Very flexible scheduling. I had tweaked my neck and could not turn it. They got me in same day and did a full evaluation and adjustment, even staying after they were closed.

Been suffering with stenosis & bulging disk in lower back for 3 yrs. now and the pain with it. Tried spine surgeons, physical therapy and a few chiropractors and acupuncture in Reno.with no to little results. Been to Advanced Health Chiropractic around 5 times now and with their adjustments, traction table and laser at last a 75% improvement. The place to go.

The staff makes you feel welcome and comfortable. The dr's are caring and listen to what your problem is and treat you accordingly

I had my first visit here last week. I arrived at my appointment on time and filled out the paperwork. 2 hours went by before the Doctor saw me. in which she spoke to me for a few minutes, put me on a table and used a machine down my spine and was done. The entire time she spent with me was in total about 5-7 minutes. She then charged me $150, and proceeded to make me 2 more appointments. Needless to say, I won't be returning.

Perhaps she was running behind, that is not an excuse. My time is valuable as well. I would've thought for $150 she could've spent more than five minutes with me. It seems like this office is all about making money. Extremely rude on this Doctor's part. Save your hard earned money and go somewhere else.

Amazing skill of Drs and a very clean office. Staff is helpful and very friendly.

This review is for Advanced Health Chiropractic at 9570 S. McCarran Blvd. I honestly don't understand how this place gets 5-star reviews. I went there twice last summer. The first visit I was there for 1.5 hours with a lot of waiting around, which should have been a red flag. The second visit, I arrived at my appointment time only to see the place packed with people.

The girl checking me in took my payment right away before my appointment, so then I was stuck. After almost 30 min of waiting, I asked how long it would be, and she told me it would be yet another 30 mins! So, I would maybe see the chiropractor an hour after my originally scheduled appointment. What is the point of even having an appointment then?

It seems waiting around is par for the course at the place since they have all kinds of gizmos to keep you entertained. Even other "happy" reviewers talk about how much they've had to wait every time. The person checking me in should have told me up front it would be an hour wait. instead she took my money without saying a word so then I was obligated to stay. Well, I asked for my money back and walked out the door.

The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is that the one adjustment I had the first visit with Dr. Rachel was pretty good. So if you want a decent adjustment from a place with no ability to manage time and communicate appropriately, and with zero respect for their patients' lives outside their chiropractic office, go here! Just make sure you set aside an entire afternoon. Personally, I will take my business elsewhere. I've been going to chiropractors across the country since 1989 and I've never had an experience like this. There are plenty of great chiropractors in Reno who don't jerk you around.

Love this office and Dr Perotti! I have been going throughout my pregnancy and she has completely eliminated my back pain. I wish I would have gone to her with my first daughter. I highly recommend seeing her pregnant or not!

Melissa and all the staff now feel like part of my family! I recently threw my back and was there everyday. I am so thankful because now I can go back to normal activities. I see them often since I have a very active lifestyle(9 kids) and like to go twerking once in a while. Thank you

Always a place I walk into and go Hi! And will receive multiple responses. Front desk assistants are friendly, helpful and well trained. Dr. Melissa Perotti concentrates on my entire spine; head to toe. She'll adjust any spot where I have an issue. So legs, arms, fingers; and we have the entire body covered! Dr. Melissa Perotti skill and execution are both excellent and precise. I'm so glad I found her!

Advanced Health Chiropractic is such a warm and welcoming environment. They are family oriented which makes it so nice as I can bring my toddler to appointments with me. Their chiropractic care has helped me immensely during pregnancy and I'd highly recommend it to anyone in need of chiropractic care!

My whole family loves advanced health chiropractor. Ranger and Oliver are a big bonus to pet while waiting too!

Update 9/30/20: I had to update because with my constant athletic pursuits, I have only had success here. Everywhere else I have gone has not helped me out and actually caused more problems. Thank you for keeping my dancing and bodybuilding. Love the personal touch I get here in terms of care and attention to my last issues. They have helped me so much

I have been going to AHC for about 3 years I think. I started going when I was diagnosed with stenosis and the back doc did everything he could to no avail. On my first visit Dr Jim (no longer there) he told me to never let anyone do traditional adjustment on me. So they use the IQ system (google it). Both Melissa and Ti have done wonderful things for me.

Also Samantha, Lindsey, and Grace are a great addition to the office. But the most fun and unique office personnel are Oliver and Ranger - the resident office mascots (Melissa's two dogs). My husband now goes weekly and has overcome his fear of chiropractic treatment. Thank you Melissa and your crew.

I had to switch chiropractors in the beginning of the year due to an insurance change. Was a bit nervous cause I developed a relationship at my previous chiropractor. From the moment I walked through the door I have felt unbelievably comfortable. It's odd to walk into a health providers office and everyone from the Doctors, front office staff and even the Doctors kids know you by your Nickname when you call. I'm always met with a smile and the joking with the doctors makes the visit well worth it. By far the best place to get an adjustment!

