Services
My areas of clinical interest are wide-ranging and include rheumatoid arthritis, spondyloarthritis, and vasculitis. Rheumatology is a fascinating specialty that is rapidly progressing, both in our understanding of inflammatory diseases and the availability of effective treatments. It is truly exciting to be a part of this dynamic field, and most importantly, to see my patients benefit.
I joined the Denver Arthritis Clinic in 2015. Prior to this, I completed my rheumatology fellowship and was selected as chief fellow at New York University School of Medicine. I then joined private practice in Manhattan while also serving as teaching faculty at NYU. The exceptional reputation of the DAC and the draw of Colorado life prompted me to move to Denver with my three children.
Patients suffering with autoimmune and rheumatic conditions know all too well how these systemic and chronic conditions can affect their quality of life. As a specialist in Adult Rheumatology, I am committed to providing the best possible care and advanced treatment options that will give my patients a more normal, pain-free, and healthier life through proactive management of their symptoms.
I chose the field of rheumatology because it is thought-provoking, requires finely tuned physical exam and history-taking skills and allows me to develop lifelong relationships with my patients. I believe that a multidisciplinary approach is key to treating rheumatologic diseases while keeping the focus on the patient at the center.

I was referred to DAC after a terrible experience with a rheumatologist in Grand Junction (I live in Palisade). I was hesitant because of that prior experience but what a wonderful surprise! I have been a patient of Dr Antolinni for about 5 years now. He is 1 of the kindest most compassionate Dr's I've ever had to pleasure of being seen by. He always listens to my concerns, talks about my pain and is very gentle with his exams.
Not only do I have arthritis I also have autoimmune diseases, have had 5 neck surgeries (fused from C4-T4) and have severe "S" curve scoliosis. He is absolutely what I would call a "unicorn Dr". Meaning nearly impossible to find. Then there is his nurse Casey. She is outstanding! When I call she knows exactly who I am, always asks how I'm doing, remembers details of my life and always goes above & beyond to take care of whatever my needs or concerns are.
I honestly can't say enough wonderful things about this dynamic duo! If you need a rheumy, this is your guy! I drive from Palisade no matter the weather to see him and will until he retires. Thank you Dr Antolinni & Casey! You are life savers!

This is by far the best medical facility I have ever been to. I go to the Lone Tree location. They make everything so easy. I see Dr. Barron and himself and the entire staff are incredible. They are attentive, down to earth and realistic. I've never had an easier time with scheduling, they set everything up for me making it effortless, and if something is set at a date/time that doesn't work for me they are super easy to work with.
Everyone is SO NICE and enjoyable. It takes years to figure out autoimmune conditions, but this place truly has your best interest in mind so you can live your life to its fullest. They will work with you every step of the way. The journey of figuring out autoimmune issues is long and frustrating, but I can confidently say this place has changed my life for the better.

As a 58 yr old woman with Ankylosing Spondylitis I advise others who have it not to go to Dr. Bray. I went for 3 years and didn't feel respected as a patient with this disease. Somehow I was suppose to prove my condition before he would treat me. He ordered imaging and tests, then never reviewed them and still refused to treat me. I was diagnosed many years before, and all was in my past records.
But the office and he kept saying he didn't have them, even though I made sure they did when I started coming 3 years ago. I'm done with Dr. Bray. Don't use this office! I've already been to another Rheumatologist who listens and is getting me treatment.

If you're a young women with an autoimmune condition, take a man with you so Dr. Goldstein will take your problems seriously. Her attitude about diagnosing medical conditions is backward. She said to me "You definitely have an autoimmune condition, but I'm not going to look into it until it gets worse." I saw her over a year ago, switched doctors immediately and he has diagnosed me and even started treating my symptoms so I don't have to have a poor quality of life. Guess what? It got worse because it's autoimmune . Go somewhere else!

A very professional yet friendly clinic. Love the staff & communication is always the best. Dr. Antolini is by far my most fav doctor because of his knowledge, diagnosis, communication & caring nature. Casey, his assistant is equally great at what she does & always welcomes me with a smile & takes care of me well. The rest of the staff has always been good as well. Highly recommend.
