This was my 5th and biggest back surgery. I went through the process and came home after the surgery. I am six months post surgery now. I couldn't be happier about the outcome. Can you so no back pain! I can't say enough about the doctors and staff. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I would recommend Dr. Wohns to anyone in need of back surgery, he is an awesome surgeon. I can hardly believe how great I feel.

I always receive great care here. The pain management team always listens to your concerns and addresses them! Dr. Wang is fantastic! She explains things very well in terms you can understand. She gave me 2 cortisone injections in my hip and I hardly felt them! NeoSpine has been very helpful to me' I now see Joyce ARNP and she is exceptional! She has addressed my pain to the point that I can function better than I have ever been!
They have a new receptionist that is cheerful and very attentive. She is very welcoming and kind. She is really a good addition to the team there! Lauren the M.A. is very kind as well. She is very good'. So yes, I definitely recommend NeoSpine to anyone with back issues!

I love my appointments in this office, and they have been helping me to manage my back pain for years. I appreciate how the team doesn't disparage me for the activities in my life that my be causing some of my back issues, like golfing. They just encourage me to stay active and provide the support they can. I know I am more active because of their management of things.
The injections sustain and relieve pain for substantial periods of time to get me through. The clinical staff is always awesome, very courteous and positive. They are also all great listeners. Dr Wong, who does the injections, is simply amazing. The clinical team that surrounds her are also amazing. They are all efficient, very safe and keep you comfortable the whole way through.

I was seeing just minutes after checking in, I hate waiting. So that made it nice. Joyce win she came in looked into my file and wasn't a hurry to send me on my way, not like a normal doctor's office. Spent time on the MRI explaining things to me in language I could understand, and set me up right away with the surgeons for an appointment. She was giving me the options, and what to expect, that made me feel that she was taking time and concern for my well-being. Taking time on my MRI and pointing things out to me to make me feel like I was totally involved and seeing what was going on, made me feel like I wasn't in a doctor's office or an assembly line. I'm very grateful for the time that she spent with me explaining things to me not trying to rush me out of there because she had other people to see.

I've only had one appointment at this office to date. That being said, I have had several interactions via phone and email. Each one has been met with complete professionalism and in a timely fashion. Everyone I have come in contact with has taken the time to listen to my concerns. The last two years have not been easy on anyone, especially the medical community, and this office is doing what they can to make their patients feel better during such a stressful time. I look forward to continuing my relationship with the doctors and staff at this location.

Dr. Nwosu is amazing! His staff is wonderful as well! Carolyn is always responsive to my inquiries. He is THE BEST at what he does. He's informative, compassionate and there's never any gray area with him. I never have felt like a number there. He's very personable with his patients. I went in for my back pain and had surgery for L4/L5 fusion. I had IMMEDIATE relief in the massive pain in that area.
The pain in my legs has progressively gotten better but as with any relief from specific ailment and surgery it exposed other issues I originally thought were my lower back but we're not. Three months post op I had an MRI done on my neck that found 2 bulging discs at C4/C5 and a partially bulging disc higher. The 2 discs are putting so much pressure on my spinal cord that it's causing a flattening effect on my spinal cord.
I'm due for emergency surgery in 2 weeks. He's the first to take my neck pain seriously and I'm glad he did. The results otherwise could have been negatively catastrophic! He's a life saver!

My first experience with NeoSpine was to go over my previous records and consultation. First office visit and met with office personnel which were very professional. Then met with Dr. Rohn's medical assistance she asked questions and responded with no hesitation. She also requested some lab testing and sent out referrals, which they responded quickly. The whole visit was delightful.

Worst experience of my life. The office staff is rude until they realize they messed up. Paperwork doesn't get processed, appointments don't get set, there's a complete communication breakdown between everyone in that office. My surgeon told me surgery or pain. Never offered to try an injection (he did for a different section but not the one we knew was unstable).
He promised we world met a few times with my family to talk about the game plan. Never happened. Instead, I had to routinely check in to make sure my file was moving (it never was). Pre-op appt, I find out I am having a completely different kind of surgery. No one tells me that recovery is different in anyway. Turns out, it is. More muscle was pulled than normal.
I ended up a massive fever, a rash, hip pain and major pain from the surgery on my l4-l5. I've spoken with nearly a dozen doctors and all of them agree the surgery should have required a 3 day minimum stay. If I had stayed, I wouldn't have to have had my husband trying to find someone on call to send a prescription in. I wouldn't have needed to panic and race to the er twice!
I feel like they just want to stumble and fall through as many surgeries, as possible. My surgeon seemed wonderful. I think maybe if he had better support, it would have been a better experience but I still find fault in the last min change with no explanation.

I absolutely love my surgeon, Dr. Nowosu! 5 stars for you! He is very professional and compassionate. I will see him ANYTIME. His Physicians assistant, Anthony makes me feel like he is just annoyed with my presence. Like I am being overly dramatic with my actual pain. Always giving off this HEAVY sigh several times throughout the appointment. 1 star Now, my biggest complaint is that they fail to respond to calls or follow ups.
Their answering machine says they will return the call within 24 hours.uuummmm. YA, no they don't. I had an MRI done on 8/14/21. I thought once they got the report they would call and schedule a follow-up appointment. Have yet to hear from them, so I guess it's on me to call them. ZERO stars!
