Encouraged to undergo a "functional" rhinoplasty by doctor cravens. From a health standpoint there was literally no reason for me to have the surgery. Didn't do a sleep study test to see if I actually had sleep apnea but heavily encouraged me to underdog rhinoplasty. Was also insulted during my consult by cravens. Laughed at me while taking my pre op photos and insulted my intelligence.

If your standard of care is to insult patients all the while encouraging them to undergo unnecessary surgery then you need heavily reassess your medical ethics. Oh and my nose now looks unnatural, is deviated to the side and has a divot in it. Stay away from this practice.

I been dealing with breathing issues for a majority of my life. I had an idea of what was wrong with me and seen numerous ENTs all throughout the country but they could never quite pinpoint what the issue was. With a failed prior septoplasty, I decided to give Tucson ENT a try and made an appointment with Dr. Chastain. I was impressed by his genuine concern during the examination.

At the end of the visit, he told me that he has an idea of what my issues were but believed his colleague Dr. Ostrom would be better at correcting the problem as she was very good at what I needed. I was further impressed with his humility. I went ahead and made an appointment with Dr. O. Her, along with her medical assistant Nini were very kind and at the initial visit, Dr. O was able to make a diagnosis immediately, told me exactly what my issue was, and what was needed to correct the issue.

She explained to me the procedure that was needed. Fast forward a few months later, I finally got my nose fixed and I'm able to breath properly. I feel I have been given a new lease on life and I am extremely blessed and grateful. I would highly recommend Dr. Ostrom, Dr. Chastain and all the doctors at Tucson ENT as they are extremely good at what they do.

Second visit at this location. Today I offered to wait outside since they have Nurse Ratchett for the check in desk. She refused to process my paperwork unless I put on a mask. Again, I was willing to wait outside until I was seen by the doctor, which is usually a long time.but not today. If they are going to force folks to wear a mask then I will go to another doctor. BTW, lots of medical offices are not mandating this anymore. I am done with the covid theater. If masks work so well then why don't they work?

Done with being a patient here. Karen the check in person demanded I wear a mask in order to check in. I offered to wait outside, but that was not good enough. You have to wear a mask in order to get past Nurse Ratchett. Sorry but I am done. Plenty of other doctors have finally realized that this mask theater is nonsense. If this office demands compliance, I can go else where. Enjoy your show/theater!

The very worst dr office I have ever dealt with. DR craven was suppose to be the best for paroid in tucson and after being at Tmc for infection and treated by a internei with steroids ans antibiotics and than seeing a young ent from his office who insisted I had had surgery that morning which I did not and not even coming back I went to cravin when I got out Of of the hospital WHEN I COULD GET A APT, Than told by his ofiice First I did not have cancer after he took a byopy first told I did not have cancer than told I did and NEEDED mayor surgery. could never get office to deal with and his nurce worked from home only two or three days a week.never available It's been a horitable situation.this place needed to be shut down.

He may be a good surgon but they completely do not communicate nor give right information and refused to give records for ages till be legally gone over as they are very aware that he insited on doing major surgery refused to do a second biopsy and told me no mather what he would do the same surgery. whick way way way to much.lI had the cancer he said I did. no help at all and given wrong information constantly.

They were by far the very worse trauma a person should ever have to deal with and lied. always covering up, if I was a person that took someone to court and had the energy would but as I was told he's been there before many times.and since I did have him do the surgery after Mayo avised not to.the office is the very very very poorly run and if I had not had some medical training might of let him take off half face over a year and.

Half ago with 60 lymph noide as he is insisted I needed. with a wrong diagnosis and scaring me to death with absolutely no help and direction. and a office that total should be shut down until they are able to run properly and communicate.ltnis very sad when I was in nursing.doctors took oth " TO DO NO HARM " to date have they cause more harm and unbelievable trama.

Than I can speak of. Thank goodness mayo is not far away. They lied to cover up and would not give records till there were for sure gone over legally that also took forever. BUT I AM a totally Greatful I did not have the surgery. HE insisted on being on a pre surgery apt and was 2hr and 45 the second time since he would not call. and the first time over a hr. said and needed the surgery even the second time and major he insisted on after having no responsible office help at any time. no communication and even messes upmwith the covid testing pre surgery. EVERYTHING was a horrific nightmare and just prays I know he wrong but will always be scard and looking for something.

