This was the most efficient medical practice I have ever had! Online check-in was available including answering required questions and updating medication list. Upon arrival check-in was smooth and easy. I was taken to the back promptly at my appointment time and was seen by the medical assistant Kristine and doctor Moussa within five minutes. I had a screening and treatment on multiple areas and was out of the exam room within 15 minutes. I received quality and friendly care! I wish all medical visits could be like this one!

I had my annual check up and was treated great! I arrived early for my appointment and was taken back to the exam room very promptly. I thought I would have to wait until my set appointment time. I was very impressed because they made sure my time was very important to them. I really appreciated that very much. The reception was very professional along with very knowledgeable personnel.

I am a retired Air Force veteran and attention to detail is very important to me. They are on top of their game. My attending physician was Angela Santa Cruz. Very pleasant lady who examined me and was very professional and knowledgeable about her craft. She listened to my concerns and explained things to me very throughly and gave me information on things to do and not to do to take care of my skin. I would/will highly recommend her and this clinic to my friends and family! THANK YOU FOR SUCH A GREAT EXPERIENCE!

Jennifer was wonderful and such a knowledgeable person! After many visits to different dermatologists this was different. she listened and provided me hope and tools to turn my skin around. I am so pleased after my initial visit.

I had another great annual exam with PA Jennifer Allison. My two brothers have had melanoma problems so I'm thankful for Ms. Allison's attention to detail. I've been a patient for many years now. Wonderful staff interactions from the moment you enter the door! Super team.

I had my six-month check up with Doctor Tracy Jeck yesterday. She is an outstanding Dermatologist. My visit was another enjoyable experience. All the staff that works at Pima Dermatology are so courteous an professional. I am looking forward to my next appointment.

I've been going to Pima Dermatology for a few years and the consistency of quality care has continued. The office are modern and clean and all the staff and providers are friendly and caring. I've never felt rushed or "moved along" during my visits. I highly recommend this facility for all you dermatology needs.

I moved to Tucson from the East Coast where I thought I had the best dermatologist in the world. I was wrong Pima Dermatology has been amazing. Informative, personable, Very professional and best of all they never try to sell me anything! Much more concerned with me having healthy skin then pushing products which I experienced elsewhere. The staff are all great the doctor Beal is my favorite talented, caring, concise and up on all of the latest. You can go wrong if you choose them as your dermatologist

I have been a patient at Pima Dermatology for five years and I have never had anything but excellent experiences. The doctors, NPs and staff are caring, knowledgeable, informative and take as much time as necessary to ensure a great experience. I am delighted to have found them when I moved here from L.A. and I have recommended them to all my friends.

Staff was very pleasant and made you feel comfortable. They explained all the details for the procedure and answered any questions. The procedure went well. They explained what they were doing. I felt no pain and was reassured that the procedure was successful. Very professional but friendly as well. This has always been my experience with Pima Dermatology thru 3 procedures.

I have been a patient at Pima dermatology for several years. Most of my experience there has been very good. I have had several Moh's surgeries. The staff is friendly, I rarely have to wait, the offices are clean and comfortable. The surgeon is friendly and skilled. The assistants who help her have varied experience and skills. One of my surgeries required me returning the following day for a pain prescription. My surgeries have become infected. At times, I did not receive aftercare information. I will continue to use Pima dermatology, as I trust the skill level of the physicians.

It was a good informative appt. However my prescription was not called in to Frys at swan and grant when my husband went to pick it up

I have been a patient for over two years. After Dr Levin retired, I had to find a new Dermatologist. My wife is also a patient. We have nothing but great things to say about Pima Dermatology. Great Staff and professional services! Highly recommend!

Called for an appointment and let them know about my concern with this mole I had. Just as the other review had said, they are not taking in new patients until February? The girl on the phone didn't sound so nice which honestly could be hurting their practice. I just think it's ridiculous to be taking in new patients in February. It's the beginning of October?

Especially for something very concerning you can not expect new patients to book an appointment when there is other options. Sad really, new patients are how they get new long term clients which = more money?. I don't recommend, there are better places around for new patients.

My contact and treatment with Dr. Beal are and always have been courteous and professional. I would only express my concerns about the check in process. It is not only Pima Dermatology that prompts my concerns. It seems to me the automated process removes the personal contact between the office staff and nurses that make office visits very cold and impersonal at a time when these qualities are so important and needed.

To reiterate Pima Dermatology is not the only health facility I can relate this thought to. All of the staff and nurses I had contact with were professional and courteous. Thanks for allowing me to express my thoughts and concerns.

I just made an appointment online for a yearly check up as a returning client, i did see them for a small treatment before and liked them well enough. i was then called back and told since I haven't been in the office for 3 years theyre booking appointments in FEBRUARY. it is 28 September.february? so.covid took out 18 months and counting.i personally did not do non-essential medical appointments. partially to avoid getting sick and partially to ensure that people who really needed it got appointments they needed since I know offices were scaling back. just sort of thought this was a bit of a jerk move on their part. called a dermatology practice my friend recommended and they got me in literally the next day as a new patient. they have multiple locations and doctors. so although pima dermatology was fine in the previous years that I used.

