The Pulmonary Group of Western New York, LLP is the largest group of its kind in Buffalo, New York. Comprised of five physicians we are not a single specialty group as the name implies. In fact we are a very diverse group with expertise in Pulmonary, Critical Care, Sleep, and Hyperbaric Medicine. But that is not all we do. We have an extensive background in independent medical and disability evaluations as well as courtroom experience. With offices in both Williamsville and Lockport, New York we are able to provide outpatient services to patients within a very large geographical area.

Came early for an appointment with Jennifer Rankie and the receptionist started blurting out my personal info in a crowded waiting room. When i asked her not to, she stated that's office policy. I reminded her of Hippa laws, but she said she didnt care. I asked for her name, but she ignored me. I gave her my insurance card covered under medicare and she demanded my NYS medicare card which is NEVER supposed to be shown. When i asked for my card back so i can find another doctor, when she gave it back, laughed, and said "good luck."

First of all very difficult to find building, where are the signs? My Mom had an appointment and uses a wheelchair so I called to make sure I was in the right place. The answering service says the office is closed when you call so I decide to leave my Mom in the car and go in the building to check. Building is large and very nice but again no signs to tell you where to find anything.
I ran around looking and finally found the office I needed. I went in and yes they were open. I double checked with the receptionist and talk about unfriendly! She confirmed I was in the right place and I told her I would go get my mom and be right back. We came back in and registered for the appointment but again receptionist was not nice or friendly. Why? The rest of the visit went fine. Dr was very nice.

Linda Miller and the office staff have always been extremely thorough and respectful towards me. Ms. Miller is very knowledgeable and always willing to help whenever necessary. She makes me feel very comfortable to talk to her about anything I might have going on in life at that time. She's a much needed relief at a time in the world when it seems like noone is satisfied with anything at all! Thank you Ms. Miller.

Are you serious? Office hours are 9 am to 4 pm. They don't ever turn on the phones so you can call them. I started calling at 9 am on March 25th kept getting answering service. Finally talked to answering service lady and she told me they don't turn on phones till 9:30. I replied it's 940. So why aren't the phones turned on. Really is this how you run a business.

I do not recommend going here. When I asked to switch my in person appointment to a video chat since covid is still present and I don't feel comfortable being immune compromised, I was told it was no problem. I then ever got a call. When calling the office the front desk was so rude and hung up on me. I then get a letter in the mail saying I'm dropped from the practice. Don't waste your time. They don't care for their patients This was the location in Williamsville

I saw Dr. Edelson at the Williamsville location after having suffered numerous asthma-related difficulties over the years. While I found him to be a good physician, I'm only rating Pulmonary Group of WNY two stars because the one staff member running my breathing test was very rude and hostile toward me. I don't want to pile on because I know we all have bad days. However, based on other reviews I've seen and my own experience, there are probably better places for quality pulmonary care.

This office dismissed me because they said they didn't have the ability to treat me. I have narcolepsy. What kind of sleep doctor can't treat narcolepsy? They didnt refer me to anyone else nor tell me why they felt this was beyond their scope. The odd thing is they gave absolutely no indication of this during my last appointment and I got a letter several weeks later stating they "didn't have the ability to care for my current problems".
Not sure how a sleep doctor is incapable of treating narcolepsy. But they also screwed up my sleep test too and then couldn't get the insurance to cover repeating it, so I wouldn't recommend this practice. Very disappointed.

Linda Miller FNP (nurse practitioner- who is my primary practioner) is AWESOME! She is so smart! Kind! Excellent listener! Really, truly CARES about her patients and how they are doing- not just medically- but also how they're doing in LIFE. She is truly one of a kind and I'm so glad I found her and decided to try her (and Pulmonary group of WNY) out. Thank you!

I was terminate as a patient of Dr Boepple's for asking for a free sample for my emergency inhaler because I am experiencing a financial hardship right now. I wrote a letter to Dr Boepple to express my frustration that his office didn't have the professional courtesy to return my phone call and tell me they were not able to give me a free sample. I had went to Dr. Boepple since 2009 and am really upset about how this was handled.