The cost and time and trama have been up beleive BUT GRATEFUL always greatful.thank goodness I had a wothness and records to prove it all. they just cover up the face that there office is not to be trusted at any time. never beleive they know everything they surly don't and have no qualified help at this office or did not up to a yr ago. For sure and they surly cover there tacks as best they can when they know they did wrong. be responsible for you medical health people are human with large egos and and office some office have really bad help, .this is not right but I longer want to fight and just stay Grateful. doctor and there office ck should be acountable. the world has change so very much. Shame on you dr cravin for not even a apt but I gather you legal are told not to. i would of given I minus fiv stares shame on yourmoffice and you.l what ever you have done for patients of your I know you have also done so very much harm!.

I had an appointment scheduled for today, March 25. A few days before the appointment I received a text stating that I would need to reschedule, would I want to do this. I stated yes. I got a text back with times for mid to late April. These times would not work for me so tried to call but no answer. A few minutes later I received a call from the clinic stating to disregard the text as my appointment had not been cancelled, to still some in today at 9:30.

I went into the clinic and was told that the doctor was in surgery and indeed, my appointment had been cancelled. I questioned why I had not been told about this. Just excuses. The front person was nice enough but my frustration level at this point was very high. The wasted time and gas to go into the clinic did not sit well with me. I was told I could go to the urgent care if I wanted to.

The appointment times offered mid to late April would not work for me. I am very disappointed in this situation and would not recommend this clinic. I had not been there before and had been referred by my doctor.

Could not get any better in my opinion. If more medical office's could run this efficiently. I and my 95 years old Grandmother would be happy to make appointments. They were great at taking time for her to to be comfortable, polite and gracious, and Dr Ho was certian to make sure everything she asked and all he said was clearly understood. The entire staff is a pleasure to speak with. Can't thank you enough for your standards.

Dr. Ostrom is very knowledgeable and talented. She has great communication skills and takes the time to answer questions thoroughly. I have been experiencing headaches, fatigue and tinnitus for about a year and have seen several doctors and have been given a multitude of therapies and diagnostics, none of which have revealed the problem or treated my symptoms. Dr. Ostrom figured out my ailment (SSCD), which is rare and very quickly confirmed it with imaging. I really appreciate that she had the knowledge to recognize my symptoms so quickly; especially after many attempts by other doctors.

I recently had Dr. Cravens from Tucson ENT perform a Partial Thyroidectomy to remove a nodule that was getting larger. I couldn't be happier with the quality of care I received from Dr. Cravens from the initial consultation up to the surgery itself. He took his time with me, listened and replied to my concerns, and I left feeling totally confident about choosing him to do the procedure. The day of the surgery I received the same quality of care from all staff at the Carondelet Foothills Surgery Center. I highly recommend Dr. Cravens and his staff.

Scheduled appointment online September 10, 2021, with Dr. Chastain for 10-13-21. Filled out extensive online paperwork, showed up for my scheduled appointment 5 minutes early only to be told my appointment was cancelled because Dr. was not available. (He was on vacation I discovered.) They claimed to have called but my phone number was disconnected? Said they would call to reschedule, you cannot schedule an appointment with the front desk receptionist, you must call. Went home called, had to leave message, (twice during day), never received call back. Called again two days later, actually spoke to a person, next available appointment was two months out. Will probably cancel.

Dr. Cravens and surgery team and pre-op nurse were very professional and kind which made me feel comfortable. The procedure went well without any problem. I deducted one star for the cleanliness of the waiting room area. The floors were quite dirty which didn't leave a very good first impression of the facility.

Impossible to get an appointment. They are too big and too busy to care for any new or even existing patients. Look elsewhere

Tucson ENT was amazing. My first visit with Dr Dean was great, after discussing my needs, he felt that Dr Cravens was a better option for what was needed. That said a lot to me! Dr Cravens and his staff were amazing through the whole process. He was very thorough in his exam and recommendations on how to move regarding what was needed, to fix the damage to my nose.

