I elected to have facial cosmetic surgery which nothing turned out the way I wanted it to. In my opinion I looked so much better before any of Dr. DeLozier's facial cosmetic procedures. I personally don't trust Dr. DeLozier and would not recommend him. I hope this review will help someone with there decision.

Dr. DeLozier, Cora and his staff have been an absolute blessing for me. The surgery I had has changed my life forever. I'm not afraid to wear clothes that fit versus baggy clothes to hide in. I'm still in awe when I look at myself in the mirror and see the new me! I can't thank Dr. DeLozier enough for helping me find my confidence and making me truly happy being me! Thank you for everything!

I have been a patient of Dr. Delozier's for over 30 years. I had breast cancer and then received reconstruction. Four years later, I had a reoccurrence and Dr. Delozier walked me through that as well as providing support through treatment. Over the years I've continued to see Dr. D. annually to maintain my health. He is such a caring, compassionate doctor, and has played an integral part of me staying cancer-free and healthy. He's always happy to see me anytime I have a concern. I highly recommend Dr. Delozier and his staff. He is the BEST!

Update: So it seems someone had my review removed. Very interesting indeed. I will continue to post my review regardless if a person(s) has my review removed as it a factual review based on my experience with having a procedure performed by Dr DeLozier. I went to Dr DeLozier for what he called a 'mini mini facelift' with the intent of addressing my jowls and double chin.
Before photo: I was asked to lower my chin (which I now realize makes your double chin and jowls look worse). After photo: I was asked to raise my chin (which again I realize makes your double chin look better). Lesson learned: always take the before and after photo with your chin in the same position. Don't let anyone convince you to do otherwise.
If so, run! That means someone is intentionally taking misleading photos. If you need something like a baseball or orange to put under your chin to keep the same position for before/after photos, then do it. I also realized that my face was still very swollen during my after photos. I think most people would not have sagging skin or wrinkles when you are swollen, so of course the after photo will look great if you are still swollen.
Lesson learned: make sure you are no longer swollen for the after photo. Also, if you are look at Dr DeLozier patient photos in the office, ask how long after surgery was the after photo taken. Those photos may also be misleading if the patients are still swollen for their after photos. Problems: 1. The left side of my face is so different from the right, that it is as if 2 different people did my surgery.
The left side of my face has so many issues that are not present on the right side. 2. 2 days after my surgery the incision behind my left ear was so enlarged that I was worried it was infected. I went to the office to have it looked at. 2 different nurses told me Dr Delozier would repair this 'problem' at no charge. Their behavior made it seem this wasn't unusual and Dr Delozier makes corrections for this type of issue all the time and it was a common issue to have problems with a surgery. 3.
After a few days after surgery, there was such a strong pull of my head on the left that resulted in my head tilting to the left. My conclusion is the muscle/skin/tissue was pulled so tight so it pulled my head to one side. I had to force myself to hold my head straight. Every time my sister saw me, she would say my head was tilting so it was very noticeable.
My co-worker even mentioned it once and I had to come up with an excuse. I was concerned if I did not try to force my head to be straight, my head would have a permanent tilt to it. It took many weeks for the muscle to release enough that my head wasn't tilting so much. It still tilts a little but I don't anyone notices it but me. 4. I now have a double jawl on the left side that I did not have before.
Its looks really terrible. I catch myself using my hand to cover it up if I am sitting at dinner or webex/zoom meeting. 5. My left ear is entirely numb. I could pierce my entire ear multiple times just using a sewing needle and not feel a thing. 6. My left cheek is numb. 7. My left jaw line down into my neck is numb. 8. The back of my left ear is numb 9.
The incisions on my left side are terrible. I like to wear my hair up but I don't anymore. I have a hideous scar behind my ears that run into my hair line. It is wide, long and ugly. 10. There is a huge lump behind my left ear at the incision. It feels like a lump of skin/muscle/tissue. 11. I also had a weird lump of skin (kind of the size of a very large pimple) as the end of the incision in the hair line. It's like the skin was not stitched correctly. 12.
The skin/muscle/tendon behind my right ear is VERY lumpy. I feel if the incision was opened, there would be a lot of covering up of the problem happening below the surface. 13. My right ear is not numb-thank goodness! But my right cheek is partially numb. 14. The area behind my right ear is partially numb. 15. My incisions of the right of the ear are done inside the ear (interior tragus)so its hidden, but the incision on the left side is on the outside of the ear(exterior tragus) and very noticeable.
This is an another example of why I don't wear my hair up anymore. 16. I have a bump under my chin. I think it might be scare tissue from light liposuction that was done. (The scar from the incision is almost invisible, I wish the same was true for other scars). Last, I will say that there is a difference between the skin aesthetics center and the surgery center.
My review is not about the aesthetics center. Also, the overall score for Dr Delozier is a combination of the surgery center and skin aesthetics center. I think this is misleading so make sure you look at each review.

