DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE, EVEN MEXICO OR EL SALVADOR.PERHAPS THE DOCTORS WOULD BE SO AMAZING THAT THE MISERABLE TREATMENT YOU struggle with before you meet them would make it all worth it.i doubt it.anyone who would hire such shallow, detachedcold people for t jh eir public relations to interface with already fragile people, either dont care, or arelike minded.regardless the only thanks I owe these people is for driving me awsy

Refused to give a second opinion about an issue I was having. After setting up the appointment and telling me they would be professional they called a couple hours before hand and said surgeon refused to see any of the other surgeon's patients. The complication I was having was caused from a lapband placed by a surgeon at WSG. Was totally unprofessional and out of line with what they said to me because of bad blood between them and another surgeon. Must be a reason they had so many surgeon's and now are just down to two.

I had gastric sleeve surgery in August 2016. It's the best decision I ever made. Dr. Ganser and his staff have been extremely professional, friendly, and helpful. I am baffled by the negative comments left. I totally recommend WBI for anyone considering weight loss surgery! They were and are so easy to work with. They always return calls and emails.
They have a nutritionist, support groups, and give you all the information that you need pre-op and post-op. They coordinate with your insurance, and follow you along the entire way of your journey. I am still seeing them post-op as check ups every 6 weeks which was included in the fees already paid by my insurance. Post surgery has been a breeze and I give almost all the credit to the fine doctors!