The experience was great, surgery was, well, surgery but the results were more then I expected. He continues to be very supportive through the healing process. Thanks Dr Cravens and team!

Dr Cravens gave us a clear explanation of my condition, did a complete physical examination with ultrasound in the exam room, and clarified the next steps (special nuclear scan) before jumping into surgery. My case is not straightforward and the surgery has more risks for me than normal. My husband and I felt that he understood our concerns. We think that he will definitely take good care of me. He did not rush through the appointment. All of the office personnel were very cheerful, helpful, and considerate.

Dr Cravens was absolutely fantastic as well as his assistants! They all made me feel very comfortable and welcome. The office itself is beautiful and very clean! I appreciated Dr Cravens willingness to answer any questions I had. He was very gentle and explained everything he was going to do before and during my procedure!

Abel Smith is great! We are always seen on time, if not a little early. He not only includes my 14 year old in all discussions, he actually lets my son lead them (not me:). He explains things in terms my son can understand and answers all our questions. He is also very flexible when it comes to payment. My sons hearing aides were not cheap, he let me know to make payments as I could.

And made sure to touch base with us several times before the full refund return period on them expired. The office staff is also just as helpful and friendly. We are always greeted with a smile and they know my sons name.

I'm surprised by the bad reviews and actually felt compelled to leave a good review here after a great experience at Tucson ENT. I suppose the only bad thing is lack of appointment availability - I had to schedule a month out and by that point my issue had mostly resolved itself. Check-in was smooth and I didn't wait long once I arrived (btw, I arrived 10 minutes early for paperwork). The audiologist was kind and did a good job. Dr. Hu was also very kind and efficient, yet took the time to explain everything thoroughly. Office was clean and modern.

I've been waiting in this lobby for almost an hour while people who came in after me and came to the wrong location have already been seen. Super frustrated with this place. I'm never coming here again. I DO NOT RECOMMEND

If I could I give 0 stars- I would. We drove by and wanted to see if maybe they have a pamphlet of their services. But damn! The receptionist was the rudest, nastiest person! Sad because your front office staff is who people see first and if thats how they treat patients I feel bad for the patients. Customer Service is an essential and basic skill. If you simply dont have it- you shouldn't work with customers!

My father had an appt. here and waited for over an hour and a half! He's sick, can't talk and very fragile and the front staff treated him and me rudely when we inquired why the wait was taking so long. This place is very unprofessional. If you look at other reviews, that treatment is commonplace here. I won't ever bring my father here again.

Not sure how to give 1/2 star so needed to write it in after 4 weeks of waiting for blood results and a Doctors review, I pay yet another $49 co-pay and wait 20 minutes in the lobby and 20 minutes in his office only to be told he doesn't have my blood results like a deer in highlights Extremely anxious to start shot therapy at $40 a week though. Told him I am not paying for today and wanted my copay refunded 3 weeks later less than half as they said there was an additional charge from my scratch test that they forgot to bill me for? Really. Flonase & Zyrtec if it gets bad enough your primary care can give you a steroid shot Save your time and money.what a scam!

The office staff in the Orange Grove office should all be replaced. I waited (during a pandemic) in the waiting room over an hour. No one came and told me how long it would be or why. Many years ago, it was normal to wait that long, those days are gone. Dr Stragooleus was far more interested in selling me hearing aids that fixing my persistent lightheadedness that had been occurring for 5 months.

His medical assistant refused to come near me and sent in only male employees to the room because I politely asked what was going on and why the wait was so long. I am not a 7 foot tattoed biker, I am a 64 year old grandmother who scares no one. After I filled out all the extensive on line paperwork, they insisted I answer many of the same questions when there is NOWHERE in the office fill out paperwork.

Three times they had to be given my email, I kept telling them they sent me an email so they obviously had it. Staff speaks Spanish only to one another which is rude and unprofessional. Awful place, never going back. Patient care is neglectful and very bad.

