Doctors and nurses are great! Office staff might be the most incompetent people on the Earth. This is how every.single.interaction goes when I call in and leave a voicemail (because no one ever answers). "Please call MY number back at (give them my number) and don't call my wife because she is working and won't be able to answer. You always seem to call her and I don't know why, please don't. Our insurance changed and we had to find a pediatric office that accepted our insurance. I was referred by a co-worker and after a long search for the right office we've found it. Dr. Murray is in my opinion conservative and listens well to my son's concerns. You can tell she takes pride in her profession. Thanks for taking good care of your patient. a hard thing to come by these days. I also appreciate the cleanliness of the entire office.

Nice people but the doctor did not want to adjust me. I asked for a copy of the ex-rrays and she said no. A waste of time.

My two boys love seeing doctor Fisher she is great with them and really cares about her patients.

Dr. Fisher is an excellent pediatrician and very sweet also. She has seen my kids for over two years now and I've been pleased every time. The wait time is very tolerable. Understand that some providers prefer to be safe and thorough with their clients, even if it means they end up getting behind. It's not a churn and burn type of practice- at least not if you're fortunate to be under the care of Dr. Fisher.

We have been seeing Dr. Naverrette for 2yrs. She seems genuine, and understanding and I really like her as a pediatrician. I give 3 starts because I spoke to the Doctor at our 2yr apt about getting a physician approval form for a therapy class. She just said I could email it over or drop it off (no big deal). 36 days after our apt I brought the form in and the person at the desk told me since it's been more than 30 days from last appointment I had to paid $10.

I'm not sure why the pediatrician didn't mention there was a fee after 30 days. I only waited because it was out of my way to go there and we had not got accepted into the program yet. I just wish I had known that and I would have gotten it filled out earlier. I could also mention that we opted out of the Varicella vaccine and apparently every time we are there I have to fill out a refusal form for that. I know another office that does not do that. You could say, love the Doctor, not the office.

Dr Navarret is fantastic and the only reason why I continue to go to cactus children's. My complaint is that they are impossible to get ahold of. I call and always wait forever then have to leave a message that may not get responded to the same day or even at all. When they finally call back, if you miss the call OH WELL start all over and leave another message. They need more people answering the phone so I can actually talk to a human to make appointments.

This place is amazing. My wife just gave birth 1 month ago. Both times we went in she was taken care of and they have a fast call return hotline for questions for the doctor.

This has been my kids Pediatric clinic for the last 4 years now and the BEST clinic so far. I only gave 4 stars because of an incidence with one of the staffs who was not kids friendly and was really, I wont say abusive, but rough with one of my kids. Thanks to the staffs who immediately resolved the issue. Will recommend this place.

We just changed pediatrician to this clinic after several have recommended we go there. SO impressed with the clean facility, the friendly staff and the physician. We were in an out in 20 minutes for a new patient well visit. She was ON TIME. You read the correctly, the staff was on time for everything and it was wonderful. Dr. Fischer was so friendly, and wanted to get to know us. Her assistant was so kind and made my nervous child feel welcome. I am so happy we finally chose to switch.