DO NOT GET A BREAST REDUCTION FROM Dr. Delozier. I'm not in the business of trying to ruin someone's reputation but he badly botched my breasts. He mutilated them and apparently, I'm not the only patient he's botched and now I have to somehow come up with thousands of dollars (double the cost of the initial surgery) to HOPEFULLY get it corrected.
My areolas are too high and uneven and my breasts bottom out (more volume on bottom but flat on top) and one breast is bigger than the other, lopsided and a different shape. The areolas have been seen peeking out of the top of my shirt (no it wasn't a low cut shirt) and it was beyond embarrassing and the only bra I can wear is a sports bra because my breasts are long, boxed shape, flat on top like a man, and uneven.
Even sports bras can be uncomfortable because the elastic in the cup sits in the incision line which irritates it so I often have to adjust. I am limited on the kind of shirts I can wear as well. My breasts are still a hindrance but the difference is, I paid for this hindrance so what was the point? One incision isn't in the fold of my breast like it should be- it's diagonal so it's very visible and ugly.
I poured my heart out to Dr. Delozier and his finance person, Jennifer, about my situation and how this has negatively affected my life (as I was bullied online for the appearance of my breasts) and now I'm being avoided by them when I asked for my money back because I now need reconstructive surgery. Jennifer abruptly patched me through to the nurses voicemail line as soon as I identified myself on the phone.
I left another message but haven't heard from anyone. During my last revision surgery, I was given local anesthesia (wasn't put to sleep) and I felt the incisions being made. It was painful. The incisions bother me even as I type this and my breasts are connected to my stomach in a weird way now like it's all in one with my breasts and it's uncomfortable. There's no real differentiation of where my breasts start and my abdomen stops if that makes sense.
The pull on my abdomen in how it connects to my breasts causes the top part of my belly to protrude out so even though I also paid for a tummy tuck, the top part of my belly still isn't flat but the bottom part of my belly is - what a mess. I trusted Dr. Delozier. I did EVERYTHING he asked of me. This was done to me during the most difficult time of my life to boot.
I wish I was warned beforehand and that's the ONLY reason why I am leaving this review- to try and save someone else from the emotional and financial burden this has caused me. I pray I won't be like this for the rest of my life. Dr. Delozier should've been honest with me instead of getting my hopes up after going through surgery, after surgery, after surgery, just for my breasts to look worse.
When he knew I was upset after each procedure/revision, he kinda "charmed and sweet talked me" so to speak, to smooth things over while reassuring me it would be fixed but it wasn't and when confronted he gets snappy and defensive. It's been awful just plain awful and I really don't need this problem. I want to feel pretty again.

If you want to put yourself in good hands, this is the gentleman to choose. A skilled surgeon, and more than that, an artist. He listens carefully, answers questions patiently, and addresses concerns thoughtfully. I feel like I absolutely picked the right team and am very pleased with my experience and my results. Would highly recommend.

Dr. DeLozier was my breast augmentation surgeon and I cannot tell you how happy I am with my results. He was very knowledgable and he took his time explaining the different types of breast and what would look the best with my bodyshape. The staff is absolutely AMAZING! I feel like they are family and I have also had my lips done with Cora and I can tell you that she is the best in Nashvile. My breast and lips are perfect and I feel like a new woman! Do yourself a favor and book with Dr. DeLozier, he is the BEST!

Love this place! After moving to the area, Dr Delozier's office was recommended by a friend. I have been seeing Sara and Rhonda ever since. They are great at meeting all my skin care needs. The staff are friendly, prices are affordable, and schedules are flexible. Always a positive experience! Thank you all.

