While the initial consultation fee was expensive the total bill including the procedure was very reasonable. Dr Caroline removed a very large mole from my daughter's forehead, right between her eyes. One year later and there is not scar at all. We are so happy we went with Dr Caroline for this!

Dr. Chester did my septoplasty in 2014 when I was 17. When I was healed my septum was still clearly deviated I went back and basically had to beg her to do her job and fix my nose. She finally agreed, but it doesn't really matter. I went to another doctor this year and he looked in my nose and "if you hadn't told me I wouldn't have known you had surgery." So I had two surgeries for absolutely nothing and now will have a third.

She charges $360.00 for a consultation. She looked at me, spoke with me for less than 10 minutes, and sent me on my way. Would NOT recommend.

A bit too proud of her abilities. Her initial consultation costs close to $400 and only took 10 mins to look at a birthmark. Unfortunate. We will not be back.

Online offers procedures but due to the fact that I'm black I received the worst customer service by Kim (manager) and Laura. They called me in regards to an online inquiry from a list of PROVIDED SERVICES to say they.well for KIM to tell me what DR CHESTER DIDNT DO. So at what point did the receptionist become the phd distributor. Will be paying the location a visit to see if the same service is giving personally.