They don't seem to be really hurting for my business or retaining me as a client so no problem there moving on. got my husband an appointment at the other business within a week too. loyalty goes both ways. so wouldn't recommend this practice again.

Excellent Care. I've been a patient at Pima Dermatology for over 12 years. Because I am so fair, I have cancer areas due to sun bathing many years ago. I have been very careful in the sun for sometime and will continue to be. They have gotten rid of cancer areas every time. Even a mole that turned out to be Melanoma. Thank God they got it. I was diagnosed with cancer on the top of my hand.

They did in house surgery and you can't even see a scar unless you look super close. I also had to have surgery on the back of my arm. I feel confident in the team. I see Jennifer Allison every 6 months (or more) and love her expertise!

The staff in the back office pay no attention to detail. I am required to fix their mistake I'll never go back. The doctor/NP are only as good as the support staff and the support staff are inconsiderate at best.

Dr. Sarah is a brilliant surgeon & very caring. My husband needed a Mohs surgery for a facial squamous. Side of forehead location. Not only is there a barely detectable scar 3 weeks out but he had no pain, ever. We are very grateful to Dr. Sarah for a smooth recovery.

I see my dermatologist, Dr. Christine Moussa once a year for a full-body examination. Dr. Moussa is very thorough, most competent, so pleasant and wise. She knows her craft well and practices it masterfully. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Moussa.

I found Pima Dermatology to be a well-run business with good ethical standards. Alma Zuniga, RN, who helped me out, is an extremely talented Cosmetic Provider. Alma seems to have an instinctive knowledge of how to get the best results from cosmetic procedures. She is also a very nice person and always pleasant and enjoyable to work with.

The staff was courteous and professional. Dr. Moussa was very kind and took the time to explain what was going on. She is an excellent doctor. I am very pleased with my experience at Pima Dermatology.

Words can't describe all Dr Goldberg has done for our little one, for our family. He's incredible. He has great bedside Manner and he is very professional. He's also super knowledgeable and experienced. I would recommend Dr Goldberg especially if you are looking for laser treatments for your child/infant. Right away I got the vibe that he has the best interest of my child's well being, and through our experiences, I gained so much trust for him. Thank you again Dr Goldberg!

I like Dr. Beal, but the office management leaves a lot to be desired. They will put you on portal billing and even after calling to request a bill, I did not receive one. They are not interested in customer satisfaction and getting an appointment after rescheduling one is almost impossible.

I canceled my appointments and told them I was no longer going to put up with their poor customer service and poor patient care. I had enough of their uncaring attitude. Then the "office manager" calls me 2 months later to argue with me. I used quotations because because the office is not managed well at all. I don't understand why she called. To what end? Was it just to argue? It is not as if I could ever be convinced to go back. Perhaps it was just to irritate me one more time. She succeeded in that.

My wife waited nearly an hour and walked out. No phone call. No apology. No excuse. Nothing. They don't care. They really don't care about their patients/customers. Now they have lost two of us. But, again, they don't care. Arrogant! Abusive! Shameful!

My experience with Pima Dermatology and staff was extremely pleasant. Specifically, Taylor was very patient, informative, supportive, non-judgemental, and professional. She did not pressure me into anything and simply informed me of my options which is why I decided on the procedures I did. I already have plans to return for more. I highly recommend seeing Taylor for cosmetic procedures and going with Pima Dermatology. To top it off, they're very affordable!

Been going there for years. All the Doctors are professional and knowledgeable, as are the P.A.s. People who complain about their insurance not covering a treatment or medication, should confer with their insurance provider. People who complain about not being able to book an appointment, should realize how busy this practice is for a reason - they are great at what they do! Don't listen to complainers. The world is full of them. Five stars is my rating!

Dr. Beal and Emily are great. They've done a lot to fight my insurance to cover medications needed. Dr. Beal doesn't cut corners and nothing feels forced or rushed. I appreciate all the staff there. I see Alma for cosmetic botox and she's very nice and has a painless touch with the needle.

Hope that your practitioner doesn't take a leave of absence. Always 6 months to get an appt. (even if a continuing patient). She takes a leave of absence and one waits another 4-5 months! No provision for moving a patient to another provider in a shorter period of time. Get to the back of the line!

If I could give 1 star I would. I'm a teenager and this place gave me a cream that burned me and gave me a wrinkle! The burn went away, but the wrinkle is forever on the side of my smile, all because I trusted these no brained people to help me with my acne. All I am filled with is regret and my acne has not left.