Dr. Delozier performed a tummy tuck and liposuction on me in February right before the pandemic. His staff is amazing, and for once I had no fear about undergoing surgery. The results are fabulous! My only regret is that I didn't do it sooner! My last appointment had to be canceled due to the pandemic and I was instructed to call in to confirm the cancellation.
Much to my surprise Dr Delozier answered the phone personally. It's obvious he cares for his staff as much as his patients and that's a wonderful trait in a doctor. I would recommend him to anyone thinking about any kind of plastic surgery. He's honest about what results can be achieved by different procedures and provides all the information to make an informed choice and so you know what to expect.
If you do what he tells you then the results are the closest to perfection you can possibly achieve. Don't put it off! It's not as expensive as you might think, and it's worth the short time of discomfort to get the look you've always wanted!

I cannot say enough about how wonderful DeLozier Cosmetic Surgery Center is. Their staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Special shout out to Rhonda (the most amazing Medical Aesthetician to ever walk this earth) She absolutely went out of her way to come in early to work with my tricky schedule for my consult and after a last minute cancelled trip was willing to fit me in for a coolsculpting treatment.
She is incredibly knowledgable about the procedure and made it fly by. Would absolutely recommend her for any service she offers but especiallyyy Coolscupting! You will not be disappointed!

Had a visit with Emme at DeLozier for MicroNeedling. It was my first experience with the procedure. She numbed my face and walked me through the entire process. She provided details about what she was doing and how the microneedling will effect my fine lines, wrinkles and dark spots. Emme provided me with a couple lotion samples to help with the healing process and gave great recommendations on other treatments we can do to further improve my aging skin. The treatment so far (day 1) seems to be very effective. Can't wait to see the final results in a few days. I highly recommend this team.

I thought Dr. DeLozier had permanently ruined my body. After a few months post-op and the swelling gone, I realized I had botched liposuction and oversized, mutilated breast. Because of this doctor, I lost my self confidence. I spent two years wishing I had just left my body alone until I found an amazing doctor in Palm Beach. He was able to do a revision on DeLozier's work and bring my self confidence back.
My breast are now beautiful and the C cup I had originally asked for. (I don't even have to wear a bra. ) DeLozier gave me saggy DDs, even after assuring me no one would see my breast before my face when I entered a room. When my husband saw the stitches after my surgery he asked if DeLozier was even a real doctor. DeLozier does not care about his patients. bottom line. I'm happy now, and I finally feel attractive again.
It took me two years to write this review because I don't like speaking badly about people, but I've realized it's better to get the truth out there and possibly save someone from the financial and emotional burden I was left with than to stay silent. Do your research and analyze the doctor's reviews.

There's a saying that goes. people may forget what you do, but they'll never forget how you made them feel. Thank you so much for your genuine kindness, honesty and undivided attention to my problem. You gave me hope when I was losing all hope and severely depressed. You will never know how much spending time with me today meant. You and your entire staff are top notch and professional!

Dr Delozier is so great. He worked wonders on me and after major complications he stayed patient and did everything based on my best interest. He had to operate on my 3 times and never charged me a dime over my initial cost. I'm so thankful I went to him. He does a beautiful job! I barely have a scar after all that. He is fantastic! If you want to end up with a smile, go to Dr D!

Dr. DeLozier is a stellar surgeon AND person. My daughter had otoplasty and the care he took with her during the pre-op, the surgery and the follow-up was beyond our expectations. Sending your child off to surgery is no easy thing to do but we are thrilled with the results and I would recommend Dr. DeLozier and his staff without hesitation.

DONT BE FOOLED BY THE FAKE 5star REVIEWS! If there was a rating below one star I would most certainly use it. Walking thru the doors of Delozier "Cosmetics, " and allowing Dr. Joseph Delozier to fool me with over promises has RUINED my life. I have been scarred not only physically but mentally as well for what seems to be the rest of my life. I went under for a rhinoplasty revision to repair a past surgery where i had a slight unsymmetrical issue. Dr. Delozier assured me he could fix this problem and after the FIRST revision I was left with dent issues on the side that wasn't even the planned sight of work, as well as my bridge.
So I went back with my concerns once again and after TWO more revisions with Dr Delozier I have an almost collapsed bridge, large external scar on my "good, " nostril, extreme dents on both sides of my nose where all the tissue was removed, and discoloration under the tip, with very visible scars under BOTH nostrils. I can only sleep on my left side, and wake up constantly from not being able to breathe.
This was the most shotty work I have personally seen from a Cosmetic Surgeon! To top it off, with my last revision I am left with the vivid detailed memories where I woke up mid surgery! I have been approached by the producers of BOTCHED on E, which goes to show that Dr. Delozier was wrong when he said "It was all in my head." I did get the nerve to approach Dr. Delozier at his office one last time demanding a refund. which he gave me a partial refund. PLEASE AVOID THIS "DOCTOR, " at all costs. Im telling you personally, I spend EVERY waking second with regret, and hide from the World. It is so very hard to keep a love for the things I used to and to not alienate strangers, friends, and even family.

