I feel as if everyone, lab technicians to my pcp, listens to me and tries to give me the best possible care.

I saw Dr. Alex Balmir twice so far. He and his staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff is friendly. The nurse's and my doctor listen and answer questions. Dr. Rader doesn't prescribe meds or tests unless necessary. I like that there is a working lab in the same building.

The office was wonderful. From checking in to checking out. The staff was friendly and very professional. Dr. Lumley was very thorough and professional. Never rushed through the appointment. I would highly recommend this office. Pam L

Dr. Kraly is incredibly thorough, thoughtful, and kind. I feel heard when I express my concerns, and when she doesn't know know something, she isn't afraid to say so and to refer me to someone that might help. I have extremely complicated, chronic health issues, and she has been a HUGE support as I've sought answers and ways to better manage my symptoms. I ask a lot of questions, and I always come away from appointments have learned more and having a plan of action in place. I can't recommend her enough.

1) The ease and friendliness of check in staff. 2) The staff that does the triage so friendly and efficient. 3) The Doctors (mine is Doctor Carter) I so like him! I started with him when I worked Downtown, now that I am retired, I continue to see him, even though I live in Middleburg, a good 45 min to an hour away. But I just can't imagine going to another internal Medicine doctor! He has gotten me through a lot of medical issues! A great diagnostician. I have been seeing him since 1993 I think it was. The entire practice is great!

I love the fact that they have a lab in their facility; very convenient. The doctors here are the best in the city. I used to see Dr. Glock, concierge provider, until he retired. I now see Dr. Samantha Kraly. She is exceptionally good, as was Dr. Glock!

My wife and I continue to be impressed with the outstanding care we receive from Dr. Jeffery Lumley, our primary care physician, and the wonderful caring and efficient staff of Baptist Primary Care-Internal Medical Group! We believe we are at the best place for our primary medical care! The office flow is highly efficient and there is very little waiting to be seen!

The reminder call when our next appointment is scheduled is very helpful to us as senior citizens with less than perfect memories. When a referral to another specialist is necessary, we really appreciate Dr. Lumley recommending someone very competent to see us!

The staff is courteous, professional, and maintains timely appointments. I can have bloodwork, get vaccines, and see the doctor in one location. I trust Dr. Kraly. She takes time with her patients, is a good listener, and answers all my questions.
