Hi, I felt the same today with the front desk and it is my second time there, very rude. Maybe I should change provider. Unacceptable.

Call to set an appointment I'm glad I never set one. Staff was very rude and kept interrupting me during my phone call. Was speaking so fast was fun comprehendible and then when I asked them to slow down she got even ruder.

Went in to see Dr. Couke (Aug 2021) due to being septic 4x's within a year. Doctor looked at me and asked what I expected him to do for me. He had me give a urine sample and the appointment was over without clear instruction on next steps. Just so happen to log into 'mychart', while currently laying in the hospital with time #5, and seen my urine resulted as abnormal - no call from him or the group. I can only help to think this hospital stay could've been avoided had this doctor acted. DO NOT GO TO THIS GROUP EXPECTING MUCH!

The doctors and actual visits were fine but the billing department has been a nightmare. I am not getting proper credit for my on-line payments and have been calling their billing department, emailing them, and writing them since Oct 5th without any resolution. The customer service has been terrible. I am VERY organized and I have all of the proof of payment and I simply cannot get a returned phone call. Account # 46237

I read some of these old reviews and I am so glad I did not take them seriously, My doctor, Michelle Jones was wonderful, kind compassionate, caring, attentive, her front office staff was top notch, I recently moved here from another state, needed an urgent appointment ( I was out of medicine ) and the lady I think her name was Brenda or Bridget (I am not sure it started with a B) was so patient with me, she told me how to get my records sent over, and called me back to get me worked in with Dr. Jones once she received them, Her medical asst. Kim was funny, and put me at ease right away.

They made me feel like they cared an I could relax once I got situated. Maybe the previous negative nelly reviews regarding the staff were from just that "negative people" I use to work in Healthcare an most people don't understand how stressful these people have it, they are constantly yelled at are talked down to, so I "get it" My experience was wonderful and very professional and caring, I highly recommend Dr. Jones. Make sure you ask for Brenda/Brig. when you call she will definitely help you get an appt.

Dr. Jones has been completely committed to finding the correct treatment for my husband.

Dr. Richard Hengel is amazing. I have been his patient since 2005. Having been diagnosed HIV Poz in 1993, I didn't think I would live to be 50 years old. I recently turned 60! I credit Dr. Hengel for keeping me alive.

Over the last 25 years I've been to a dozen HIV/ID doctors. They have all been terrible, overdosing me on numerous meds. In 2017, I smashed an eye due to an overdose (orthostatic hypotension). I was on 10 'inhibitors' of the main enzyme processing most prescriptions. I was getting at least 10 times the dosage of all of them, plus most of my other drugs.

The current 'standard of care' for HIV is insane & deadly, if you are on many other meds (statin, PPI, BP, etc.). I had decided there was not a single one with any sense, and was going to my last one, Dr. Daniel Ketterer, Outstanding! Knowledgeable, sharp, caring, detailed, friendly, funny, responsive and empowering me to make my health care decisions. If you are on more than 5 meds, there is, frankly, no one else in Atlanta to see.

Front desk lady I think her name is Brigitte. Called my emergency contact(my sister)to let me know, I need new insurance, and this needs done before my appointment. I asked the lady did she want me to give her my new insurance. She said no, just bring it in. Well, my concern sister told everyone in my family. Now l'm froced too tell my family my situation. Brigitte emergency contacts are for emergencies not for appointments and insurance information.

This practice is caring, professional and experienced. Dr Cauk saved my husband's life. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

This place sucks. I went there for infusions for my sinus, it was a joke. The staff was always late, slow, and didn't take the patience time into consideration. A two hour process easily turned into a 4 plus hours. Save your money, save your time, and save your breath, these people don't care.

In a recent hospital stay, Doctor Ketterer consulted on our difficult case of involving a severe bacterial infection. He was able to quickly get the correct antibiotic and turn around the infection. He had great listening skills and his care for the patient is very obvious and genuine. He is one of the top doctors we have encountered.

I really feel Dr. Jones and staff here are excellent. She stood behind me when I began reacting to a hernia mesh that I thought would be the death of me. Still struggling, but mesh removal is happening. She listened and addressed the issues. Thank you so much, Dr. Jones and Dr. Hengel. There a good group of ID doctors.

This office has the least friendly and personable front office staff I've encountered, in person and on the phone. I go here out of necessity, not choice.

Dr. Ketterer is an awesome, relateable, professional. We totally enjoyed our office visit with him. His warming and inviting personality made us feel at ease discussing our health and answering all of our medical questions. We definitely will be ack.

I can not say enough about Dr. Ketterer. He is excellent. but the office staff sucks they are rude and the office manager wont even call me back very sad guest service. yes they accepts insurance but they don't know how to put your info in or not to charge them they just send you a big bill and say they know what they are doing now paid the bill we want or money very sad

I can not say enough about Dr. Ketterer. He was excellent. I went to him for a problem I had been having and for annual HIV/STD testing. He made me feel so at ease, more so that any other doctor I've been to in my 46 years. He is AWESOME!
