Allentown Pediatric & Adolescent Medicine has been awarded Level 3 recognition by the National Committee for Quality Assurance Patient-Centered Medical Home Program. We provide excellent pediatric care and strive for efficiency, continuity, and accessibility. We work closely with families to meet the special needs of each child.
Our mission is to provide comprehensive pediatric care to our patients by addressing not only medical issues, but mental health and social issues as well. Our Physicians are members of Catholic Medical Partners, an Independent Practice Association committed to setting and delivering the highest standard of medical care in Western New York.
Allentown Pediatric & Adolescent Medicine is located at 560 Franklin Street, at the corner of North Street. Free parking is available. Appointments are scheduled in advance by calling our office during business hours. We encourage you to select a primary care pediatrician and schedule well visits in advance with the same physician to optimize continuity of care.

Such a hostile environment for the parents. I showed up for my newborn baby's second appointment. Her insurance was added to my insurance late, but her name was in my insurance card. Since they were not able to verify insurance information for the first visit, they cancelled her second visit without telling us. Front desk young lady also screamed at me very rudely and loudly that only one parent is allowed, when my husband was calling the insurance company.
As a new parent and physician mom we did not deserve this reaction. The other thing, I requested my baby to be seen by MD, but ended up having appointment with nurse practitioner but she is kind.

We have been patients here for over 6 years, and have always received excellent care! Dr. Elhenfeld, Dr. Conley, Mary Shepard & many of the wonderful nurses have seen our kiddos through many scary illnesses & injuries. One of the scariest things to experience as a parent is when your child is sick or hurt, and we have always felt supported by Allentown Peds!
Quick call backs (almost always by the Docs themselves), readily-available appointments for sick-visits, clear advice, calming & comforting demeanors for both kids & parents (I think we often need it more!) We have always felt empowered, respected, and listened to, plus all of the staff treat our children like people, and makes a sincere effort to connect with them and build a loving connection. We will be here for years to come, and only wish they could be our doctors too!

As a first time mom, I took choosing a Doctor's office for my son very seriously. Allentown Pediatrics came highly recommended from several of my friends and now I can see why. My son is currently 6 months old and I cannot say enough good things about the care he has received (and about the staff here!)! Our first appointment was with NP, Anna Couell--- who is absolutely FANTASTIC!
She is SO incredibly genuine and clearly has a love for the work that she does--- and it really shows! Our subsequent appointments have mostly been with Anna and I have zero complaints! Anna always makes us feel comfortable and she takes time to meet with and listen to us--- that means a lot to parents, especially us "newbies"! Highly recommend this practice!

Wonderful practice. Great location for Allentown, Elmwood Village, and Downtown. Dr. Conley saw my daughter for 4 years while we lived in Buffalo. She was always caring and took time to answer our questions. The staff are all patient with kids and delivered pain free shots! They also always ran on time. We always had a great experience. We only left the practice because we moved out of town and would refer any friend.

I can't say enough great things about this practice. They are always very clean, on time, and are very nice to our children. Dr Conley is great. She engages with our children and asks if we have any concerns. The best part about this clinic is they don't allow anti-vaxxers, so I am always at ease knowing any children running around the office are either vaccinated or can't be due to legitimate medical restrictions. I hold the medical community, particularly pediatrics, to a very high standard when it comes to caring for my children, and Allentown exceeds them every time.

Since moving to the Buffalo area and reading about Dr. Ehlenfield on a mom's blog, we have been exceedingly happy. They care for all three of my boys. They are always available for sick visits. I have found each provider to be very open and willing to take the time to assess, listen and work with you. Mary Sheppard is amazing with my teen! I wouldn't recommend another office. We drive 25 min to get here and it's always worth it.

Even after moving out of the city, we still bring our kids here- the care they receive is excellent! Dr. Conley and her staff are excellent- very caring, informative and willing to spend time with each patient. When kids are sick they are easy to get into the office to be seen, even if it is with another provider. They always have very quick call backs for after hours calls also. At two different times, my kids have received quick, pain-free immunizations form the nursing staff without crying!
