Doctor Elizabeth Triggs was my pediatrician from newborn to 18. She now serves as my daughter's pediatrician. She is top notch. Great bedside manner. Easy to talk with and voice concerns. No question is a stupid question with her and I love that. We cannot say enough good things about her and green hills. We LOVE dr Triggs!

SO HAPPY we found this doctor's office especially Dr. Ladd. He is patient and is so good at giving parents instructions with babies to make the visit as smooth has possible. We have been to 3 different doctors' offices for our kids and definitely know we will be staying with Dr. Ladd until our kids are grown. Thank so much! Y'all are the best!

Green Hills Pediatrics Associates is the best run healthcare practice I have ever experienced. Dr. Walters is the best pediatrician we could dream up, his nurse Emily is kind and incredibly helpful. And the office is a well-oiled machine. They are kind, responsive, helpful, and always a step ahead. We have never waited more than 3-minutes in the waiting room for a scheduled appointment. If you are looking for a pediatrician, stop now, and book an appointment with Dr. Walters!

I inquired about transferring three kids to the practice. A nurse took detailed information and passed my request along to several of the physicals and I was told upfront that only one physician I had inquired about wasn't accepting patients. The nurse got back to me and informed me that no physicians would take our family based on the fact that my youngest has special needs and they don't feel they have the time for us.
So basically the physicians had time for three kids, but not two typical kids and one with special needs. Yet there is no indication that my special needs child needs any more from a primary care physician than normal. I feel like I've dodged a bullet by finding out early on that this isn't a practice I would want to support, but I feel that other families should be aware!

We absolutely LOVE this group. We see Dr. Walters and love him because he is so kind, knowledgeable and patient with us new parents, but we have seen almost every doctor here for off hours appointments and they have all been excellent. We cannot say enough good things about Green Hills Pediatric Associates, from the front desk staff to the nurses & doctors. We fully intend on keeping our daughter with the practice until she is ready for an "adult doctor".

I could have never asked for a better group of doctors and staff to take care of our two kids. We see Dr. Walters who is the most patient, kind and knowledgeable Doctor. The group as a whole, including the staff, goes above and beyond to take care of their patients. From a question to a phone call, they are always there to take care of our family. Thank you for all that you do!

Before having my first child in 2011, I had no reason to believe that you had to love your child's pediatrician. As long as he/she was competent honest, respectful, and available, that was enough. Doctor/patient relationships seem to run the gamut between those of us who love our child's pediatrician, and those of us who are far from enamored. Having a son with a genetic disorder made me realize that I wanted and needed much more in a physician, just enough wasn't enough. Dr. James Godfrey is the most attentive, proactive, and informative physician I have ever come in contact with.
He makes time to speak not only with the patients themselves, but also with their families. He delivers the results of tests and diagnoses himself rather than his front desk or nursing staff. When you have a child with a genetic disorder, you must be able to trust your physician. By involving the family in treatment plan decisions, Dr. Godfrey builds trust while creating a team-based approach for patient care.
My family's gratitude for Dr. Godfrey runs deep. He has taken the time to become well versed in every aspect of my children's' lives. He cares about them personally, treats them medically, and fosters them emotionally. Though Dr. Godfrey is a professional first, he is a friend. We look forward to our appointments with him. Dr. Godfrey's words and deeds seem to have a weight far beyond the commonplace.