I have been seeing Dr. Beal, Jennifer Allison, (P.A), and Dr. Schram, who does the Mohs surgery, for some time (and they have seen me). They have also been dermatologists for my wife, as well as one of my daughters. The consensus is they are great! Very caring, very competent and very personable.

I forgot to include: I called Pima 3 times after my appointment to inquire about my initial appointment, and they never called me back. After complaining, they finally called me back and informed me that I would need another appointment for $$$$. If you're super rich with lots of $, then maybe you'll like it here. My expectations weren't high, but this office didn't come close to meeting them. This place reminds me of a used car dealership; All advertising and no customer service.

I have been coming here for years for medical dermatology and cosmetic. I have seen Dr. Goldberg and a few other providers. They have all been professional and informative. They provide me clear options and explain the procedures and outcomes throughly (and costs). The tattoo removal outcome was has excellent. They have a new "cosmetic" lobby side. That is beautiful.

Just had my first visit here with Dr Beal; I must say I am very impressed! The office is clean, beautiful. the receptionist greeted me the minute I walked in the door. I felt Dr Beal was very professional, knowledgeable, and kind. I look forward to my next visit and would highly recommend this office.

I hold medical/dental offices and practices to a very high standard and Pima Dermatology earned a 5 star rating. I had a complete skin examination last week and the process went very well. The kiosk check in was a bit of a surprise for me but the woman behind the counter was helpful and patient when i had a few questions. I was taken in exactly on time- not always the case with medical appointments.

I was examined by Liza Byrne and i found her friendly, competent and re-assuring. Several areas needed to be biopsied and she was clear in explaining the reasons for it and also very gentle and professional in doing them. She was assisted by a woman whose name i do not recall ( sorry) who was friendly and professional. Before i left Liza explained the notification process for the biopsy results and i received them in a timely manner.

All in all i was very impressed and am pleased to have found a dermatology practice here in Tucson now that we have re-located from Seattle. As i mentioned im not shy about giving medical practices poor reviews so im very pleased to be able to give a good one here. Thank you.

After experiencing a horrible experience with another dermatologist in Green Valley, Arizona a friend referred me to Pima Dermatology. I called for an appointment They diagnosed my skin cancer the second appointment. Dr Goldberg personally and thoroughly explained my options. I elected to have major, in my humble opinion, surgery. Shortly after that I was in Pima Dermatologies office being prepared for surgery receiving some mild sedation, the nurse explained the entire process again.

During the surgery I had a local antisept and felt no pain and no anxiety. Dr Goldberg explained everything that he was doing or about to do. It was a long procedure, due to the Drs concern about getting all of the cancer out. This fine organization even has a pathology service, on site to audit the process. Once the procedure was complete the staff attended to my every need.

The following day and the following week the staff called me to see if there was anything I needed and service they could provide. Amazing and Doctor who really cares about his patience in today's crazy world! The subsequent visits have been something I have and will continue to look forward to. Imagine, a doctors office of highly trained professionals who always smile and tend to your every need. Pima Dermatology has renewed my faith in the medical profession. The facility is moderately nice and the staff is friendly. None of that matters because this practice is unbelievably expensive for very little return. I went in for a consultation to discuss possible causes for my acquired food allergy which was manifesting as hives. The doctor had great bedside manner, but essentially left me with zero insights.

She told me to continue keeping a food blog and taking pictures of any hive outbreaks (which I have done consistently for the past two months). After leaving empty-handed, I was pleased that I wasn't charged for the office visit. until three months later when I received a bill in the mail for $217. $217 to miss 2 hours of work and learn nothing valuable about my condition.

What a joke. I believe the way that I was charged was also very unprofessional. I can't speak for their cosmetic services, but I highly do not recommend this practice if you need to investigate mysterious food allergies.

My issue is with their billing process and not the care provided. Fair warning, they will perform procedures that were not approved by your insurance and then bill you after the fact. You go in with an approved referral to a Dermatologist without knowing specifically what is or isn't covered in your referral. They don't advise you on what they have been approved to do either.

They just say, "do you want to take care of that while you're here as well". Thinking you have an approved dermatology referral for skin issues, you let them and then end up with a bill with the excuse that your insurance didn't approve that. They should let you know BEFORE doing anything above and beyond what was approved that there will be an additional out-of-pocket expense if you allow them to proceed and they should also let you know what that amount is.

They also fail to submit electronic prescriptions. I've called them multiple times to tell them the prescription my son was supposed to get never went through and each time they say they will submit it and still, months later, no prescription. Pointless.

I have been a patient/customer of Pima Dermatology for 3 years now. Fantastic experiences throughout, I have received very good tips from my skin doctor who helped me design a budget conscious skin regimen to fit my lifestyle. I also got a few cosmetic/laser treatments done by Lynne. I appreciate her consulting services, responsiveness, follow-ups.

I am now moving out of Tucson, but will definitely fly back here for my cosmetic treatments. They also send you satisfaction survey after your visits, if only all the other medical providers would do so.
