Got a referral from my doctor and was told I would be called, never recieved said call and had to reacj out to them myself. Reception seems to be so overwhelmed that customer service goes down the toilet. Calls to the office can put you on wait for multiple hours and messages to the office online can stay unread for many days at a time. My pharmacy has reached out to them at least three times only to be ignored; all just to fill a prescription.

The medical staff are fine, just expect to have to do receptions job because they aren't doing it for you. Edit 1: Dropped from 2 stars to 1. Was lied to by reception multiple times. I'm not going to bother with this place if they can't stay honest. Edit 2: Reception was rude to me when I called to check on progress on a prior authorization that was being refilled after I complained to my insurance; mostly because I don't trust them to be honest and open with me. I don't even know where to go from here.

I never leave reviews, but i just have to. The doctors and staff are great, but this office is absolutely awful. This office has so many patients that they are drowning. If you call you will average an hour on hold. After my surgery I had a huge concern and it took 7 days to return my call. Really really disappointed with how they mange their patients.

Every day after surgery I spent hours on the phone, desperate for a phone call back, and nothing. I tried calling my primary doctor and even they couldn't get through. I am having complications and I can't even see a dr. This is NOT ok.

I hate to write bad reviews, but I can't let this one go. I have been trying to make an appointment as a new patient, and I just simply can't get through. I live 90 miles away, so I decided to go in person to make an appointment. The office did not seem very busy, and I walked right up to a person to get help. She would not allow me to make an appointment because I had not had my records transferred to them.

I tried to explain my predicament to no avail. If you need an appointment go in person. As for me, I plan to go elsewhere. They may have good doctors here, but if this is an indication of how they run their practice I don't want any part of it.

Would not recommend. I had two visits with this clinic. I tried to contact the MA regarding clarification on my medication however she never returned my call so I just waited until my 2nd appointment. Following my 2nd appointment I tried to contact the prior authorization department because they submitted the wrong diagnosis and none of my medical Hx.

I still have not received a return call, and this was in November. Billing has been a mess for both of my appointments. I've had to call my own insurance to clarify that the doctor is a part of my authorization. This was after I called twice and asked them to do this. I am not the kind of person to just leave a bad review but I wouldn't waste your time with this clinic.

Took my grandfather here. Initially the staff have extremely rude attitudes as a whole. Unacceptable especially when dealing with the elderly who suffer from serious ailments, as if the experience of going to these places isn't bad enough. It was all I could do not to get disrespectful with these people. Not to mention them messing up his prescription which delayed his procedure for two hours. If the staff can't speak to people with kinder and more respectful attitudes then maybe they should find a new line of work.

My limited experience has been painful. 2 calls with 30 min. wait times on hold to even get to talk to someone, 2 times my virtual follow up appointment has been moved. I was charged $300 for a 5 min. call with the Dr. to discuss a lab result. When I questioned this, I was told that's just what it is since he had to make some notes. That seems excessive. I've tried to leave a message for a call back and got crickets. It's time to move on. I'm sure the Dr's here are great but the process isn't worth the trouble.

Spokane Urology has some phenomenal doctors. Rachel was very approachable with my questions and explained my situation easily to me. She went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and helped me get the proper help I needed. Very thankful for my experience.

Unreal hold times every time you call. No one called schedule an appointment for our son, so I called. Twenty minute holds on the phone are the norm here. When I did get a call back, I was told the doctor has his own scheduler who would give him our file and then he'd review it to see if he WOULD schedule an appointment. Wow. NOT a good impression.

This office is completely inept. It has taken me months of wait time and hours of waiting on hold to finally get an appointment scheduled. The most recent event is that they can't even follow simple directions to send a prescription to the correct pharmacy. And again, I have to take time out of my schedule to ask them to fix their errors. Really hope the Dr is better at his job than his nurses and office staff.

This clinic is the most I have ever had to fight to feel seen or heard. The doctor I saw (Carl Walker) is very kind and informative (albeit runs consistently 20-45 minutes late and just gives the impression that he's too busy for questions/interaction) and he did a great job breaking up a stone for me. But, that would be the only good I have to say about the clinic. Getting a hold of somebody there is nearly impossible and can leave you waiting for days or weeks for a response.

Doesn't seem to matter if you're in so much pain you're vomiting, or if you re-formed another stone too large to pass within 4 weeks of surgery, or if they sent (and lost) prescriptions because they sent them to the wrong pharmacy even though you gave the right one 3x. Waiting to talk to someone (not a machine) can take 10 minutes if you happen to be lucky, 45 if you aren't and you have to be determined enough with enough time to commit to that wait.

Go ahead and leave a message, they either won't get back to you or it could take days/weeks to do so. Poor level of information on post op care and expectations. the hospital checked on me more and more thoroughly than they did. Just generally a poor experience and not having any other options in the Spokane area is extremely unfortunate because something is amiss and I don't feel like I have adequate care to help me.

I work in the medical field, and if I had patients/residents that I made feel this invalidated I would feel ashamed. I understand being busy. But the care is simply inadequate. What may feel minor to you, may feel like quite a big deal to someone with persistent pain, urinary difficulty, and having multiple family members die of kidney disease.
