I have been coming here for years. The staff is personable and SO friendly. What I LOVE about Dr. Keefe is that she will not make you look unnatural. She wants you to look beautiful not weird. I have been a patient of Dr. Keefe for over 10 years, and she is an expert injector of both Botox and fillers. Her office is very clean, modern and the staff are all wonderful.

This is an amazing place! Dr Keefe is a master at taking care of your skin! She is astute and skillful at giving you precisely the help you need. And the staff makes you feel so comfortable and supported!

Dr Keefe is to the point which I appreciate. The entire staff has always been nothing but friendly and helpful. The results are worth the price. I've been to other places that cost less but the results were less too. You get what you pay for! Their time is valuable and I don't feel like providing cc info is a problem especially if serious about your appointment. They also give plenty of notice about your appointment and cancellation policy. I highly recommend Dr Keefe and her staff.

Dr Keefe is very informative and clear regarding her suggestions. Botox can be applied during your consultation if desired. I understand why they are asking for CC information/ so many appointments are 'no shows' these days because we are all so busy- and without notice, they would 'not of had the opportunity to fill that voided time slot.

I am very pleased with my results and Dr. Keefe and staff are very pleasant. She is very cautious on her applications as she wants the results to be more natural and not a 'botched' look as you see some times on others that want more. I would highly recommend a consultation to see what you think.

If you're African American and would like to try a microdermabrasion, Mary is the woman to see. I have very sensitive skin and she was able to accommodate me and refer the best products for my skin. Thank you Mary.

Very pleased with all the services. Botox, fillers and microneedling. The staff is awesome. Family-like environment. The doctor is very transparent and down to earth. Love them.

This review is for esthetician Mary who has been doing chemical peels and IPL for me for the past 3 years. She is extremely passionate about skin care and takes care of her clients as if their skin were her own. As an asian girl with acne scarring, Mary transformed my sun and acne damaged skin so I can go out without make up on. She does not push product onto the clients but recommends a basic regimen to maintain a healthy complexion.

The other reviews are for the botox and fillers performed by Dr. Keefe. I have not had any procedures done with her. But Mary is solid for peels, laser and photofacials. Don't hesitate to see her.

I called to get information on latisse lady that answer put me on hold trying to recover my information. Instead of offering me to schedule a new appointment as a new customer she cursed me out and hung up on me, I try calling back to get her name and didn't answer the phone. Visit the office and she said her name is Nancy and threatened me to call the cops when all I wanted was an appointment with the real doctor. Nancy has no signs or any right to refuse service to anyone. I will make sure everyone knows about the horrible experience this individual made me experience.

I waited a few weeks to write this review, as I was quite emotional after my appointment. I would not recommend this location to anyone that is sensitive about their appearance, as Dr. Keefe is quite abrupt, and rude with her delivery. I left feeling like I was disfigured, as she acted as though I have had so many fillers that I look very unnatural.

I have never been told this by anyone but her, and get many compliments on my skin and general appearance on a daily basis. I left the appointment that day in tears and I will not be back. Also, as stated in a previous review, this office does request your credit card information in order to charge for missed appointments, and Dr. Keefe almost never performs any services the day of your first consultation, as I was told by the receptionist.

If you want your appearance to be picked apart in a very rude manner, this is the place for you. If you want to see someone that is confident enough in their abilities to provide services the day of your first consultation, and an uplifting and pleasant experience, see Dr. Blume in Scottsdale.

BEWARE! STAY AWAY! -- Office staff was rude & not helpful. They require you give your credit card information over the phone that they store in the computer for who knows who to see. Both techs that did the treatments were shakey & did not make me feel very confident with the answers they gave re the treatments I was to receive. Then the proceeded to fuble & half ass everything they did.

They also quoted a certain price over the phone but when it was time to check out, it had suddenly jumped $300! THEY ARE NOT TO BE TRUSTED. I would inject myself w mexican botox before going there again.

They are nice and kind, but the prices for their treatments are outrageous and not reasonable for the "not guaranteed" results you expect or shouldn't expect. my face looks the same after $2000 invested!