Great place with great people. Everyone is extremely attentive all the time. They make you welcome as soon as you open the door. Dr Perotti does magic, I felt better after 4 visits already. Highly recommend it!

I'm so happy I found this place. I kept trying to get ahold of chiropractors in the area throughout covid and they were the only ones who picked up the phone, and got me right in! Cutting edge technology plus they listen to what is really bothering you and customize your adjustment for it. They even pick up on things you don't say but they can just feel. I'm so thankful.

I adjusted plus laser for TMJ and I've also gotten an hour long massage, all for help after my car accident. They are so understanding. I don't just feel like a number, I'm actually getting the help I need. Bless these people

The whole staff is great! Great customer service! I went in a couple weeks ago with horrible neck and shoulder pain, they made it a very comfortable experience, I'm feeling much better! I will continue to come back!

Was my 1st visit. The staff was friendly yet professional. Everything was explained with sufficient detail. The office was clean & stocked with state of the art equipment. Most importantly, my treatment was effective. I highly recommend Advanced Chiropractic.

This place is incredible. I went for my first time today and I was very impressed. The staff is very nice and helpful. I was very impressed with the presentation, friendly staff, and the adjustment. Today I became a regular customer. I plan to book appointments for my wife as well!

Dr. Perotti is AMAZING! Everyone in the office treats you like family, they have a cute little dog to pet, and sometimes they even offer you a glass of wine. I have had severe neck and shoulder pain and stiffness for about 10 years. I have been to multiple doctors, done physical therapy, different treatments, taken every kind of medicine you can think of.

Nothing worked. I had even been to urgent care where I was basically accused of wanting pain medicine. I havent taken any pain medicine in a long time because it doesnt help. I wasnt very familiar with chiropractic care and none of my other doctors had ever mentioned it so I didnt try it. My husband had a back issue and went to Dr. Perotti. When he went there he was told about their services and what could be done so I decided to give it a try.

On my first visit they did a scan on my entire back. The scan lit up the entire area that Ive been struggling with for so long. They knew exactly what we were going to do right from the start. Ive only been going for about a month and I can already feel a huge difference. I can lift my arm above my head, which was almost impossible, and the pain has decreased significantly.

I have quite a ways to go on my treatment but I already know that this is the way to go. They offer many different services to fix problems and just to maintain health. They even offer massage. I highly recommend them!

I have been a patient for the past couple months. The ladies in the front have always been super helpful and courteous. The doctors seem knowledgeable and have really helped me with my back problems. I feel great and it is due, in large part, to this office. I highly recommend this office to anybody looking for a chiropractor

I see Dr Ti here and so does my fiance', she is absolutely amazing and just the friendliest and most caring person I have ever met. She cared for each and everyone of her patients. Lindsey the receptionist is always on top of everything! She is absolutely amazing . Everyone at this place is awesome!

This place is awesome they are not my regular chiropractor. I live in redrock but had a bad back I couldn't do my hair or turn or bend my chiropractor s office didn't care, scheduled me till Friday I called this office and they got me in right away, super friendly front office girl! the Dr. was very friendly listened to all my concerns and got rid of my pain I feel like new.

I don't know why I never came here before they are on mccarran and 4 Th. that's probably why! But I will definitely be driving the distance to come here!well worth it Thank you Dr. Perotti for making me feel well and welcomed!

I can say enough great things. Dr. Perotti is an angel. She healed me. I'm pain free for the first time in my life. After a major accident and years of wear and tear its So nice to not be in constant pain. Dr. Ti is amazing too. As a team they're incredible. Laser therapy is the way to go. Moving is always hard, especially finding new practitioners of sorts. So far, I have been lucky in finding quality businesses. I know many may still be afraid of chiropractic care. I also know some chiropractors out there who are dogmatic and preachy, a price to pay sometimes for quality care. I'm here to say that Dr. Melissa is not any of that!

She is wonderful, knowledgeable and skilled. My first visit left me feeling relieved and released in areas locked up for years. Areas previous chiropractors have struggled to address. She also has a delightful bedside manner. Oh, and I can't forget about the office dog! Oliver is such a relaxing aspect to the office. If you're suffering chronic pain from any injury, old and new, or from daily habits and work, give AHC and Dr. Melissa a chance!

When I walked in I was instantly taken with the aroma of cinnamon, lemongrass, and other scents that smelled AMAZING! The staff is nice, I got a tour of the facility and informed of what the equipment was used for. They offer Deep Tissue Laser Therapy, Massage Therapy, Neuro-Functioning Scans and adjustments.

My wife has been going to chiropractors for years and she is so pleased to have had a coworker recommend Advanced Health Chiropractic recently. She said she felt an immediate difference after her first visit. The office staff is friendly and helpful and her experience with Dr. Figeroa has been fabulous. She would highly recommend!