The Ritz Carlton of Plastic Surgery and Skin Care! Dr. DeLozier was wonderful and took time to listen to my needs. I appreciated his ethics and honesty. I have had surgery there twice: once for reconstruction (from a past car accident) and once for cosmetic reasons. I have also been doing microneedling for scar revision (also from the car accident) with the skin care department and have found the entire process flawless.
What a difference it has made! I am not reminded daily of the traumatic incident. They have taken care of me from head to toe, literally. They have everything you could possibly need all in house; surgery is done there, they have a multitude of lasers that take care of skin texture and color as well as skin care services that bring everything full circle. They do it all with white glove service and a smile and have made me feel at home there. Thank you Dr. DeLozier, nurses, and estheticians!

This office has a good reputation but if you're looking for Botox, filler, etc, be ready for nothing but up sales. From the minute you walk in you'll try to be "convinced" to buy more and more. To get Botox that is even close to what others are charging you must join their "club" and pay $300 just to join it. When you go for your "free" abrasion, the tech will try, for the entire time, to convince you of all the things you need to buy which is hundreds and thousands of dollars. I've gotten Botox and such for years but have never been anywhere that tries to convince you the entire time to buy more and more and more. It resembles a car salesman. The employees obviously work on commission.

I can't say enough wonderful things about him and the staff! I was in a car accident and one of my Brest implants started leaking. I went into see him. He walked me through everything, he showed me the difference options I had. When I made my choice, we set up the date. I went and had my surgery. The girls ( I'm pretty sure it was one of the RNs) called that day to see how I was doing, I went in the next day so they could check everything out, the RN was checking Dr DeLozier came in to check on me also.
Every time I have went in for a check up he would stop in and talk to me and listen to my concerns, make sure all of my question were answered. I will be going back and having some more work done. I'm so glad I found him! I'm very happy with the way my breast look. t review this business if you received a freebie for writing this review, or if you're connected in any way to the owner or employees.

I'm very happy with the way my breast look. t review this business if you received a freebie for writing this review, or if you're connected in any way to the owner or employees.

I went to Dr. delozier for an upper eyelid blepharoplasty. I am so pleased with the results! No more hooded eye lids and my eyes are now balanced in appearance. The staff was great. Everyone was nice and explained the process very well. I was confident going into the surgery and was told exactly how to care for my incisions post op. My swelling and bruising was minimal and within 10 days I looked great. I'm so happy I chose Dr. Delozier for my surgery. He does great work!

I saw Dr. Delozier for dermal fillers to treat the tear trough (under eyes). He injected both eyes and within a couple of days the right eye appeared normal but the left eye had lumpiness and the tindle effect (the product appearing blue through the skin). After my third trip to correct the left eye, Dr. Delozier stated that the puffiness could be due to "lack of sleep".
I am unsure as to how I could have puffiness due to lack of sleep in one eye. I went to another plastic surgeon for a second opinion and he injected hyalase to get rid of the filler and injected another round of filler. His opinion was Dr. Delozier injected it too superficially. This problem was easily corrected at one visit. I spent $1200.00 on both eyes at Dr. Delozier's office and then had to pay another doctor $750 for the correction.
He was kind enough not to charge me to remove the bad filler. I understand that these procedures are risky and complications can occur. I am very disappointed that Dr. Delozier was condescending and not willing to try to correct the error. I am on my third round of tear trough filler at the other doctor and very pleased with the results.

I've been here a few times now and I absolutely LOVE Teresa! She is not only extremely helpful with all of my questions, but most importantly she keeps me looking young and she is extremely knowledgeable! I am always leery about trying new things, so having a person that knows their stuff and isn't just trying to up-sell you on products/procedures is always important.
