MT Rainier Neurology

Dr. Yang was the only neurologist who took our issues seriously and didn't try to write it off as something else. My daughter had suffered a concussion that took us over 8 months to fix. It wasn't until I fired the last neurologist and found Dr. Yang, that we began to make actual progress. He took the time to hear our story, did all the tests I was expecting the last doc to do, but didn't, and was able to accurately diagnose and treat.

She is now living her life to the fullest. I highly recommend Dr. Yang. The only reason I did not give a full 5 stars was due to the phone system. They really need to fix that. You cant really call directly and get a person answering. Email is best when dealing with this office.

Dr. Yang goes above and beyond. I came to him after seeing two other neurologists who told me that they could not help my condition, I felt hopeless. Dr. Yang listened to me and was able to prescribe me some medication to give me some relief. Although my diagnoses is not curable it was nice to have someone take the time to exhaust all options to help treat it.

Be wary of this facility. My grandmother was diagnosed with dementia by her provider, and unfortunately, an imposter caregiver changed all of her doctors, including switching my grandmother's neurologists. As soon as I found out what the imposter was doing, I took over my grandmother's care and brought her here myself. Originally, grandma was supposed to go to a different neurologist but the imposter changed that as well, so we had to come here. Dr. Yang was dismissive of my grandmother's diagnosis and didn't seem to understand how dementia worked.

He said my grandmother had "the memory of an 80 year old" and there was nothing at all wrong with her. Thankfully, I didn't trust him, took my grandmother to another neurologist and after a lengthy assessment, her dementia diagnosis was confirmed. Shortly thereafter she was placed into hospice as her condition deteriorated. I can't imagine what would've happened to her if I had listened to Dr. Yang. She would have been suffering, and would not have received the care that she needed for her condition.

One of the best neurologist in the state. Listens to me and really is there to help.

Hi, Thank you Dr. Yang n Staff. Thank you for keeping us safe during covid-19. I have being coming to Dr. Yang for several years and wouldn't trust nobody else with my health. Dr. Yang is honest n cares about his patients safety n health. Dr. Yang is a Dr. With Empathy and morals. Thank you once again Dr. Yang n staff for caring about me n others.

Let my tell you that if you have a need for a neurologist and like to waste gas then this is the place for you! You drive yourself here only to find out it is a phone appointment. All you get is oops sorry! Don't bother calling to make sure before you drive, they won't answer. Also be prepared to be late. They won't unlock there office till after the time. but dr stands by door lol.

This dr doesn't care about patient care! But let's not stop there. His staff is the most unprofessional people I've ever seen in a Dr office! If I could give no stars I would. But I will give 5 plus stars on unprofessional employees and Dr! Ding ding. If your POP refers you to MT Rainier Neurology than think again! Better off finding a dr at Walmart!

Just called to inquire about this Dr., was asked what insurance i had. i told her "molina"(state insurance). i was told "we don't take that here" and was hung up on. this is rude and i can't for the life of me believe that people are still being treated like this in 2019. you should be ashamed. I called because of your reviews of how good the dr. was and how sweet the staff was. This was NOT my experience. only gave them a star because i had to, so i could post.

Dr Keyi Yang has been very helpful and interested in my well being. He has a deep knowledge of the field and really does care about his clients. It is of his utmost importance that he sees improvement in their lives.

Dr. Yang is seriously an amazing doctor. After having 50+ seizures in less than 24 hours, he got me on the right track and I'm doing so much better now. If you need a neurologist, I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Yang.

Very sweet doctor and nurses! Doctor Yang listened to me and took what I had to say into full consideration. The nurses there are fantastic. The little gal in front is such a sweetheart- went in for an EEG and was very nice and checked up on me regularly. :