I notice most of the bad reviews were in years past. That's good because I found nothing wrong with this practice. I called for an appt a couple of weeks ago. No problem. I filled out all the paperwork on the online patient portal. Got there at my appt time. Nice young man, opened the door, took my temp. Had me sit in their nice new waiting area. totally distanced. It's a nice. new, modern facility on Orange Grove. Was called in after maybe 8-10 minutes.

Very nice med asst checked my ears. Then Dr Sohal came in fixed the problem and suggested a hearing test, it had been many, many years since I have had one. Figuring that was another appt, but no, got that done today too. Stephanie, the audiologist was also very nice. After all that Dr Sohal explained my hearing (loss) levels to me with options. Everyone was nice, wait time not an issue, office was clean and I was impressed.

My time is valuable to me. Therefore, if I have an appointment scheduled for 3:30pm, then I would like to be seen as close to that time as possible. There are circumstances that may prevent that, but there is no reason for it to be a full hour later. Once I am in that appointment, then I do not want to be rushed. Let me ask as many questions as I have in order to understand things. Not fully impressed with this practice, but time will tell.

Waited for over an hour and a half past appointment time before walking out without being seen. Not one single person in the waiting room the whole time. However, one patient did walk in and was seen and left while I was still waiting. When I asked the front desk about the delay I was told it was because they are specialists and they had no idea how long it would be.

This seems to be their standard procedure according to all the other reviews. I will tell EVERYONE I know to avoid this place. What a waste. The reviews should've been my warning. I've also told my physician so he can stop referring patients to this palace of incompetence.

Writing a review in hopes that I will get a call back for my 3 year old's hearing records. Patient Portal does not work for records (was never provided a login and can't create one manually). I've left countless messages, and if I don't receive his records by Wednesday 9/18, he will lose his spot at his school for the help he needs with hearing loss. Please contact me ASAP at 520-461-2086 / AmethystPolk@gmail.com I will remove this review if someone can please get back to me.

5 stars for doctor, but had to bring down 1 star due to the hassle of the scheduling. Husband had heavy ear wax impacted and was able to schedule 3 weeks out for a appointment, honestly the Doctor and back assistants are wonderful, but awful front desk assistants. *Pros Great Doctor - Excellent Care - very knowledgeable was seen by Dr. Terah Allis MD.

Very professional, courteous and kind. Gave excellent treatment, advise and future goals. Great back assistant. Kind and very thorough. *Cons scheduling is. such a hassle. From earliest availability is 3-4 weeks out to (suddenly requesting you to move your already scheduled appointment the day before and try to push it out a month -- ended up negotiating to a different side of town to be seen a week later into the originally scheduled appointment) Poor directional skills and never picks up the phone, but will call back immediately after leaving a voice message. *** Tip: after dialing # press 1 to bypass all the commentary. Also, don't bother waiting for 15-20 mins to speak to a rep-- leave a voice message and they will call you back immediately ( weird right?) Overall. It's worth it.

The doctor and her staff inside ( once your in her clinic and office your good!) Just get through the hassle of being scheduled and moved and re scheduled and locating and calling and leaving voice messages to get to your appointment.

If your child needs a lip or tongue revision, go to a preferred provider! I've talked to many parents that had incomplete procedures by Dr. Parry, many complaints!. I ended up having to drive up to Phoenix to find a specialist to fix her lip and tongue. Dr. Parry ended up causing scar tissue on her tongue because he seems unfamiliar how to revise a posterior tongue tie and made random nicks on her tongue :( the lafter care instructions was also appalling!

No print out or details. Just push back wound before ever feed for 2 weeks. When I asked about pain management options He even said "I don't care about what pain reliever option you use, all I care about is scaring." You should actually do stretches for 6 weeks! When I called Dr. Agarwal I was immediately emailed with information, videos, resources, what a change!

I also felt uncomfortable when he came back into the room without the nurse and wipes the blood off my breast without asking. Apparently the sight of blood on my breast from nursing right after the procedure was going to "drive me (him) crazy". He could have simply asked me to wipe it so he could see if she was still bleeding. You need to ask!
