Allergic contact dermatitis is caused by a reaction to substances called allergens that come into contact with your skin. Some people are allergic to a specific ingredient or ingredients in a product. They react whenever they are exposed to the ingredient, although it can take up to several days for the symptoms to appear.

Very professional staff, great experience. Consulted with Dr. Washington who was very thorough and open to answer all of my questions. One small concern was that I met with the NP first, them had to attend another consult with the doctor before scheduling procedure. Seems like this could be managed differently to avoid so many consults.

The office staff and Dr. Stonecipher were excellent. I had a small mole removed and it went well. My complaint is that after 17 days I still haven't received the results of the biopsy. I received a call yesterday but was unable to answer it. I immediately called back and left a message. No response. I have called four or five times today. No response after I left messages. The doctor and office staff are excellent. The people in the biopsy section are not.

You can usually judge how an appointment is going to go based on your initial interaction with the front desk staff. They were quick and efficient, dealing with multiple people. My appointment started on time and Dr. Mauldin as always was a pleasure. I did not feel rushed and was able to make a follow-up appointment that day.

I've been going to this practice for decades. Dr. Stonecipher is wonderful - kind and caring. He takes time to explain issues and treatment options in a way that anyone can understand (and makes sure you do). His nurse and the administrative staff are nice and efficient. My recent appointment was at 9 and I was seen, treated, and back home by 9:30.
