Dr Haywood to get it done!
