I love everything about the pediatric im glad one of my family mentioned it for me never been happy with my girls doctor as I am now Doctor Mohammed knows what he's doing

I love that they take same day appts. I really like the doctors. Makes me feel comfortable to bring my toddler here.

So when dr Salerno was there it was amazing then there was only 1 female dr there she was good to but she is no longer since they opened the other side the experience was horrible will no longer be taking my kids

As of today I will not be taking my son here my son is very active he doesn't stay still at all. So I come in five min early every time to fill up paper work they give me every time I go in come my appointment time I'm still having to wait 20 30 min later and it's not including the time I have to wait inside when I'm in the room front desk ppl are so rude don't even bother to say we apologies the doctor lady is rude too doesn't give a welcoming vibe just as the front desk ppl! I'll be changing doctors today

Horrible experience my daughter had a migraine and there was a child screaming bloody murder in the next room for 30 minutes straight

I'd prefer zero stars or maybe a half because of the office staff. Saw Dr Halpe and Dr. "el". Its a great choice if you like wasting your time. Dr El didn't even look at my 15 yr olds skin problem, just gave her a lollipop and said it would pass. Meanwhile she is scratching herself bloody.

We were welcomed in with open arms after the disaster we came from. Valerie at the front desk answered every question I had. Best of all no judgment zone! My grandson screams, caused by the previous office. Didn't bother them at all.

Would not recommend. My DAUGHTERS name is Logan. When the doc/rn came in they would ask, "how's he doing?". She's a girl. They don't even look at her chart before walking into the room. That made me very uneasy. Front desk staff doesn't give off a welcomed vibe. And they kept trying to charge me for her routine check ups. Everyone knows insurance covers those.

I BROUGHT MY DAUGHTER 2 WEEKS ago for a fracture THAT THIS SHORT CHINESE doctor didn't even look all she said was follow up with me in 3 weeks no xrays or anything. I end up having to take her to emergency room where they find out her finger is fractured and dislocated, needs surgery so I called this Wee usless clinic and they said I need an appointment so here I go with the regular 2hours WAIT IN THE LOBBY COMPLAINING WITH THE OTHER MOTHERS HOW LONG THEY ARE TAKING! DO NOT SCHEDULE HERE EVER!

When Doctor Salerno was there that place was great he was so wonderful and he explained everything with details and it was a fast visit! Know it takes a long time for you to wait to see a doctor! I had explained to the issues my son had and she didn't even check him for what was wrong with him!

My kiddo seen the nurse practitioner, was attended quickly and had a good visit. Got our our flu shot and we were in and out. Scheduled out next appointment. Office staff was very friendly. Would recommend:!

This place deserves zero stars. I have been going here for so many years and it has never been easy. Not only is your time wasted by making an appointment then having to wait an hour once you are there but they have misdiagnosed my child and forget to send medications in and even run out of vaccinations. They say they will call when they have the vaccine restocked and never do then I call back after a couple weeks of waiting and they have run out all over again. This place is ridiculous and it would be nice to have a doctor that can understand English and speak it well enough to be understood.

I took my son in to get a check up, because his asthma was acting up. The first problem was the doctor was reviewing the wrong child's chart and was asking me unrelavent questions about my child due to the chart being wrong. Then proceeds to give me a lecture on food and how much to eat. Then looks straight at my son and said "see you have boobies you should'nt Have those." Totally mortifies my child.

So if that wasn't bad enough, she then looks me up and down and says, " see mama this will be the gift I give to you, to be healthy and lose weight." Don't get me wrong I consider myself chubby I'm not saying I'm in the best shape of my life but the nerve of that woman. She doesn't know me or anything about me, for all she knows I could have just lost 100lbs. Anyways, I would stay away from Dr. Ruth Lim, terrible physician. It's disgusting when doctors start fat shaming children. I prefer the country club location and their staff and doctors.

I had a 2 year wellness check up schedule for my son at the country club location and got a call to change locations the day before due to flooding st the country club location. I had no problem in doing that, my appointment was at 4:45 pm and was told I would have the same dr and time. I got there on time and checked in and was waiting in the waiting room for 50 minutes!

I kept asking how much longer, and the receptionist said their computers were down and had to do things by hand. Totally understandable, but when I'm waiting 50 mins in the waiting room and keep getting attitude from the staff that there isn't anything they can do, I then asked if I needed to reschedule. The receptionist told me (with attitude) "you can reschedule but your the next patient" I sat back down for another 20 mins before my son got to be seen.when we finally got called back they were very unorganized, one lady had to ask if our room was available.

She was told no so we went into one room then got transferred into another one. We waited another 10 mins for the dr to come into the room. He asked very basic questions and only listened to my sons lungs for 5 seconds and didn't bother to listen from his chest. I told him I was concerned with my sons cough and running nose and he didn't tell me anything about it.

He told us he was done and left the room and sat at their desk in the middle of a different area and got directly on his cell phone. I had to come out of the room to ask him if I should be concerned with my sons cough and nose. He told me "sorry, no" and we left. Today my son is worse and needing Breathing treatments. I will never come here again and the staff at this location is not hospitable at all and has no concern for their patients!

Been taking my daughter here for two years, ever since she was a week old. Dr Salerno is really awesome he definitely knows his stuff yet never talks down on us or judges us. On our last visit the receptionist/ were very welcoming. My daughter walked in the office smiling and was welcomed by the receptionist who remembered her name without looking at her chart. I love that they're opened late as well.

Kinda hard to find, all tucked away in the corner down a hallway. The hours are not as the same as the Country Club office. But the staff are friendly, the location is clean, and there's never a long line of patients.
