I wish I had never went there! Worst experience in my life. First appointment talked with Beth, she seemed really nice and knowledgeable. I went in to talk about a facelift. I told her several times my concern was wrinkles in my face. She convinced me that I needed my neck and brow lift too even though Ihad said Ididn't have an issue with my neck or brows.

She's a great salesperson. I shouldn't have trusted her. She showed me before and after pictures of others that had plastic surgery there. I went in for surgery. I WOKE UP DURING SURGERY! I TALKED TO DR. John OBI DURING MY SURGERY AND HE WAS RUDE! Found out the next day that he didn't expect me to remember anything during surgery. The brow lift wasn't preformed.

I asked Beth about it, she said my blood pressure dropped and he had to hurry up and wrap up my surgery but not to worry that he would preform another surgery and tweak anything that needed to be corrected and do the brow lift then. I told her I didn't want another surgery after waking up during the one I had just had. She assured me that wouldn't happen.

After surgery there was 2 knots under my chin at my upper neck. Dr. John Obi said everything looked good. I told him that no, nothing looked good. First of all I came for a facelift and there is no change at all in my face, pointed at my before pictures and pointed out to him there was no change except know my neck was messed up and I knew it was from were he had to hurry up and wrap up my surgery.

He denied rushing and I let him know Beth had explained to me what had happened. He called her in the office and she lied about what she had told me. A friend was with me and she heard the whole conversation and heard what Beth told me. I had respected her for being honest and telling me what happened.but then she lied about it in front of Dr. John Obi. Needless to say he did not plan on trying to correct the surgery he had preformed but emailed me documents for me to sign relieving him of any wrong doings and was going to issue me a refund for the surgery. So now my neck looks terrible, didn't get the facelift and now afraid to have any surgery after waking up during my surgery with Dr. John Obi.

Dr. Obi is a wonderful dr. I've read some reviews and I'm a bit confused. Dr. Obi made it very clear to me about all the things that could possibly happen with the Juvilee procedure and I had to sign numerous papers explaining what could possibly happen during surgery. Dr. Obi NEVER promised "perfect " results but I am here to tell you I am beyond happy with my results actually saying they are perfect! Dr Obi has gone above and beyond any expectations I could have ever expected. Dr Obi's credentials and proven results are exceptional. I highly recommend Dr Obi

The services here were fine. However, I was promised THREE MONTHS ago I would get a refund for a skin care package I purchased before I moved out of state. After 10+ phone calls where I was told this would be taken care of, it's still on my CareCredit account.

First, I must say, I give Dr. Obi 10 stars, he's absolutely phenomenal with a wealth of knowledge. No one can hold a candle to him. I went to him for a steam cell procedure. I needed an MRI, which i was told was ordered. I called three business days later on August 18 to ask if the order can be emailed. I was told yes, it will be sent shortly. Never got it. Called again on the 31st.

Same story. My husband called the next week. Same story. I went on vacation, came back and called again. The last that answered said she was just walking by, that the person that handles this is doing errands, she would call me back, that was days ago. It is a couple hour drive for me to go pick this up. I'm in daily chronic pain, at times i cannot hardly walk.

I want to give this doctor $15K cash for a bit of relief but can't beg them to get me my orders, and trust me, I begged when I called last. Sadly, i will seek out another doctor. Again, Dr. Obi is amazing, have the utmost respect for him. He's helped me in the past with amazing results.

Best Plastic Surgeon in town. Dr. Obi is a true professional who has been doing procedures for many years and has always kept up with the changes and times of the newest procedures. He unlike my surgeons have you come back more times after your procedure even months to check on your process. I would call this old school which I believe every surgeon - Physician should still practice with each patient.

His Anesthetist has been by his side for years it's a comforting feeling when she shows up by your bed before you go in for surgery knowing she is still here and she will be watching you every step of the way. His back and front office staff and his amazing Register Nurses are all warm, caring and professional. I love Dr. Obi and have given his name out numerous times and will continue to do so. Dr. Obi is a phenomenal doctor, would recommend to anyone. I thought I was having a cyst removed on my forehead, ended up being extra bone growth. He told me that's what he thought it could be. Took very good care of me, was very thorough to make sure it would not come back. Excellent follow-up care. Couldn't ask for a better experience given the circumstance. He even looked over my scar from another recent surgery and gave me excellent suggestions that work well for my keloid forming skin. Thank you!

Dr. Obi is fantastic. He is very particular and highly skilled. I had an unsightly suspicious-looking cyst right under my eye, and Dr. Obi excised it, put in 5 tiny stitches and it's all healed up with no sign of a scar whatsoever. The entire office is wonderful.

I was unaware of Dr. Lewis Obi, and his legendary practice in Jacksonville. Recently, I was referred to him for a face lift, and was amazed at the care, the extensive experience of Dr. Obi, and his staff. I highly recommend anyone who is interested in the state of the Art Plastic surgeries or stem cell treatment to consider a visit to Dr. Obi's surgical facilities.

I have to say this was an amazing experience! Dr Obi and his staff were so nice, professional and knowledgeable, which made it easy to choose him to do my surgery! The day after my surgery Dr. Obi was at my side to make sure all my needs were met. As I've been going back for my follow ups, he and his staff given me the same time and energy they did when I walked in as a consultation! I would recommend his services if you're looking for a plastic surgeon.

Dr Obi and his entire staff are wonderful. He is def one of my very favorite drs. They are all so attentive & skilled. They constantly check on you, he came in on Father's Day because I was having some extra pain. Not many would do that. Highly recommend!

Dr Obi offers excellent patient care and his services really do make a positive difference to one's health and well-being. He listens to one's needs and acts in the interests of the patient. His talent, vision and expertise are unique, innovative and inspiring.

Dr. Obi is an amazing doctor. He has great skill that only time in the art can develop and yet he is on the cutting edge of science with his stem cell research and techniques. Then when you add that he deeply cares about his patients-- he has true empathy, well what more can one ask for? I trust him.

Dr. Obi performed a fat transfer from my thigh to around my hollow eyelids, and I couldn't be happier with the results. With his skill and innovative techniques, I wouldn't trust anyone else with my appearance but him. Highly recommend.

Let's see, this man knows what he is doing! He is kind, and over all a wonderful surgeon. I had a different type of surgery years worth of doing and he's always been the one to go to. He's never let.me down and always done it correctly. Don't go to anyone but him!

Love the staff at Obi Plastic Surgery! Dr. Obi really takes him time to sit down and understand your goals. He sets out a plan to help you achieve your dream body and I'm so happy I met him. If you want the best results with a doctor who cares this is the place to go. Has the best bed side manner I've ever seen. The ladies are also there every step of the way and we're able to ease any fears I had of surgery.
