I do truly hate Arizona and the how they handle anything Medical|Health related. I had a virtual appointment and she ordered me labs for today. No one has labs. This is he 2nd bad experience. I just miss Kaiser. I knew I didn't need a doctor appointment, I just needed labs. But everyone has to get money! Now waiting for 30 minutes for a lab! Very simple yet I guess so complicated!

I've been going to the office for awhile. Like any office there can be glitches. But repeated things being dropped is frustrating. But. I will say. I had an extremely good experience with Gabriel in scheduling. He assisted me when others were not following thru. I can say he has made a huge difference in my desire to continue with the practice.

In the beginning I had great visits with V. But June of last year I had a negative urine screen, received a voice mail at 2:00 pm on a Friday from V's MA was advised if I don't come in for a pill count and urine screen that they would discharge me. My employer is not one where I can come and go as needed therefore I was not able to dash into the office.
When it was time for my appt I got a reminder call about when and what time my appt was. I called them and advised of the voicemail where they discharged me and asked if they could please retain me as a patient. The advised no. I should have trusted the reviews I read about V because if you cross her you're kicked out. It's been almost a year since that incident happened and I cannot find anyone that will see me for pain management because if this.

The worst communication and patient care I've ever experienced. I followed up and called about my test results more to get ahead of it because I knew I'd be out of town and warned several people on the phone the reason I'm calling was because I'd be out of town for a wedding and would be busy. I get through to an MA Manager and told her that I was told by the provider that my tests were put through as urgent due to my situation and then was told by the MA manager that it was actually put through as a routine and results don't come back for 10 days or so.
I get a call back WHILE I was out of town stating that my results came back and prescription was sent to my local pharmacy (that's great, I'm out of town for the next 4 days). They called me the Friday before they closed for MDW and then when I called back today, the Tuesday where they're open back up, I am being faulted for not calling back right away on the Friday they called even though I called for 5 days straight asking for my results and followed up on what I should do. This place is a joke. They run through patients and obviously do not care about patient care. You're better off going somewhere else.

Evertime i make an appointment it is made for the wrong need. They have 2 cjoices either lab or phycial to get my meds refilled but the appt people dont seem to be in contact with the dr office so they dont know what to do. Today was my final straw i was told i had to have lab work done prior to my phycal so i came in for the labs and was told i have to have the phycal first. Why cant they get this simple desision made?

Where am I suppose to go when I'm sick? Ive tested negative for covid 3 times, although I don't have a recent test, I have the same symptoms as my previous "virtual appointment" in December. This office refuses to see me without a recent negative test, so I guess I will either be going to urgent care or be finding a new primary care doctor who can help when their patients aren't feeling well.

Very poor communication and very poor customer service! All the ladies who answer the phone seem mad, like they hate their job. I have literally called all week every day to see if I can get my mri results which were in on Monday, it is now Friday! They said Monday that they were in but V hadn't looked over them, said she'd call when they were looked over.
I wasn't informed that mri results took a whole week to "look over." The ladies that answer the phone continue to tell me they have left V messages over and over that a patient is calling for results but still nothing! One lady said to give V a break because she just had a baby and she's having problems with a sitter so some days she seems rude but she's really not!
Come on! I thought this was a professional office! V wrote things in my paper work that I never said and was never even talked about! I haven't been coming to this practice very long but I will for sure be going elsewhere after this, this isn't even the first time I have had problems with this office. Please don't waist your time or money coming to this doctor's office! They literally make u feel like just a number, or less than that even! The most unprofessional doctor's office I have ever been to!

Poor communication. I called this morning and spoke with the scheduling department for sudden medical problem. They could not get me an appointment. I was in tears while speaking to the scheduler. I had a question for my doctor. A note was supposedly sent to her. No one has ever called me back. It's been over 8 hours. I've been a patient since this office was called Arrowhead Health.
I would say for over 15 years. After being a loyal patient for so many years I would expect better treatment. Update. I got a call back at 5:30pm and was given an appointment for tomorrow. Better than nothing.
