As people age, the effects of gravity, sun exposure, and the stresses of daily life can be seen in their faces. Deep creases form between the nose and mouth; the jaw line grows slack and jowly; folds and fat deposits appear around the neck. A facelift or "rhytidectomy" can improve the visible signs of aging by removing excess fat, tightening underlying muscles, and redraping the skin of your face and neck. A facelift can be done alone, or in conjunction with other procedures such as a forehead lift, eyelid surgery, or nose reshaping.
A mini facelift addresses early signs of facial aging and a general tired look by tightening loose skin on the lower half of the face, including cheeks, jaw and neck ("turkey neck") in a less invasive way. Incisions are usually made following the natural curve of the ear around the hairline. You should be up and about in a day or two, but plan on taking it easy for the first week after surgery. Be especially gentle with your face and hair, since your skin will be both tender and numb. Your face will be swollen and some bruising may occur.
Eyelid surgery can correct loose and sagging skin, drooping or "layered" upper lids. It can also address the puffiness and dark circles below your eyes - features that make you look older and more tired than you feel, and may even interfere with your vision. An eyelid lift can improve the appearance of upper eyelids, lower eyelids, or both.
Rhinoplasty, or surgery to reshape the nose, is one of the most common of all plastic surgery procedures. Rhinoplasty can reduce or increase the size of your nose, change the shape of the tip or the bridge, narrow the span of the nostrils, or change the angle between your nose and your upper lip. It may also correct a birth defect or injury, or help relieve some breathing problems.
Breast augmentation or breast enlargement is a surgical procedure designed to enhance the size and shape of a woman's breast, adding volume, form and symmetry to the chest and resulting in a balanced, proportioned figure. At the time of your consultation with Dr. Digenis you will be able to learn more about the differences among implants, including those made of saline and the FDA approved silicone, and you and Dr. Digenis will determine which kind and size is the best suited for your body type and needs.

I have never experienced greater hospitality and patient care before in my life! Dr. Digenis truly cares about every single one of his patients and takes the time to listen to their needs. I felt extremely comfortable with him and his entire team. Emily is so warm, welcoming and helpful through the entire process of decision making in booking a surgery.which is not an easy task! Robin has a knack for making you look like yourself- she NEVER over injects! Seriously, I've been to other doctor's offices where that is unfortunately common.
She truly cares more about your happiness over just trying to get more money from you. Maile has a great touch and will give you the best relaxing facial! On top of all this office's experience, they all have such friendly personalities! They will make you feel welcome and are very easy to talk to. I wouldn't recommend going anywhere else!

Dr. D is amazing, he is the top surgeon, he goes out of his way to make sure you're comfortable & everything goes safely. He even held my hand as they put me under. My results so far are fantastic! I wouldn't use anyone else but him. Also, Robin in his office is amazing as well, called to check on me & gave me her cell number! Just an amazing wonderful experience

After months of waiting for my appt. The office cancelled my appt 4 days prior to my apt. date. This was not mentioned when I made the appt, when they cancelled me and I called they said they did not notify me via email because they didn't have the address. Yet they did I bother to ask for it when they appt was made. They had left messages at my home line, but I had not had a chance to get those due to work. I waited a long time for an appt they decided to cancel. Very disappointed.
